IT has been observed that PVR is playing the Avengers 2 3D movie with wrong polarisation which means you have to watch the movie wearing your 3D glasses upside down. In case you will keep on watching the movie wearing the glasses in normal, you will not see a correct 3D picture as well as it strains the eyes. They should be penalised for making fool of the people and wasting their time & money. After watching the movie for 10 minutes, I realised that the polarisation is not correct. .I tried the glasses upside down and BINGO! everything was correct. I also complained the manager there but they do not seem to be worried on the topic. !

      I have just returned back home at 1:30 am after watching Avengers age o[censored]ltron 3D ENGLISH from PVR Bhilai 10:30 PM show on 29/4/2015. The air conditioning of the auditorium was shut down before the intermission of the movie. Despite repeated requests air conditioning was not started till the end of the show. Very bad experience from PVR Bhilai. The management of PVR Bhilai is ruining your name by providing cheap services to the customers who pay for quality movie experience.

        Show time 10.30 pm. Movie : The Avengers: Age of the ultrons'. Ticket Price: 255 INR. City: Empress Mall, Nagpur Number of persons: 6. Row: K (9-14) Movie Date: 24th April, 2015 With reference to the subject and the detailes mentioned above, we experienced almost no air conditioning in the cinema hall. After suffering from a boiling hot movie watching experience inside the hall during the first half, we complained about the problem to the staff inside the hall, and were directed to the technical staff, unavailable for a long time. After a while when we got the golden opportunity to talk with them regarding the problem inside the hall, they made a false promise to attend the problem and assured to come and ask personally inside the hall. But we were highly disappointed to see no-one turning up from PVR staff inside the hall and neither attending the problem nor addressing the issue. Thank you and expect a resolution in 24 hours as mentioned. More over we do not expect the same cold response from this forum as PVR. Unfortunately we do not have any photo proof.

            Hi, I was trying to book tickets to a movie for Sunday 26th 1pm show of Kadhal Kanmani in Bangalore, Orion Mall. I submitted my credit card details and the transaction said there was an error but my account got debited with Rs.956. Can this please be looked into and I need my tickets or the money sent back to the account. Please fix your site, such errors are highly unacceptable and inefficient. Sridevi

              Movie show delayed & Air conditioning not working

              I went to see - Avengers age o[censored]ltron (3D)at PVR Cinemas, EDM Mall Kaushambi, Gaziabad, UP on 25/04/15 (Sat.) with my son. The show timings mentioned on the movie ticket was 03:50 pm. I was well before time in the hall and went ahead to enter AUDI 2 to watch the movie as per the mentioned time. However no one came to open the door of the auditorium, I waited for 5 mins. meanwhile all those people who were there to watch the same show were...

              Hi, Watched 10 pm show in Audi 4 of PVR/Koramangala on 21 April. In the 1st half in a capacity filled room the AC seemed barely sufficient. In the post interval session the AC seemed to have been turned off. Could not find a person to complain to in easy reach. Disappointed in the callous disregard for our comfort for which we choose to pay a higher price than single screens. Least expected from PVR.

                I booked ticket from book my show. Booking I'd WN2XG8N When I reached today at the counter the concerned person told me that they cannot start the show as we were 2 people.. As per my memory I have seen a movie about 2 years back at PVR Mumbai where we were only three people. So I was not convinced with the reason . We told him to give us the refund which he said that book my show will give us and we also asked to give us a replacement of the ticket with some other show, he was not ready for that too. This is a serious issue as it wasted a lot of time of mine and now I have to book another ticket and take out another 3 hours to watch the movie + my travelling charges. It is very obvious to expect a small number of people on a weekday morning. If they have a show they should play it no matter how many number of people come to see the show. Stupid reason and wasting more than 3 hours. They should be penalized for this.

                  Whomsoever it might concern I am extremely disappointed with the experience at PVR Panjagutta, i went for a movie on 18th April 2015, Audi 4, Seat No.P-4 & P-5 with my wife. To my surprise seat no. 4 was broken and it was moving, i was unable to sit and immediately reached the manager mahesh, he came with some maintainenace guy and couldnt do much as it was not in any position to repair, the movie started and i had to sit on the same chair and most of the times stand and watched the movie, it was one of the most dreadful experience i have gone thru. 1) I had terrible back pain by end of the movie which resulted in reaching out doctor for medical assistance on Sunday, even today i am on leave and taking rest. 2) The manager informed that he will get back to me and taken my number, till now its been 2 days not a single guy called me nor there was an apology from your end. Is this how you run the operations and service with bunch of people who are not customer centric, will your Head of PVR or owner watch the movie the way i did for the money i am spending ?// I want my money back and i also want a written apology letter from your management, failing which i will approach social media and write a complaint within 48 hours.                     hi i am watching Mr X in pvr dehradun but the quality of 3D spacs are very bad.I have changed it 3 times but still it is nit clear.request you to not release any 3D movie if you are not able to provide the quality spacs even after charged extra from customer.i will be very happy if you refund my money.my seat no is L 8 & 9 & my contact no is [protected]

                          Its a complaint about PVR Prashant Vihar. They are cheating audience. I bought movie tickets on &th April, 2015 and they gave me a 'Vibes' coupon already expired on 6th april 2015 with the tickets. This is fraud and an illegal practice.If you do not solve this issue, I will take up this matter with Police, media and other relevant government authorities.

                            I just watched fast and furious 7 in pvr cinemas orion mall. Your device us horrible. Not much choice of items in the menu. No cheese dips available for nachos. And the worst of all your 3d glasses don't work. I watched the whole movie with blurred vision. This is absolutely not acceptable. When we pay 200-300rs for a ticket we expect your services to be to our satisfaction. Very much disappointed with your service.

                              This is regarding a couple of ticket I booked on 8 th April 2015 morning 12.30 pm show at Audi 5, PVR Kochi, for seat number K7 and K8. The money got deducted from my debit card but the transaction failed. As it has happened before, I decided to book the tickets again, I still chose the same seats as they were vacant. now this time transaction went through and I end up watching the show. I was under an impression that my money will be refunded to me for the first transaction as it didn't go through. However, it did not happen, So, all I want is the refund for the failed transaction. Kindly revert as soon as possible so that I can go ahead.

                                Pvr bhilai situated at treasure island mall is selling coupons of rs.50 with each ticket so a ticket of rs. 100 is costing rs.150. They say these coupons are compulsory to buy. Coupons are for cold drink and a small popcorn. cold drink served by them is not chill it can be compared to coffee by the way. And there is no choice available for popcorn. Overall quality is degrading just because of greed o[censored]ndue charges.

                                  Team, Very unfortunate and very disappointed regarding using voucher card issued by PVR. On last month when I was at PVR avani mall they have told me that the system has failed to accept the cards and today again I am unable to use my cards. If you do not have proper system to use the cards at proper time then what is the use of the cards? I will file a complain about you at consumer forum. I have 4 cards being nos. [protected], [protected], [protected]. whenever I put the number for paying a ticket it is showing that invalid batch. I need 3 tickets of tomorrow of Bomkesh Bokshi at PVR avani mall at 5.45 p.m. at Rs. 200/- each.

                                    Yesterday v 4 friend gone for a movie..fast and furious7...movie timing 7:35pm... We asked the manager for 4 ticket for the timing of 7:35..Bt d manager given d tickets of 6:30...and v have swipe the card at 7pm..its the fault of manager..and Mr ajay was arguing so much...and misbehave with us.. Waiting for your revert reply...

                                      Watching a movie @ PVR is no more a fun experience. I watched movie Hunter yesterday 9pm show at PVR cinema Ujjain where (a) extra Rs 40/ticket imposed on customers at ticket window for selling coupons of patties without customers' choice. (b) cheating the customer by not selling tickets of lower classes taking advantage of rush hours while the whole silver class remained empty. (c) selling zero fizz cold drinks at the counter. Moreover neither they are ready to change nor they would produce a complain book. Your services are taking you down and taking advantage of monopoly in small town markets doesn't give you any reason to speak arrogantly with your customers. Acknowledgement is expected.
