I booked 5 tickets for black panther Wakanda forever, the show timing was 3:45 pm so like all ordinary people i reached in PVR theatre by 2:00 pm by wasting 2 hours in travelling and hundreds of money to travel, but when i reach in theatre at 3:40 they informed show is cancelled due to technical issues and they even can't give next show tickets and we got a call from pvr executive around 3:42 pm, so what is the purpose to call at 3:42 and to inform before when we reach there, they even didn't sent me a single message from 30 minutes prior, they said that on the spot and they said refund will paid in few hours or days, but the problem what about the cost we spend in travelling and time wasted in travelling just to listen their "sorry", this is clearly company fault not user fault, pvr should say sorry and book another ticket with same time for next day and with travelling cost

I have booked tickets at ampa Skywalk for yasodha movie tamil at Saturday 3.25 pm ...but the money for the tickets has been withdrawn but the tickets are not booked on the app

The screen in PVR ANAND, Gujarat is so dirty that movie is blurry, in night scene, faces of the characters are not visible. Its the worst experience of my life in any theatre.

I cancelled my ticket 3-4 days ago on pvr cinemas app
I should have received my refund till now but there’s nothing about my refund
Take some action about it

Iam sharukh hussain from Chennai i have booked 5 ticket in Satyam cinema at Chennai but my privilege point not added.so kindly add my point.

1. I was not provided with a bill without providing a mobile number. Why do I need to share my personal details to receive a simple payment receipt?
2. I was not provided a cap for the soda
3. I was refused placing an order without sharing an audi number. When I asked why, I was not told any reason but just that it is protocol.
4. The attendee did not bother to follow the que and took an order of the person behind me first. When I asked him to follow the protocol they instead argued.

Screen resolution was not fix properly so that subtitles was net seen and half of face was cut.

I was not allowed to move out and re enter during intervals of a movie at the pvr anupam, delhi.

Recently i booked a ticket of movie kantara and i got 12 point for that but then i logged in into pvr application it is showing only 9 points...in total i was having 59.75 points after i booked ticket ...i got a sms also in which it is clearly Mentioned 12 points earned and total points 59.75..when i logged in it shows only 9 points i haven't booked a ticket then also it is automatically reduced and i am not able to track where it got deducted...i logged into my account only so there is no question about wrong account login. Ticket Amount is Rs.250 for Black Panther 2.
While booking ticket for the same ...the amount of ticket raised to Rs.383.
In Booking details they are showing Convince fees of Rs.37 and Taxes/GST RS.6.66 which add up to the total amount of Rs.43.66
Then the total amount for online ticket booking should be Rs.294
But in Official PVR app while booking it showing me to pay extra RS.90 for nothing... Which in total for a ticket is Rs.383.66...
I don't care about money but they are cheating...
PVR Cinemas I want answers...
I booked tickets using PVR Cinemas app many times...
But this time I saw it properly...
I don't know how many money I have lost in this fraud...
As a proof I have attached a Screenshot picture of the procedure.

On 8 November 2022 (Tuesday) I booked a show at 3:10 pm of movie Doctor G at PVR Saket, New Delhi.
When I went to Food and Beverage section I saw an offer named as Bottomless Combo(Popcorn and Cold Drink free refills Mon-Thur ).I have the photo of the combo reflecting on LCD at the food section.

When I asked the person at counter to provide me with the same combo. But he declined that I can not give this offer. I asked him Why he can not give and if there is no such offer why is it reflecting on the screen.

The person at counter was so rude and did not talk to me in a right manner.
Why is PVR misleading the persons with offers reflecting on the screen if there is no such offer. PVR is trying to make fool of the cosumers

I didn't use any points but still it suddenly went from 62 to 37. I don't understand why and I am getting points for things I didn't buy like nuts but not from things I bought like popcorn.

Had earned approx 49 points on 5th November 2022. Had received a msg also regarding same from ur side.
But the points haven't been added to my mobile pvr app till date.

I booked advance ticket from PVR Anupam Saket for 12 ock for PS1 . Money was taken from my credit card and I was told ticket will come on the day of movie on mobile .
When it was the main day no message came and I went to PVRto watch movie, but they told I had no booking. I filed complaint and told the issue to the manager there but it is almost one month and now I post here ! I have not received money back to my CC!

When the teatre is empty, people are using the recliner seats without paying.Then what is the need to buy the recliner seats at higher cost if we had this facility??

PVR Malegaon is being hilarious. The seats are broken and foam in the seats is being pulled out. The sliding chairs not working as well

Inspite of weekend and anticipated crowd cold coffee is not available in the facility.

You all know that this is the demanding product and keeping movie fans disappointed

For my 3 previous ticket bookings, I haven't received privilege points even though I have booked all those tickets from PVR App! Kindly respond to my query and get me solution for this.

I am not getting information through SMS regarding my points. I have spend 1460 but not get any points. Eailer we got informaltion by dailng your no.
