I've tried to book tickets this morning on the pvr app, the money got deducted from my account but still it's showing nothing about my booking. I've tried calling them and they've been saying my transaction got cancelled and my money will be refunded within 4-5 days

I had purchased tickets till upto 50.6 privilege points and received message that I had successfully get those points.but in app it again asking to do 0.6 points and showing 49.6 as my points..

They keep sending 50 plus messages everyday, my life is completly disturbed from thier actions, there is no way to stop this. I desperately need help, they need to penalised for their actions. I can't focus on anything because my phone wont stop buzzing. Companies like pvr need to be punished with immediate effect. They cant get away with these kind of thing and bother people of india in this disgusting actions of theirs. Please help me

I have booked tickets on 20/11/2022 from your app but I didn't got my tickets at that time. I have paid for tickets through airtel payments bank account. MODE - UPI. I haven't received the refund to this day. Provide me the refund as earliest as possible.

This complain is about PVR CC2, Kolkata. The staff there were just sitting but not attending to me. Particularly one lady ill behaved with me and showed anger rudely while there were no line of customer that means they were not in hurry. It felt so bad as I was with my friends and she insulted me. The staff were not active at all. Most of the times the counters are closed while they only gossip.
Take a step. The public is paying a lot to enjoy their movie time. They do not want tantrums of your employees to ruin their mood.

I'm in PVR Koramangala Nexus mall- Audi 7. There are a bunch of guys in row N that are creating a lot of noise, this distrubing other viewers. Two of them are even sitting here when their seats are somewhere else. Can something be done soon? Thanks.

I will tweet about the issue and my friends will tweet too if the issue is not resolved. I physically went to book the tickets at pvr in forum mall. We repeatedly asked her to give us monday night show tickets of 10 or 10:30 pm of drishyam 2. She said there is one timing of 9:50. We confirmed it many times as it is the night show right she said it of monday night as showing in the system. When we went to watch the movie at night they said it was a morning show. I want a refund or replacement of my show with some other show. We were ready to pay the difference amount also but the staff did not help at all. This is highly bad service and not expected from PVR at all.

We visited today pvr cinema in celebration mall, khanna punjab . we try to purchase tickets off line but the ly offer us one ticket for rs.240 in spite of rs 160 . this offer was without food. when we complained for this, ticket- boy say us to book online tickets and refused to give us tickets. so we come back to home without watching movie. this is not good for PVR goodwill.

I booked two tickets for Drishyam 2 at Edm mall Pvr Ghaziabad. Show was scheduled for 18 November 2022 at 9.00 am in the morning.

The movie kept repeating itself at so many points and had to be stopped. The audience was promised a full refund for the inconvenience and relevant details along with booking ticket id, contact details and booking amount. Full refund was promised within 40 hours. Till date we have not received anything.

Hi Team, i had purchased a PVR gift card on 20% offer so it costed me 800 and i got 1000 rs gift card, but when i am using it i was only able to pay 800 after that its showing insufficient balance....

Yesterday I went to see a movie at pvr, Vr Mall in Chennai. I had online ordered a large popcorn. When I went to collect my food, I had to wait for more than half an hour just because of some technical glitch and poor service by the staff which made me miss my movie for almost more than half an hour.
Upon asking they asked me to wait and went on to another customer rather than helping me out.
They finally helped me out, only after I started to nag about my order.
Very disappointed

I am watching Drishyam 2 at Pvr cinemas Mohali . My show timings are 11:30 pm and my ticket number is D5, 6 .

Online price of this ticket was 320 . I bought two tickets and also applied a ₹50 off . Still i was charged ₹630 .

I booked 5 tickets for black panther Wakanda forever, the show timing was 3:45 pm so like all ordinary people i reached in PVR theatre by 2:00 pm by wasting 2 hours in travelling and hundreds of money to travel, but when i reach in theatre at 3:40 they informed show is cancelled due to technical issues and they even can't give next show tickets and we got a call from pvr executive around 3:42 pm, so what is the purpose to call at 3:42 and to inform before when we reach there, they even didn't sent me a single message from 30 minutes prior, they said that on the spot and they said refund will paid in few hours or days, but the problem what about the cost we spend in travelling and time wasted in travelling just to listen their "sorry", this is clearly company fault not user fault, pvr should say sorry and book another ticket with same time for next day and with travelling cost

I have booked tickets at ampa Skywalk for yasodha movie tamil at Saturday 3.25 pm ...but the money for the tickets has been withdrawn but the tickets are not booked on the app

The screen in PVR ANAND, Gujarat is so dirty that movie is blurry, in night scene, faces of the characters are not visible. Its the worst experience of my life in any theatre.

1. I was not provided with a bill without providing a mobile number. Why do I need to share my personal details to receive a simple payment receipt?
2. I was not provided a cap for the soda
3. I was refused placing an order without sharing an audi number. When I asked why, I was not told any reason but just that it is protocol.
4. The attendee did not bother to follow the que and took an order of the person behind me first. When I asked him to follow the protocol they instead argued.
