Hey so basically, booking online should cost 10% more? Who does the business management at pvr? Isn't booking online making your life easier? People don't have to come physically to buy tickets which means you have to hire less people to sell tickets. Remember wankers, there's always a choice. Anyways you'll are losing customers cause of the censor board of india and how everything is cut from the movies. Do you really want no one to show up? Genuinely think your head of pricing and business strategy should be fired. You need a good number of people to maintain overheads. Be smart.

I bought movie gift vouchers in bulk in 3 month back and now i am left with 12 gift voucher which i am not able to use because of validity expiry, i have never see such pathetic service ever. You should have some delight policy for your happy customers. It is seems you have zero customer satisfactions. Yes, i know you might have good review from customer as well. But i will make it sure that i will put this on all social media websites and escalate this to higher management as well.

Hi my name Kawaljeet last night16.03.2016 I visited Pvr cinema at panipat. But I feel very sad when pvr cinema staff misbehaving me and staff belong to low quality and support to only inside food items like pop corn etc .pvr staff said to me you only purchase pvr items like pop corn but you cannot eat pizza at cinema hall and pvr staff wasted my time and money include insults me and my friends and bro. Plz help this issuse as soon as possible

Hi this is Manu on 2nd Feb 2016 I am planing to watch movie in pvr gold Koramangala forum I saw the show time and price in online actual price of the ticket 350per ticket and I want to pvr counter directly am asking for two tickets but they told 650per ticket I asked why 650 in online 350 know so she told including food only we will give otherwise we won't give tickets for movie. Sir main thing we are coming to watch the movie not to eat the food . If we want food we will buy whatever we want know then why should I pay unless per food finally I return with my friend am disappointed with service why u people doing like this

On feb 26th 2016, we went watch a movie at pvr hyderabad central. As soon as we entered the pvr portion of the mall it was hot and humid. We quickly entered screen 5. At the entrance of the screen strong air was blowing we thought the screens ac was n't turned off. Once we sat in our seats it was an awful feeling with temperatures touching 30c. How on earth does a reputed company like pvr be this cheap?? Common as a customer i am paying you enough money to run the cinemas as guaranteed. The overall experience to sum it up was worse than a local theatre where a ticket cost would be less than 10rs. By the way we got the ac turned on after repeated complaints only by the end of the movie. It was distressing and abominable

Had visited pvr cinemas, orion mall on 13-feb-2016. At the pvr ltd - food division, the guy at the food counter has overcharged me. He has included large pop-corn that was not ordered by me and has also put the charges in my bill. He has overcharged me rs. 260. So, kindly look into the issue and make my experience good in pvr last week.

I am disturbed due to this over-charge.
Have attached the bill image also.

Team plz place good staff atleast at tickets counter, this is the place where customer interact 1st... miss ASHWINI at nagpur PVR Cinema (empress city mall) provide wrong info, give wrong movie tkt and after talk bout this, she is shouted and arguing for the same.

It has come to many o[censored]s customers, that in bangalore, pvr koramangala, the manager mr. manjunath instructs staff to turn off the air conditioning in the middle of the movie in order to save money.

On confronted, he does not claim any responsibility and says that some customer complained that the air conditioning was off.

This has happened repeatedly and we as customers feel betrayed despite paying such a high ticket price.

It is very cheap of pvr to come down to such tactics.

I wanted to book a ticket for Saturday[protected] however book on 29th by mistake as my previous transanction where I had mentioned the correct date had failed.
I asked them to atleast change the date of my booking if they cant cancel which was not honoured.

I have been to PVR Cinemas 2-3 times within the last 3-4 months. I have noticed that the snack counter doesn't accepted cards. They accept only cash upon that they also don't provide a bill claiming that the machine is not working. It is the situation every time i go. What about people who do not carry cash.
Cards are not accepted at the ticket counter as well.
This is neither legal nor ethical on behalf of PVR Cinemas.

I need to bring under notice my extremely bad experience in Bhopal PVR. I went to watch a movie on 22/1/2016 10.40 show Airlift seat no.- F18, 19. Before the start of the movie I bought some snacks from your snacks counter where it was prominently highlighted that ''If you don't get a bill for your order, we will make your bill free, contact duty manager''. After making purchase I asked for the bill, the person at the counter told me that he'll serve the snacks along with the bill at my seats.
I received my order at the seat but again no bill. On asking for the bill again he told me that he'll bring it soon. After waiting 10 min for the bill I went to the counter and directly asked Mr. Akshit Arya and Mr. Jagdish (so called Duty managers) for my order to be free. Without making any sense they offered and force me to accept the bill at that moment. I simply refused to accept any bill because I was getting the bill after several requests and after 20 minutes. Finally they didn't took any action and kept making ridiculous and silly excuses.
My point is that its not about money its about business ethics. When you are promising the customer that he'll get the food for free if he doesn't get the bill, better honour your commitment or else remove the disclaimer which is highlighted on every counter. Mr. Akshit Arya (The Duty manager) was completely reluctant about the matter.
I want your management to take appropriate action against such irresponsible behavior of your employees and persons like Mr. Akshit Arya should be fired for not being responsible towards the customers.

I've Purchased 2 300rs. off Coupons for 150rs each
2 200 off Coupons for 100rs each
1 100 off Coupon for 50rs

But When I Visited the PVR People in Chennai (2 Places)
They are Rejecting the Coupon . I've tried 5 times

So total 550 rs Loss

Today dated 07/01/ 2016 I sent my employee Mr. sunny to purchase bajiroa mastani movies tikcet from pvr sharaganj mall lucknow with the instruction to take backside corner four ticket and he ask the same to moh.monish at ticket counter but Mr.moh.monish give him front B-16 to 19 after this I called my employee about ticket status he told me that give him B-16 to 19 and I ask mr. sunny to refund these ticket and he return ticket moh.monish firstly charge Rs. 100/- for ticket return when mr. sunny object this issue than he return ₹50/- and charge ₹50/- for ticket return charge and no receipt was given by him for ₹50/- which he charge after demandig by mr.sunny all theses incident was around 5.45p.m to 6.50 p.m. Kindly check voice recording system which is installed at your ticket counter and take action against moh.monish who charge ₹50/- and refund ₹50/- and compensation for waste my time and for gap of my faimily movie. and I hope action should be taken against Mr.moh.monish. Thank you

IMy complaint is about the poor quality of the film shown. I went to see the Star-Wars on[protected] at the 2.30pm show at the PVR Oberoi Mall Goregaon, Mumbai. I find that the scree was ery dark as if it was the brightness was put at zero. Could not make out the characters faces and their expressions.Had to really strain to make out details in the scenery. this is not the first time, other movies were also `darkened' makin it a very disappointing experience and that to after paying so much money. We expect to see `good quality' print movies at places like PVR. We are not in some rural place with no power.

I am samerpit singh and i goes to pvr cinema in ujjain madhya pradesh in there pvr cinema the staff girl which name is 'soni" and the manager they all use harsh words and they forced to take food coupen if we dont buy that coupon they didnt gave the ticket... And they use nonsense words and attitude. Towards the client and they affects the pvr services i am very disappointed by this of such a prestigious cinema... I have got a voucher of pvr cinemas from pokkt app, but the local pvr cinemas of guwahati rejects the claim of voucher, i have applied it in pvr app & desktop site but it fails. eventually i came to know that it can be redeem in the pvr ticket window. Dear sir, I had booked the ticket to watch the movie Dilwale on dated 21 Dec 2015, 9 pm show PVR Empress City mall Nagpur.when I entered in the washroom to attend nature's cal to my surprise it was very dirty unhygienic and stinking.It seems that person on this job is not performing his duties properly. Very very bad service and rules of pvr cinemas.
Have to pay such a huge amount for the movies and we have to sit there and watch all the useless advertisements for 45 minutes.
Please stop showing the useless advertisements.
