PVR Cinemas Complaints & Reviews

I booked my ticket for virupaksha movie at PVR icon, Madhapur, Hyderabad. There is no AC through the movie . The ticket price including sevice charges 330 rupees.

I don't get any privilege points on ticket booking, I have listed the tickets booked date, and amount paid for tickets below

1. On 17 Feb 10:00 PM - INR 244.68
2. On 30 Mar 10:25 PM - INR 154.34
3. On 06 Apr 10:10 PM - INR 216.74
4. On 30 Apr 07:55 PM - INR 1, 733.92

They forcefully hand over the packet of pop corn, but still do not want it

I tried to book tickets for ponniyin 2 via PVR app on April 26th around 3.30 AM, amount Rs 427.48 has been debited from my account but tickets not booked. Need refund.

I booked ticket for Ponniyin Selvan 2 in Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai for ₹588.78
Amount debited from my bank account but ticket not booked. Please help me get the money back

I had booked 2 tickets on PVR app for Evil dead rise movie for 26/04/2023 4 pm Brookfields Coimbatore, and after selecting the tickets and choosing for UPI option I was prompted to the UPI page (phonepe) after paying the money got debited from my account yet there was no confirmation from the side of PVR. I attached the UPI transaction screenshot for reference

We booked today show at PVR curo Jalandhar for evil dead rise at 10.45 pm.
We had to left the show in middle as cinema has allowed drunk people and they were shouting all the time
We complaint with cinema staff but they were not much bothered.i was with my wife and they were not bothered of a female security concern
Big question is that why cinema is allowing drunk people inside the cinema hall

I tried to book 2 tickets from pvr app. And I paid 403.72rs and transaction is successful but the tickets not booked. When I am observing those tickets I selected in theatre they are blocked in app but i haven't got any tickets. W
Either compensate me with my refund or give me my tickets @PVR Cinemas?

On 21/04/2023 I along with my mother went to watch a movie namely “Kisi Ka bhai kisi ki jaan” at PVR, D21 Pacific Mall, Dwarka, Delhi. I purchased 2 tickets for 12:50 Pm movie show but to my surprise I was forced to purchase the food voucher with movie ticket and when I specifically mentioned that I didn’t want the food voucher, the lady (name not known) specifically mentioned that as per PVR policy these tickets can’t be purchased without purchasing the food voucher and thereby deceitfully induced me to pay for 2 food vouchers worth rupees 150 each, bearing voucher codes CVP3HG1ZX and CVPIAN9L8 also complained about the same to one Sh. Misum ( M. No.[protected] who represented himself as manager of that theatre, who did not take any action to resolve my complaint.

I have visited PVR cinemas in forum Mall more then 5 times, why your team members are not playing National anthem before film starts, each and every Film theatres are playing National anthem before films starts why not in PVR, what's your problem.

You can play more den 10 advertisements each and every time.

Don't you feel shame on urself for this.

I need this to be resolved soon.

Each and every show before National anthem should be played.

I am taranjeet kaur from your pavillion pvr branch working as lady guard. I want to say that the men staff is not good there, they use abussive language in front of me, and i complained to my senior's they dont take action against them. Men staff bulling and ragging on me when i am on my work. Some of the chocolates stolen by someone from open locker (which is provide us for customers outdoor food) and they blame on me that i stole those chocolates. When i said to check the camera's and they ignored me. After that they fire me from the job without any reason. Please take action on this and told them to give me my job back.

Your seat number/s is/are B18, B19.Dear Patron, The voucher codes are CVPW2GXY9, CVPIK1BMI. With each voucher enjoy a value of INR 150 each.This voucher is valid for 4 hours from end of the show.

But online ticket amount is less Rs. 177.88

I had booked two tickets for Bhola @ 290 each total amounting to 580 from our debit card but the amount was deducted twice with Rs. 580 and 580 for the same I don't know why??
I need proper justification for the same and a refund, i.e. Rs. 580/-.
I have checked my card transaction and it clearly shows that the money has been deducted.

The men's toilets do not have individual partitions between each urinal.

They should provide this basic facility considering the high prices charged for food and movie tickets

I'm the ESP in the PVR mall of india (TLC), and i want to say that I'm doing my job atleast 1.5 months still there is no drinking water facilities in operation.. and main part is the pvr is still not open ..but the All the HOD When all the departments are working together, sometimes you clean the room, let it freeze, let us do some damage, or our mistakes. Hum log hai sir labor nahi to do all this work na labor also get 1000rs a day

I have watched movie Bholaa having showtime 12:45P.M. The AC was not working at that time after that I have requested to some of their staffs to turn ON the AC but AC was not started till interval of the movie.
In interval I requested again but they have not started. Then in second half I requested again then they finally started it before 10minutes of ending of movie.

So what kind of service is this. Really frustrating. So I request you to look into this and provide some compensation to your customers.

I had booked for the movie John Wick : Chapter 4 at PVR CInemas, Nexus Mall, Koramangala, Bengaluru on 12th April, 4:45pm show. While watching the movie from the start, I felt the visuals are little shaky. I asked about it to the person sitting next to me and he also agreed the same. After watching the move for some 20 mins, I went out of the movie hall and asked the PVR staffs for the manager in charge. The manager came and I described my issue. He came with me into the hall checked the screen and told me that he will ask about it to the projector-man. I continued watching the movie in belief that the problem will be solved soon. But nothing happened and at the time of interval I reached to the manager again. But this time another manager came and I described the issue again. He also came inside the hall checked the issue. And told me it was not a problem from their side. Because when the ads shown at the time of interval were picture-perfect. Anyway the issue didnt get solved and overall it was the first bad experience for me from an IMAX theatre. I didnt enjoyed the movie at all. IMAX movie version was said to be the one with the stunning picture quality and clarity. Im not complaining about the PVR Manager / staffs, as they responded politely to my complaint. Expecting a resolution from PVR as Im a regular visitor at PVR Cinemas Bengaluru,
