So far, so good. PVR Cinemas is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. while booking tickets for movie clash of titans show dated 14th april 2010 1500 hrs we had done the payment for eight tickets but the conformation was not received and the money was credited from the account. we had rechecked for the booking details but it was found dat the booking was not done , so we rebooked the tickets . so i kindly request you to look into the matter and refund the money back into my account .

when i booked tickets online for pvr cinemas by credit card they r charging a transaction/convinience/service charge . this is unfair since we r booking the ticket ourself their load is reduced actually ticket shd be discounted instead of extra charge...
I had tried to book 2 tickets for My Name is Khan on the 20th Feb, 2010. Due to some glitch in your site the tickets were not issued and my account was wrongly debited for Rs. 170.
It has been more than 20 days and the money has not been refunded. I did not receive any email or sms confirming the issue of the tickets and the message on the website said "if the money has been debited, it will be refunded".

my name is P.K.Vineet, am from hyderabad, I have a sbi atm cum debit card.today i.e.., 10/02/2010 i tried booking MY NAME IS KHAN movie tickets in PVR hyderabad website by using ccavenue sbi gateway with my debit card twice, because of server failure transaction was not successfull and i didnt get any transaction ID and only got a message saying http server failure and i was redirected to pvr website both times, but amount 460Rs...
I was trying to book 3 tickets for 3 on 24th december, 2009 but the site said transaction failed. Hence i did not get the tickets but my money for 3 tickets (rs 585/-) has been debited from my citibank account. Also the tickets don't show in the booking history.
I tried 4-5 times to do online booking througfh PVR website on 26th December 2009. However, on finally calling up your customer care number the CSR told me that it is not allowed today and you will have to buy tickets in person, which I did later in the day.
However, later on I realised that my account was debited 5 times, once for the koisk booking and 4 times when I attempted online.

I had tried booking three tickets of Prime Normal type at PVR Phoenix for the Dec 27th 9 AM show for the movie "Vettaikaran". The transactions failed twice but the amount has been debited twice (Rs 460+ Rs. 460). The transaction IDs are

On the 24-Dec-09, I tried booking 4 tickets for Avatar movie throught he website www.pvrcinemas.com. Due to some glitch in the site, the transaction wasnt successful. A messagebox showed up everytime saying something like, "Your tickets cannot be booked, If money has been debited from your account it will be refunded".
I tried 6 times, 2 times with Debit Card and 4 times with Credit Card. Ther transaction was successful...
PVR is earning through fraud transactions!!
I booked 2 tickets on 31st dec using PVR online booking site. After giving the credit card details, it took me directly to the home page; I did not receive the tickets, but my credit card has been debited for Rs. 390.
