Tried to book 2 recliner seats at PVR Trivandrum for Avatar: The Way of Waters at 6:40 pm show on 28 /01/2023. Amount of Rs 1186 was deducted from my account while I was trying to book through PVR app but didnt receive my tickets. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I have booked 4 tickets of movie Pathan of show timing- 11 pm on 26 jan 2023 in PVR OPULENT Ghaziabad.

    I entered inside audi 1 and came out within 5 minutes because what I saw was ### hell to my sight.

    Audi was overcrowded, people were sitting on each other's lap.
    4 random people were sitting on my seats and when I asked them to get up from my seats, they denied and shouted we are Muslims and we are here to SUPPORT Pathan and will not get up.

    PVR staff was not there inside the audi and was sCAREd to say anything to those people.
    Those people sitting on our seats misbehaved with me and my sister, passing nuisance comments.
    So our brothers decided not to watch movie in this pvr ever again and we left.

    So cut the long story short, I want my money to be refunded back now.

    Also please take a note of - I was sCAREd and felt unsafe to be there in your PVR and if anything awful would have happened to us then who would be responsible for it as there was lack of security there form your end.

    Refund my money now and next time do not let this happen with anyone especially women.

      My name is Anoop Varghese and am a resident of Jp Nagar Bangalore. I booked a 9.30 am show for Pathaan movie at PVR Cinemas, Vega City, Bannerghatta Road. First of all for a 9.30 am show they allowed entry into the Plex only after 9.45 am. They started cleaning the Plex only after 9.20 am and once entry was allowed there was more than 15 minutes of ads after which the show started well after 10 am. My query is does this PVR branch think that all the people who have come to watch the movie is full of time and they can afford to waste more than half an hour when the actual show was supposed to start at 9.30 am. If they want to start the show only after 10 am then why can't they put a slot for that specific time rather than making the customers wait and spoil their jovial mood for the cinemas. I would like to have a genuine response on this or else I would like to escalate the complaint further.

        I am a new user and installed PVR ap and booked tickets and then I saw join PVR privilege and get free large popcorn. I joined it but did not get anything. No voucher nothing. Went to the counter and showed him that I am a new member and I was promised a large popcorn upon movie booking but he said there is no voucher.

            I booked tickets for avatar on 23 Jan 2023 through pvr mobile app.Paid using google pay. The money got deducted from my account but I didn't get the ticket. I want refund. I lost 1186 rupees

              The privilege points on my bookings of tickets are not being added to my account. This is quite disappointing.

              I hope that this is resolved or atleast any other remedy is given. The app should be able to do it in an automated manner.

                      Now I'm watching VARISU movie in PVR(screen - 8), VR Mall. The show time 8.30am we are facing sound quality issue in this screen and no one bother about this. When the Songs or BGM come its very uncomfort to hear. I have proof also for this issue.

                              I had tried to book for Thunivu movie tickets, 4.15 PM show at PVR VR PXL chennai. I had booked two tickets F6 and F7 which was successful. Then I wanted two more tickets, hence tried to book F13, F14 using the same payment method as earlier (Gpay).The amount of Rs 387.48 was debited from my account but I got an error in my PVR app saying "You are offline and could not be booked". I tried after sometime and again had the same error after the amount was debited. Finally I was able to book using Credit card. An Amount of Rs 387.48 was debited twice from account without successful ticket booking.Kindly look into the issue and refund me at the earliest.

                                I had booked tickets for the movie THUNIVU on Jan 11th 2023 7:15 PM
                                at PVR: BHARTIYA MALL OF BENGALURU.

                                During purchasing of the food, the team rejected to redeem my coupon saying that their system has not updated to comply the coupon.

                                  I recently booked a ticket for Varisu tamil movie for 147 rs and It took me to the payment page and I paid using Phonepe UPI and the amount of 147 got debited and after debiting i received a message "Bad booking" and amount will be refunded. But i did not receive any refund or the tickets from pvr cinemas. Do initiate refund or confirm the ticket asap.

                                    I've been an active user of the PVR cinemas, on December 31st I made bought tickets for the movie avatar the way of water, in the PVR app.Unlike some bookings I never really got my PVR privelage points for my purchase.I contacted the customer care through call and told my issue but the response were minimal.Is PVR trying to avoid crediting me lots of privilege points for my purchase because I booked tickets for RS.3500 or is the customer care not responsive enough?

                                      We have vistied pvr cinema subhash nagar Delhi yesterday[protected] and we have purchase some food items against bill no 0449695 dated[protected] in which according to details of item mention in bills the grand total of bill becomes Rs 3690 and your operator Mr Suraj intentional erase the grand total from the bill and they have swap the card for Rs 4685/- at the time of payment they said sir we will provide the bill at your seat while serving the food. We are unable to check the bills at there we will check the bill after leaving the place and i am surprised to see this fraud by pvr Cinema. You guys charge extra amount from customer this is cheating on your customer. I will take legal action against your as i have the copy of bill and credit card payment slip also.
