How to enter the captcha though it is not showing up in the screen ?

I have booked Avatar movie ticket for saturday (24-dec-2022) at Grand mall velachery but the ticket has not confirmed but amount deducted from bank account.

Please confirm the same.

Bad Smelling

I Had visited PVR Sangam on 19 DEc at 1910 for the AVATAR show. ordered a tub popcorn from PVR eatery. a CARAMEL and CHEESE Mix. I found the tub was only cheese and 4-5 popcorns of caramel. If this is the silly way of cheating customers and fleecing PVRs idea, or the individual serving I would like a redressal and would like to avoid PVR as much as possible.

Place: PVR Cinemas, Vega City Mall, Bangalore. Transaction ID: 6351397. I made an advance booking of 2 tickets on 13/12/22 for Avatar IMAX 3D for Sunday 18/12/22 10.30pm show. Cost of 2 tickets was Rs 2100, seat no C12 C13. I entered the Pvr cinemas lobby and the security checked us in with the booking ID. As we were watching the movie inside the IMAX hall, 1 hour later a person claimed that it was their seat. During the interval the duty manager of the the theater called us out and told us that ticket was wrong and was scheduled for morning 10.30pm show the same day, the manager asked us to move out. We were removed from the theater in the middle of the movie and made us exit the lobby during the interval. We even asked if we could continue the movie since we have already paid. But the manager Mr Anish refused. The manager did not give any satisfying answers about the money refund or rescheduling the tickets, instead told us that he will have to verify if we had attended the scheduled morning show. We did not attend the morning show, since I made the booking for 10.30pm night show, we showed up only for that. It's a clear error from the staff who booked the tickets. The security checked us in with the booking ID, that's how we entered the cinema lobby. Later we were humiliated, insulted and sent back from the cinema hall at the middle of the movie. Please resolve this issue.

As i clear mentioned thats i want tomorrow ticket but he booked day After tomorrow ticket and even operater also check that message and said it is right that your ticket is book for tomorrow but in message it is clear that it is day after tomorrow

Money debited but ticket not recieved

I have ordered tickets on pvr website for thursday at punjagutta next galleria for avatar 2 the way of water at 6 45 but after the completion of the transaction it showed up a error window after debbitimg money from my credit card.

It's 4.30 pm and my 4 pm movie at PVR still hasn't begun because they're still showing ads - continuous, non-stop ads. If so many ads are going to be pushed on to the customers, why are we required to pay 600 rs. for a ticket in the first place? And based on my previous experience, I know there will be another half hour of ads during interval. What an exploitation of customers. Horrible movie experience PVR.

I went watch avatar 2 and paid for 2 Pepsi and burger and told those ### to bring it on my recliner seats but those mfs forgot my order then I have to take the Pepsi myself.

I booked 4 tickets for avatar 2, on 20/2022 at 2.40 PM show on 19/12/2022. I paid the amount using Paytm and money got debited from the bank but tickets not booked. The order ID is BCEN[protected].

I have booked a ticket for date 18/12/2022 of timing 10:40 AM, But it was booked of date 17/12/2022 timing 10:40 PM. When I reach to cinema, i got to know that it was booked yesterday timing. I need my refund.

I booked ticket through the PVR app for avatar way of water which costed 375.66rs in imax 3d lower parel mumbai. My money got debited but the app showed bad transaction and did not book the ticket. Please help me get the refund back.

Sir, I booked 3 tickets for movie Avatar in PVR Grand galada Chennai through online for 18.12.2022 and the amount debited from my account. But booking confirmation not yet received. Please refund the amount.

I have booked tickets for Avatar 7:30am 18th Dec 2022 show I had to pay Rs480 for the seat which now costs Rs300. It's utterly unfair for you to decrease the prices one day before the show. You should refund the difference amount on the grounds of fair customer treatment! I have booked 3 tickets! You should refund my Rs540.

I gone to watch avatar 2 on pvr at pvr pacific, subashnagar, delhi… the timing was 7.30 for the film and they let us inside the mall at 7.20…. And showed advertisement for 40 minutes …. The movie started almost an hour late …. Totally wasted my time …and made me frustrated

I booked my movie tickets for the movie 'Avatar- The Way Of Water' on 16 Dec 2022 at around 7 pm for Rs.360 each (total 4 tickets) for the show which was scheduled at 11:30 PM. The movie tickets price dropped to Rs.250 after wards before the show on the same day we contacted the staff before the show but the didn't provide us with the satisfactory answer.
This is unfair the sell the same show tickets at different different...

This is regarding the two ticket I was booking on 16th December 2022 around 3 pm. I booked two tickets for avatar(using pvr app), for seat 9 and 10 in row k. The money got deducted from my debit card but the transaction failed. So, all I want is the refund for the failed transaction. Kindly revert as soon as possible so that I can go ahead and book my next show with you guys.

While booking the tickets for the movie An action Hero the payment made was debited but the tickets were not booked. I have paid Rs. 391.92 and I haven’t received any money so far.

Could please help me retrieve my money

The ticket counters are deducting privilege member points without asking customers, and upon asking they are denying.
This is unfair practice, they deducted points worth 100Rs.
