I have booked 2 tickets for Bahubali on 18/7/2015 and show timing being 17:25hrs, Rs. 345 was deducted from my Axis Bank Visa Debit Card as per SMS on my mobile No. [protected]. I did not get any confirmation from PVR in my mobile. I called PVR Kolkata No.[protected] and spoke to a lady, she checked and told me that there was no such booking in my name or email address, she asked me to go to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com and that i would get the money refunded. The person who called me on 18/7/2015 at 15:03hrs from number[protected] regarding my refund of Rs.345 asked me to call him when I am at the ATM so that he will give me a pin or code number which will help me to withdraw the refund amount of Rs. 345 from the ATM.

I had called on 18/7/2015 but the number was unreachable, on 20/7/2015 I called at 12:17hrs, 16:35hrs, 16:38hrs, 16:39hrs and it was only ringing, again after returning from office I called at 19:43hrs and again it was unreachable.
I would like to know if there are any authorities who are looking into my matter or just trying to fool customers. This is the second time I am updating my complaint after 18/7/2015.

First you PVR are cheating so many customers/patrons for are money and then you give false promises of refunding and when we call your given number/s its NO REPLY. Your person who called me on 18/7/2015 at 15:03hrs asked me to remove my complaint and at the same time you are not willing to refund my money.

But as I said, I will not allow you people to CHEAT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS, you people think that we do not have the time and we will forget about our money...wait and see what happens.

Today again I was harassed by [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. I somehow managed to get hold of the person who called me on 18/7/2015 from number[protected] regarding my refund of Rs. 345 which PVR deducted from my Debit card account.
The person told me to go to an Axis Bank ATM, I left my office and went to the Sarat Bose Road ATM at 14:05hrs.
The person spoke over my mobile phone to the guard of the ATM requesting him that I be allowed to speak over phone inside the ATM which I also know is not allowed in any of Kolkata's ATM, and so the guard refused, the caller spoke to me and asked me to feed the following.

1. Banking Services
2. Fund Transfer
3. Current Account
4. some account number he gave me...[protected]
5. Amount he told me to induct...Rs. 20000
6. Option...Yes
But after that the ATM machine delivered a slip which stated
My SB Account Number
Record No. 5716
XFER PAY
Transaction Declined 056
Invalid Tran or Account.

Then I realised that may be this is a FRAUD, so I went to the 1st floor to the Axis bank Manager, but a Front Desk Lady Officer assisted me and advised me to ask the PVR person to Credit my amount as it was wrongly Debited by PVR without any services offered. Then the PVR person called to enquire about the transaction, I then told him its not happening he insisted that I do it all over again, I then asked him not to harass me any further and Credit the amount to my Axis Bank SB Account, he then asked me to send him over SMS my SB Account No and IFSC code then he would Credit the amount.
I just can't understand is this the way you people at PVR Cinemas harass your regular Patrons for getting refund of your fraudlent systems?

You people have not even had the decency to reply even once to my continues complaint. I expect my issue to sorted out at the earliest.

Just disgusting ticketing system. They forcefully add popcorn or cash back card with ticket and increase the ticket price. And staffs are very ill mannered and not well trained. They can't help customers if customers refuse to take popcorn or cash back cards. They have forced customers.

    Booking Reference ID: WM3R4WQ Show Time: 4:50 pm Show Date: 20-June-2015 Movie: ABCD 2 (2D) Show was cancelled due to technical reasons. Since then, I have been following up with the officials and customer support guys to refund my amount. Every time they keep on saying that it would be refunded in 5-6 working days. Still nothing has been done and it has been almost a month now. Heights of customer ignorance. Request the competent authorities to take due cognizance of this matter

      Today I had been to pvr in phoenix market city, Bangalore to watch Baahubali movie. I booked tickets online and I booked 2PM show, Audi7, Gold 1, 2and3. The seats were so dirty especially gold 1. We come to pvr because of quality. But I felt local theatre seats are cleaner. Worst.

        I have booked 5 tickets for bahubali today to watch the show on 14th july in PVR cinemas koramangala.I did net banking(IDBI) and as soon as I did the payment I received an error and later I dint get any confirmation via SMS or mail but I have received the transaction SMS from bank.when I called customer care they said v dint receive money from ur account...so please tell the solution for this problem as my money is transferred but my booking is unsuccessful.

          I have booked tickets for Baahubali (telugu) on 8th july .I have selected PVR banjara hills for 10th july 10 AM show and my seleccted seats were A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and finally i have done transaction sbi net banking with an outstanding amount of Rs 1071 . After redirecting from my Bank page to your PVR home page suddently the window showed error in the page. Further there was to do anything. Even i didn't get any conformation to my mobile number or email id which was provided during booking.               On 9/7/15 when we checked seats available in PVR cinemas for movie Baahubali for 10-7-15 5.45pm show using bookmyshow app. Its showing all the recliner n platinum seats were soldout. so we booked silver F1 and F2. but when we checked on 10/7/15 morning, most of the platinum seats were available... how it is possible... ? by this we can makeout some cheating is going on in online booking... some seats they will keep for there benefit... can we cancel our booked seats to get the platinum seats... pls do reply...

                We went for a movie on 8th July, 2015 for a late evening show in PVR Cinemas, Koramangala, Bangalore., Well known location at Hosur Road - Its in the one of the premium location in Bangalore- The Forum Mall We had a triable experience at PVR, The AC at the Audi 2 was not working through the show !! Imagine how could have audience would had a bad experience in a closed room !! The Staffs were least bothered on the issue, Nobody is taking hell responsible, we have told them AC is not working before the show, they told in 5 mins it will be resolved ! But till the movie end they never switched on the AC. Did they do purposely for saving the electricity bill ?? now wonder corporates does anything for money !! they were many kids inside the hall !! All this happens only PVR, they could have arranged an alternative for the same before the show, But see the carelessness !! Responsibility taken to keep visitor happy ?? We take time to relax in Theaters ! But see wat happened for 200 + Audience., See the value of the time spent ?? Bloody they never responded properly !!! I am not going to any of the PVR any more !! People of Bangalore !! BE WARE !! PVR Koramangala is one of their oldest screens !! they need a renovation may be !! Please try alternatives before choosing PVR Cinemas !!

                  Hi I went to Cinemax Inorbit Pune for the movie Killa, while interval we purchase Popcorn tub of Rs 240/ - I have given Rs, 1000/- note . But the billing counter person cheated me and return on Rs. 260/- back instead of Rs. 760/- . I was lonely with my small daughter so didn't notice the amount received and kept it as it is in purse. I got to notice it in late night. However on the billing also he wrongly mentioned Rs 500/- given. Could somebody please look into this and get the money refund done ASAP. This is just a cheating on emotion and faith of the customer .                     Sub: complaint for canteen/ bad food services at pvr nariana
                    Sir,
                    Please refer to my visit dt. Sunday the 28th june 2015, food outlet outside hall 4(2nd floor)
                    1. The soft drink vending/ machines were out of order. In last 3 months it has happened thrice, and you are forced to have coke as other options are not available like fanta/7up etc.
                    2. No bill were issued... (Machine out of order) ref. Bill no. 099267 for rs. 390/-, when insisted bill from gf outlet was issued.
                    3. No hygiene (The coke machine was leaking no carbonation in drink. Popcorns picked with bare hand photo attached)
                    Please inspect your outlets at random to maintance. Your company spend millions on advertisement, but the staff/ services can ruin the reputation.
                    Mr. Rahul the manager (Good person) tried to be helpful but someone has to bring matter forward.

                      I have been a victim of your fraud transaction at the Mangalore PVR ticket counter. I asked for a 2 tickets of "Inside out" movie at around 2.35 PM on Monday 28 June 2015. Ticket was for Rs100 each and I gave my credit card which I got a message stating an amount of Rs 200 is debited. I see my statement today and I see an additional transaction for Rs180. done by the gentleman at the ticket counter. Time : 14.34.50 TID : 47055011 Invoice : 003616 Master Card ending 8377 Audi 1 - Seat no L7 & L8 I would request you to investigate this issue and make sure u refund the amount at the earliest.

                        I have booked 2 seats seat no h3 and h4 on theaterno 4 at pvr acropolis mall ahmedabad on dated 27/6/15 to watch abcd movie with my daughter. I foumd seat no h4 in totally broken condition. Intially no body responded after @ 30 minutes they managed to provide me another seat Till then no interest left to watch movie. Than I met manager but he talk me rudely and mention that youcan do whatever want to do.pl give me the justice.

                          I had booked my adv at pvr prashant vihar for a week which had to be payed during the interval of every show.. On the first day when I went to check my adv, the adv was not displayed properly and the audio was not plyed with the adv even though I was charged for audio. They assured me that this will get fixed from the next day. When I came to check again the same problem was occuring. Nobody was even bothered whether the client's adv is being displayed properly or not. Again they apologized to me and said that this would be fixed. They fixed the problem infront of me and assured me that this wont happen again. Then again after 2 days I went to check mu adv, then again audio was not playing. I reported the same to the manager and he said that this is not possible. We told him that we have made the video of the same. But instead the manager was trying to act smart and blamed me that you did not take the video properly. This is really pathetic behaviour on pvr's part. This kind of behaviour is cannot be accepted. Even the manager there was not at all cooperative. Now I dont trust pvr for my adv and I dont think the mu advs are being played properly. I want my money to be refunded as the services promised to me have not been provided.

                            To whomever it may concern On 21st june 2015, sunday that was yesterday i went for a movie- abcd2 (3d) show, timings- 22:40 with my guest at north country mall pvr cinemas, mohali. And at the ticket counter I bought two tickets of which copies i am attaching with this mail. My total bill was ₹450 for two tickets and i gave ₹500 to the person at the counter and the guy didnt return any change to me instead he wrote 50 on the way ticket and said that you will recieve ₹50 on your seat, so i said okay and went to see the movie but no one approached me during the movie and cared to return me the money. The case is not about ₹50 but the breach your company is doing. I have no clue to how many customers same thing is happening and the company is making easy money like this. Even my guest questioned me that no one came to return the money and i felt embarrassed. I was thinking to tell this thing to press but before that i thought to tell the concerned authorities about the fraud the people who are working for you are doing.                               When movie starts I and my father saw jurassic world film in 3d with 3d Glases and it will like smudge and scratch on it and problem to see the film then I change Glases and then again problem it's lens is came out from frame then again I change it in during film then I got correct Glases my whole action was gone and i am angry to see that there staff did not check that Glases are correct or not i am soo angry to seer that staff shame on you staff or packiging of Glases shame shame on you

                                  Sir, We had a show of movie Dil Dhadkane Do on Saturday afternoon at 3.30PM in PVR-EMPRESS MALL, NAGPUR. During the show, the AC of the hall is not working. We felt that it was due to some technocal issues, but as the show continues there is safocation made in the hall and sweat coming from our body. In the interval we made a complaint to the manager about it and he replied that the AC is now working. But even after the post interval AC problem got continued and the same was carried over during the whole movie. We had a uncle with us who is a serious prob of migrane. Due to safocation, there brain caught a pain and they had to leave the movie in between. Our all collegaue members and to frsutated and angry due to this embarassing situation. We are not enjoyed the movie at all. There is terms on Nagpur cinema that the cinema hall is fully air conditioned and customers like us came on hot afternoon in the anticipation of getting cool air. Also, AC charges are also collected from us. We didn't got the service as shown and i want the refund of our money for the same. We had purchased tickets (Patinum, costs-Rs 630) for which we want refund otherwise we will loose the faith in PVR type cinemas. The details are as follows: 1.                                     Hi sir 13/06/15 I went to c the movie 3:50 show Jurassic world after intermission there was no aircon I requested but no one turned on, I rang to buy g manager and said I paid 225 rupees not to sit without aircon he said come on th looby time should b around 5:00pm to 6 :30 pm u can see video manger came with security guy call Pardeep coz he had batch written his name he started to push me and abused me, so I could have gone to police and ask them check the video and register a case against manger and security but not to proceed, pls pls take appropriate action, even I was bit angry when I requested aircon on he can't Push me he can't hit me my number is [protected] call me i[censored] need to ask me any thing, what a shame for the pvr coz people r getting abused by the manger and security I never ever seen, my email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                      yesterday i went with mom for movies at 2.35 dil dakhna do because seat prblm what happened i was seating in top r 1/2 and 3/4 was freee but in Q one of couple in seating in seat and they suddenly come on in and seat next us but very do have problems actually my point s to say people having seat and tickets so they sholud seat on that place and I complaint to manger but he also not given me good response and i love pvr to watching movies and i was last watching movies in pvr and i never going to in pvr and manager was not interested in my topic my i m fight again only for seat they thing tht i want seat because of bags should keep but my answer s noo my reason only for seat people should seat on they place only and i left my after interval part of movies because of this reason I suggest to please take a action on seating arrange its my requst to pvr owner please accept my request and it was pvr oberi gerogaon east mumbai my best mall but i hate pvr managment staff please take action on stafff its request to thank you so much pvr but last movies in pvr

                                        I have received PVR star pass code from Kotak silk program which is valid till 16.06.2015. When I tried to book ticket from PVR website, there is no option of redeem this star pass code. But there is no option to book using star pass in offers tab. My question is that how to use this pass code from PVR website.
