Dear team my name is karthik I went to pvr lulu Trivandrum with my family my son carried one lays packet with him it’s not broken also but one of your staff mr Vishnu he is totally spoken badly and he is arguing with me I request that my child will cry if I through that but he didn’t consider about the request it’s totally worst experience I got I need a clear explanation for this

I didn't got my ordered popcorn yet and movie is about to end. I could have go and ask about it but this is the second time I am facing this

Recently I went to watch Pathaan movie, during interval I wanted to order some food to eat . I was standing in the line and the waiting time was so much that I missed around 15 to 20 mins of movie time. I have faced this kind of issues with pvr cinemas several times. The problem is that the person who is at the counter, bills what the customer wants and he is the one to arrange the food also. So one can imagine the time taken by that person...

Tried to book 2 Tickets at PVR at VR Mall Chennai Annanagar for Thunivu at 6:45 pm show on 02/02/2023. Amount of Rs 433.38 was deducted from my account while I was trying to book through PVR app but didnt receive my tickets. I here by attached the payment detail below.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

Yesterday[protected] I was booked a two tickets of Rs.433.48 I was paid through online payment and the payment detail also I here by attached below. But I didn’t get a ticket.
The show is 02:02:2023, 6:45pm show at PVR cinemas VR Mall Chennai Annanagar.
Pls refund my payment or booking the same. Pls do the needful.

Today I booked two tickets from the website of PVR cinemas. The site said that They will send a confirmation EMAIL or SMS if the money has been deducted from my account else they will refund Now it's been 4 hours and I still didn't get any confirmation message and the tickets aren't booked yet. I tried two times but both times It said the same thing. Please see to it soon as The show is on Feb 3 and just 1 day is left.

I booked my tickets online on the PVR cinemas website. After i selected the seats A message showed up that They will send a confirmation Email or SMS if the money has been deducted from my account else they will refund the money but still neither I got any confirmation SMS or Email nor I got the message if my ticket has been booked or not. Please fix this I want to know if my tickets were booked or not.

Audi 4 at orian mall panvel. Having colling issue. Don't know saving electricity???

My name is Anoop Varghese and I had booked the 9.30 am morning show for Pathaan Movie on 26th January at PVR cinemas, Vega City Mall, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore (seat no. J5 Audi IMAX Screen 02). My main complaint is that the 9.30 am show started only after 10 am which is more than an half an hour delay. First of all we had to wait outside till 9.45 am to gain entry into the hall. PVR food counter staff at City Centre Gurgaon outlet purposely fraud the customers by charging higher for regular popcorns by misleading customers that they included add ons. Normal Rs380 popcorns are billed at Rs.449 and no bill is provided. On being questioned they put up false excuses and then immediately try and settle the matter by giving cash of the balance amount.

In recent weeks the service at Puducherry pvr is getting bad. Service with a smile is minimal from staffs. This needs improvement. I booked for 2 movies on 27 January 2023. The 11 am show at screen 1 was hot Owen with no AC and bad sound system. This was taken to the notice of duty managers Mr Hari and Mr Sudharshan. Mr Hari could be more polite and patron friendly. They corrected the issue for my second movie at 3 40 at screen 4.
Anyway this issue should not have aroused. Again at screen 4, no staff was present at the door until 3:31 for the 3:40 not before my averting the duty managers at their door.

The other key issue is the lack of good coordination between the duty managers and security agencies in frisking issues. It looks like PVR is trying to monopolise the cinema space with new abnormals with the frisking issues. This is a potential human rights and discrimination issues between male or female patrons by physical touching of patrons. We are advocating on contactless business on one side and rudely implementation of physical touch by security gaurds. This is clearly unwarranted. This should be moderated at large. The 3 step SOP should be clearly educated to the duty managers with the philosophy behind it. If and else loop is involved in this assignment and i understand that the duty managers Mr Hari has the least understanding of the same. Limited company in the service space should have sensitive protocols. The assumption to touch all patrons across board is a signal that all patrons are potentially intoxicated. I have spent few lakhs watching movie at PVR over the last few years. These new abnormals clearly discourage to engage at your business.

I visited PVR Gaur City, Greater Noida west on 26th January 2023 to watch movie along with family.

I purchased popcorn and red bull from counter and paid the amount Rs 1915 via phonepe Transaction id T2301261158431002360151 UTR[protected]. Counter guy said payment is not received and forced me to pay again, I again paid via credit card, he told the payment of phonepe will be refunded within 48hrs but still money is not received.

Please refund the amount

Tried to book 2 recliner seats at PVR Trivandrum for Avatar: The Way of Waters at 6:40 pm show on 28 /01/2023. Amount of Rs 1186 was deducted from my account while I was trying to book through PVR app but didnt receive my tickets. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

I have booked 4 tickets of movie Pathan of show timing- 11 pm on 26 jan 2023 in PVR OPULENT Ghaziabad.

I entered inside audi 1 and came out within 5 minutes because what I saw was ### hell to my sight.

Audi was overcrowded, people were sitting on each other's lap.
4 random people were sitting on my seats and when I asked them to get up from my seats, they denied and shouted we are Muslims and we are here to SUPPORT Pathan and will not get up.

PVR staff was not there inside the audi and was sCAREd to say anything to those people.
Those people sitting on our seats misbehaved with me and my sister, passing nuisance comments.
So our brothers decided not to watch movie in this pvr ever again and we left.

So cut the long story short, I want my money to be refunded back now.

Also please take a note of - I was sCAREd and felt unsafe to be there in your PVR and if anything awful would have happened to us then who would be responsible for it as there was lack of security there form your end.

Refund my money now and next time do not let this happen with anyone especially women.
