I was asked to purchase the Rs. 150 food voucher with every ticket that I was purchasing. I was denied any seats without this food voucher purchase.

The incident happened at Phoenix Mall in Bareilly, UP. Please take strict action against the concerned party.

I have lost OnePlus buds z2 earbuds in PVR nexus mall Hyderabad in the movie Ugram at 10:25pm show last night i.e., 7th may 2023- Screen 2. I request the management to resolve the issue asap, they were so much important to me.

I was quite disappointed and frustrated about parking fee at PVR mall Velachery by the lease company representative. They are charging 40rs per hr. Didn't gave the correct balance in return. Useless people deputed by the company. Also cost of snacks too high. Try to reduce that rather kind of loot .

I booked my ticket on 22 april 2023 for rs 800 and my ticket didnt booked because of time out happened and payment was done via googlepay . employee at counter said. money will be refunded within 4-5 days... but today, 12 days i still didnt get any refund and tried to connect with them many times on the number they given me for update. i am really disappointed and chasing them everyday but disnt get any response from them . please help me to get out of this . please help me in my refund .

Few days ago pvr announced contest on Instagram for the guardians of the galaxy 3 winner will get early screening ticket they said I've won and they texted me for the same and just before reaching the venue they texted me that screening has been cancelled, and instead they offered me a 300 rs voucher for compensation... 300 rs voucher instead of a screening ticket ? leaving that aside when reached the venue not a single pvr authority took responsibility. they just raised their hand and said we don't know anything and cannot contact anyone. was sent back when I got home got to know that other people who have won pvr let them in . when asked pvr texting them abt this they've seen it and ignored ?? why fake publicity i[censored] aren't going to offer winner the winning prize donit keep contest na ! extremely disappointed by pvr ... and 300 rs voucher instead of a screening kaha se fair hai idk ! i need a better compensation!

I booked 2 tickets from the Pvr website for movie PS-2 and paid via debit card the transaction was successful but I didn't received the ticket. Its completely disappointing and refund amount is not credited to the bank account. I spoke to pvr customer care they said amount has been refunded but it is not reflected to my bank account.
I paid Rs 433.48/- with included conv. fee and GST as well.

Ticket price 290/- per person show online .. after that we reached at 4:05 pm and asked to the girl who set on the ticket counter.. she told ask the ticket is 460/- per person including the food of rs. 150/- per person
. I told her we don't need please give only the ticket she said i[censored] not taken the food the price of tickets is 430/- per person and the ticket time 4 o'clock u are late for the booking. In that situation we preferred the 460/- plan and into the cinema hall movie start at 4:24pm.

I feel very bed on that time and this is not right for me or anyone who faced the same thing again.

This is my first time in the PVR for facing like this behaviour.

Please make some action against them.

We have suffered physical pain in the horror house of pvr. You have the right to scare but not to hurt

Ticket prices for normal tickets have to be limited to 200 max but even for the normal seats the prices are like 300+ 400+
The Karnataka government has clearly stated that the prices for normal tickets should be 200 and not more than that unless it’s a gold or any other seat like recliner

I have booked movie ticket Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (U/A) on Sat 8 Apr, 2023 PVR Directors cut Ambience Mall. Booking ID is WGN6W5G. Once I have reached Ambience Mall Gurugram, they told us it is for PVR Ambience Delhi. Crew has suggested us to purchase new ticket and the amount will be reimbursed within 7 to 8 days. They took screenshot from my mobile for booking ID and circulated in some group for refund. We have purchased new ticket and seen the movie Mario.

My refund has not come yet. Request you to provide the solution.

Hi myself lohith I’m residence of mysuru Karnataka. I forgot my silver bracelet while watching movie it was the last show which I went . When I came back and asked them thy said to check once again inside the cinema hall but couldn’t find it I asked again but no use . I had so my memories filled with it . Loosing something I love really hurts and the workers there have took it while cleaning but no one is accepting it because I clearly remember I left it in the cup holder and came out like that only I forgot it there only ..
please anyone help me out I want it back please :/

I have tried booking tickets on 5/05/0/23 guardian of galaxy 3 for 2 people in guwahati PVR city center . But my money got deducted from my account but no ticket were given instead of that it says bad transaction . My 615.52 money got deducted while paying through paytm wallet from my account .plzz refund my money i want to book my ticket as soon as possible

I booked ticket for 4th may 2023 show timings are 11.20AM at Punjagutta Central (pvr cinemas) and after entering the hall almost more than one hour finished vlbut AC they did not turned and literally I was feeling suffocation and horrible smell is coming from seats. Is this a level of PVR CINEMAS creating problem and panic situation for viewers who come to see movies. Please take an appropriate action it's a request.

1. I have booked the 3 tickets of the movie Maharashtra Shahir at PVR Cinema, City Centre Mall, Nashik, Maharashtra on 3rd May 2023 at 7:03 pm.
2. I have asked the tickets for the 8pm show of the same day ( 3rd May)
3. While confirming the tickets the booking counter person Mr Ejaj Shaikh didn't announce/ confirm show timings.
4. When we have reached cinema hall, that time it was found that we got the tickets for the 6:30 pm show instead of 8 pm.
5. We had talk with manager Mr Hemant More ( mobile number [protected]) and explained the facts.
6. We have requested him to allow us to watch the 8pm show but he denied.
7. After that, we have again requested him to refund the amount Rs. 570/- but he said it is not possible. So we have requested him to permit us to watch 8pm show. There were plenty of seats vancts/ available.
8. We have booked the tickets at 7:03 pm and reached the cinema hall at 7:50 pm. This means we had plan/ intention to watch 8pm show and not 6:30pm show.
9. Inspite of requesting, he didn't allow us see the movie or didn't initiate the process of refund of amount.
10. The behaviour of Mr.More was very rude ond arrogant.
11. It was a very shocking experience we have gone through.
12. We have lost our valuable time and money also.
13. How can they compensate our mental and monitory lost ?

Recently, I visited your cinema hall to watch a movie with my friend who is physically handicapped. To my dismay, I noticed that there were no ramps provided for the disabled people at the entrance of the cinema hall.

Pvr skywalk, audi 2, absolutely no ac inside since the beginning of the movie, date April 30, 12.30 show, seats k 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, I went and informed a security guy outside with pvr uniform, they said they will inform, but nothing has changed.

I know with the amour of monoply in theatre business you can very well choose to ignore this, still sending this complaint with some hope.

Else today it's one person thinking maybe it's best to watch on ott, until the mass thinks the same.

Ordered combo of Pepsi and Popcorn and they served Pepsi in Lipton Tea cups.

This is Fraud with costumer by Providing not enough quantity of Pepsi and serving it in Tea cups.

I've been into many PVR around whole India but first time ever seen such kind of fraudulency.

I have erroneously booked 4 tickets worth Rs 3684/- for 29th april instead of 30th april at PVR cinemas pacific mall subhash nagar delhi through paytm but when i called at PVR they are saying they will not refund amount booked for tickets as they are booked through paytm and we dont have access to check their status..

Request you to kindly help in getting cancel the tickets and refund amount back at the earliest.
