I have watched movie Bholaa having showtime 12:45P.M. The AC was not working at that time after that I have requested to some of their staffs to turn ON the AC but AC was not started till interval of the movie.
In interval I requested again but they have not started. Then in second half I requested again then they finally started it before 10minutes of ending of movie.

So what kind of service is this. Really frustrating. So I request you to look into this and provide some compensation to your customers.

          I had booked for the movie John Wick : Chapter 4 at PVR CInemas, Nexus Mall, Koramangala, Bengaluru on 12th April, 4:45pm show. While watching the movie from the start, I felt the visuals are little shaky. I asked about it to the person sitting next to me and he also agreed the same. After watching the move for some 20 mins, I went out of the movie hall and asked the PVR staffs for the manager in charge. The manager came and I described my issue. He came with me into the hall checked the screen and told me that he will ask about it to the projector-man. I continued watching the movie in belief that the problem will be solved soon. But nothing happened and at the time of interval I reached to the manager again. But this time another manager came and I described the issue again. He also came inside the hall checked the issue. And told me it was not a problem from their side. Because when the ads shown at the time of interval were picture-perfect. Anyway the issue didnt get solved and overall it was the first bad experience for me from an IMAX theatre. I didnt enjoyed the movie at all. IMAX movie version was said to be the one with the stunning picture quality and clarity. Im not complaining about the PVR Manager / staffs, as they responded politely to my complaint. Expecting a resolution from PVR as Im a regular visitor at PVR Cinemas Bengaluru,

            Paid for popcorn in pvr app twice, once using paytm wallet and next using debit card. Money was debitted from both and app said unable to process and will take 48 hrs to refund but it has been 2 weeks and havent received refund or any message

              I went for morning show of pope's Exorcist at PVR, Singapore mall, Lucknow.
              The AC was not working at Audi 2, 10 AM show.
              After intermission they started AC without cooling, i got very pissed off with the hot enviornment.

                Is pvr install CCTV inside the auditorium.if yes then why you don't inform your coustomer about it .and what about the privacy of the couple.are you sure that your staff doesn't leak any footage.

                  I am a regular customer...and a high end customer at diamond plaza ever since it's inception. Am a 50 yr old female teacher. Almost every day i visit this mall as I am a local. Today a very unpleasant thing happened which i would like to share with all. I had a waste paper in my hand after having chana at the gate . I could not find any dustbin outside and since I am particular about throwing litter in the bin only I found a bin at the outside foyer of dp where I approached to throw the paper. A security guard at the gate( around 8.30 pm rushed at me and shouted saying how can you throw waste paper in our bin if you have food outside at the gate. I was stupified. How can keeping the yard clean be an error. I told him bin is for all in emergency. You can stop. He kept savagely saying yes I can . Me and my daughter were harrassed by this individual.What behaviour is this. I would also like to bring into notice that all organisations have a social responsibility to keep city clean and thus a bin can be used by any citizen to stop litter. I demand a full apology on this or I would be taking this matter seriously for further action.

                    PVR Customer Service,

                    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent policy change at PVR Faridabad, which now requires customers to purchase food along with their movie tickets. I visited PVR Faridabad yesterday and was shocked to learn that I had to purchase food in order to watch the movie.

                    As a customer, I believe that this new policy is unfair and inconvenient. Not only does it restrict my choices as a consumer, but it also increases my expenses unnecessarily. I did not want to purchase food as I had already had my dinner and this policy forced me to buy something that I did not need or want. Furthermore, the food items were priced exorbitantly, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

                    The mandatory food purchase policy also creates unnecessary waste and litter, as many customers end up throwing away uneaten or unwanted food. In addition, the long lines and delays at the food counters made it difficult for me to arrive on time for the show, which detracted from the overall moviegoing experience.

                    I urge PVR management to reconsider this policy and provide customers with the option to purchase food if they so choose, but not force them to do so. This policy seems to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, which is disappointing. I hope that PVR Faridabad will take my feedback into account and work towards creating a more customer-friendly moviegoing experience.

                      Had ordered 2 regulsr pepsi's in PVR cinemas on April 9th, 2023.Was charged rupees 500 for just 2 pepsis. This is extremely high and more than 10 times the price in the market. Kindly justify the price and refund the amount.

                          I visited PVR S2 Preambur Screen 3 for yesterday 8th April 10pm show with seats B6 to B10.

                            My show was in the morning for 11:30 AM BUT I REACHED AT PVR BY 11:00 am and they denied my entry said i have to wait outside they can only allow 10 mins earlier this felt kind of rude behaviour as it was just a matter of-20-mins and mall wasn’t open so i had to keep standing outside the pvr saphire sector 21 dwarka outside like a fool and wait for 20 min to just check in least they could do is let me wait in the lounges and be seated as it was a early morning show my sunday was totally ruined and I’m not using pvr from now haven’t seen this kind of behaviour in any cinema

                              Dear PVR Customer Service,

                              I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the policy of requiring customers to purchase food coupons in addition to their movie tickets at the PVR Friends in Jalandhar. I recently visited your cinema on April 6th, 2023, and was shocked to learn that I would not be allowed entry to the movie screening unless I purchased food coupons worth 880 rupees.

                              This policy goes against the consumer rights enshrined in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Consumers have the right to choose which products or services they wish to purchase, and forcing customers to buy food coupons to gain entry to a movie screening is a clear violation of this right. Additionally, businesses are required to provide clear and accurate information about their products and services to consumers, and PVR should have informed customers in advance about any additional requirements or fees for entry.

                              As a consumer, I strongly believe that this policy is unfair, misleading, and takes advantage of consumer ignorance. I am requesting that PVR immediately discontinue this policy of requiring customers to purchase food coupons in addition to their movie tickets. Additionally, I am requesting a full refund of my movie ticket worth 2059 rupees and the food coupons worth 880 rupees that I was forced to purchase. The transaction ID for the purchase was 318441.

                              I believe that this policy is against the interests of consumers and goes against the consumer rights enshrined in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent other consumers from facing similar issues in the future.

                              I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this matter and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Please let me know the steps I need to take to receive the refund.

                                      Hi this is Ashwin from Chennai. Today morning (01/04/23), I & my wife booked Viduthalai Tamil movie at PVR VR Mall, chennai. The show time is at 9.15am & we were in our seats five minutes earlier but the film has not been telecasted for 30minutes. Full of advertisements & after 40minutes the operating person came & informed that the projector has got freezed & it will take more time to start the movie. We both are working & we generally book tickets in PVR to experience a good service. The worst scenario in VR Mall PVR is happening for a long time. This is not the first time. Whereas other PVR's are not like this. We had asked permission in office to see this Viduthalai movie. But due to lack of maintenance & lethergicness they are not providing a good service. If this is not getting fixed hereafter, then this will be escalated. Thank you.
