On 21/04/2023 I along with my mother went to watch a movie namely “Kisi Ka bhai kisi ki jaan†at PVR, D21 Pacific Mall, Dwarka, Delhi. I purchased 2 tickets for 12:50 Pm movie show but to my surprise I was forced to purchase the food voucher with movie ticket and when I specifically mentioned that I didn’t want the food voucher, the lady (name not known) specifically mentioned that as per PVR policy these tickets can’t be purchased without purchasing the food voucher and thereby deceitfully induced me to pay for 2 food vouchers worth rupees 150 each, bearing voucher codes CVP3HG1ZX and CVPIAN9L8 also complained about the same to one Sh. Misum ( M. No.[protected] who represented himself as manager of that theatre, who did not take any action to resolve my complaint.
PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
