This is not the first time

We have extra charges to Mr Mukesh to keep our car at VIP parking lot. He said he will park there but after movie when we came, our car was parked in general parking. All these things keep happening and this is the worst multiplex to go for watching movies. They are too big and know people like us if we complain, nothing is going to happen to them.

Today I went to PVR centra mall, chandigarh there I bought 3 tickets for carry on jatta 3 movie the show was at 2:55 PM, at that time they asked me to pay Rs-777/- and when the digital message of tickets came on my mobile number which showed only Rs-570/-, , then after the finishing of movie that girl who gave me tickets started arguing with me and spoke very badly to me and my mother it’s very disrespectful of you people this is very wrong I’m deeply hurt with this.I want my remaining balance back also see the attached screenshot I’ve shared

I Booked 2 tickets on 18.06.2023 in PVR cinemas app and bought snacks and beverages for 600 on the same day, .
It's been more than 1 week, still my privilege points is not added, .

Usually this kind of delay won't happened to me, but this time I'm totally disappointed,

I hope for the quick solution, .

I have been visited the pvr in centra mall phase -1 chd, on Sunday 25 June 2023.
Going to watch the movie name elemental 2d. They said if your want to pay by gpay will give you scan. And I scan the same and paid 438/-. Bt when I got the message from pvr two tickets price is of rs 300/- only. They have been overcharged me of rs 138 additional. This is really harassing the customer. I will never be visit this place again in my life. Horrible experience. I want my refund. Even they overcharged the food as well they give me the offer of combo snack of rs 240/-, and I asked them to add an additional. Burger they said then the total will 280/- but when they delivered the food they said the total is of rs 520/-, then I asked why, they said one additional burger price is of rs 280/-. Now it come possible even the total combo is of rs 240 only and only one burger price is of 280/- I mean this is a total harrasment of the customers. Very disappointing experience. I want my both the refunds 130+240 = 370/- . I have the bills that I had paid to them.

I have been to watch THE FLASH at PVR on 24 June 2023. Online tickets shows 200 per ticket but at the counter they are taking 250 per ticket. I have asked the same but they will not properly answer almost anything. then show should be starting at 11pm. Screening started with half screen delayed and delayed till 12am that is half of the movie time
LOOTING PUBLIC MONEY and not even giving little screen experience that should be to the viewers.

I book 3 seats for the movie 1920 on the date 23/06/2023, I paid 593₹ for the tickets and the amount was deducted but i didn't got the tickets. Please solve this issue ASAP and refund my money back

Stood in a line seeing cold coffee can available but they refused and asked to stand in another line. 2 counters available only 1 used and denied using other. Screen 3 10:15pm show Flash in Pvr soul spirit bangalore

The air conditioning for the screen 3 of PVR soul spirit mall was not functioning from the start and the experience was totally uncomfortable. The management is helpless and unable to provide any solution. In spite of knowing the issue from the beginning the show wasnt cancelled neither the issue was fixed.

I bought some beverages of total 680/- and then PVR cashier asked me to pay via card or upi. So i tried paying by card but there machine was not working then they asked me to pay via upi so i did and it was successful but they claim that they do not see it at there end and hence i need to raise for refund. So i again paid the same amount to them in cash and I am currently awaiting for refund of my original transaction which was successful...

On 16th June 2023 I booked 2 tickets amount ₹635 total for the movie The Flash 2023, but after the payment through UPI paytm, I never got any confirmation from PVR app and also by gmail for my ticket, so hopefully i get a response about this matter and get the refund.

Yesterday i bought popcorn in palladium mall pvr cinema & asked for bill. Lady at the counter said will send bill in your mobile.she took my mobile number also.
But still i didn't receive any invoice copy yet....

Last year 15th May 2022, we ordered food at intervals. The money was also paid, but the food was not delivered.

I filed a complaint against PVR Cinemas Company in May last year. It has not resolved the complaint so far. Why?...

I booked 1 PXL ticket for Adipurush (Telugu 3D) movie on 12th August, 12.32 am. The venue is Orion Mall, Bengaluru and the show timings is 8.10 am on 16th June. The money got debited from my account and I did not receive any booking confirmation from PVR. The ticket is also not reflecting on my app. The payment was done through Google Pay....

I visited lulu mall PVR, Lucknow today, I purchased ticket offline, ticket maker ask me price even higher than it is showing online on book my show, when I ask her why is there so much gap in between prices she said its because we are including taxes BT I don't understand how taxes making difference of 120 Rs in same catergy of ticket, anyhow I purchased it from her then at end after printing ticket she said I have added meal in your ticket worth rs 150, then I understand she did wrong communication to me, what she did is she wanted to sell ticket with meal but she did this by misleading me, if she would have said this in starting that I would denied it for meal in my ticket, so my point is there is no compulsion for customer to add meal in movie tickets, there is always an option to this, she should have give me option but she mislead me by saying we add this much charges here in Lulu, I wasted Rs Rs 265 More as because of it because ticket price was only 475 I got to know this when I received online ticket details on my watsap, Its about wrong commitment, I hope from PVR to take action against this its not about money, its about trust and commitment

So, i ordered 2 nachos and 3 coke, and the order total was 1620, but the transaction got cancelled by them, and i havent gotten a refund from 5 days

I went to watch a movie at Anupam PVR in Saket, New Delhi on 7th June 2023. I purchased a tub of Pop corn with https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint#a regular Pepsi and paid Rs. 840/- for the same. The girl at the counter told me that I will receive the bill on my phone. After coming home I opened the link to check my invoice and found that the Bill was for items different from my order and of a much lesser amount Rs. 295/- only. This is some kind of GST fraud being done my PVR Cinemas.

I visited PVR Cinemas Vegas Mall Dwarka for an evening show on 04/06/2023, When I went to the counter to buy a meal (Popcorn+coke), the cashier fraudulently added 3 microwaveable popcorn for no reason and when I politely tried to tell her to remove it from my order she was extremely rude and started telling me that PVR mandated it. Moreover, I did not receive a printed bill with my order and neither my number was taken (usually I receive an invoice in my message box) but nothing this time.

Also, I was made to pay to some unknown number and not an official QR code after telling me the card machine was out of order. Kindly check such behaviours from the staff and PVR Cinemas should provide a refund to those to whom such articles are being sold forcefully, or at least check such behaviours in the future. Terrible experience with PVR for the first time.
