Hi, I had booked 3 tickets through PVR app and paid through UPI. However the transaction failed stating "You're offline" and the tickets did not get booked. The amount was deducted from my bank account. I was able to rebook the same seats and complete the transaction successfully. But the initial amount deducted is yet to be refunded. Please check

      As I was trying to book ticket for kantara movie through pvr app. At the end of payment, money got deducted and payment success. But it's not redirected to pvr app saying that it's booked. It is still at payment checkout

        My name is Joshi Jene i booked 2 premium tickets for Naanee varuven and one large pop corn, Venue Express Avenue, show Timing 1:00 Pm, show date : 23/10/22 tickets, my Indian Bank a/c no. is debited for Rs.643.48 and credited to [protected]@paytm (UPI Ref no[protected].-Indian Bank, But in PVR app No tickets and popcorn have been booked i need an immediate action to be taken to resolve my problem. Kindly Refund.

          I have booked ticket with PVR Cinemas for 22 October 2022. The Ticket was booked on 20 October 2022 at 12 07pm. Though money got debited, I did not recieve the ticket both in the PVR app, from where i booked the ticket nor in my e-mail connected with that account. The transaction ID is[protected]. The payment was done through Slice Debit Card. Please find the payment proof in the attached screenshot.

            I have booked 2 tickets for Ponniyin Selvan Movie at Escape, Express Avenue, Chennai using PVR app. Amount got deducted but the app failed to book tickets. There was a message that the amount will be credited back.
            Amount is not credit yet. There is no email from PVR and no customer care number/ consumer redressal is provided in the app to request refund of the money.

              I booked the ticket for brahmashtra in pvr cinemas mobile app on 12 october, 2022 while doing the booking the amount is deducted but ticket not confirmed. So i lost 703.86rs. Then i compliant to customer service also and they said the amount will get credit within 48 hrs but still not credicted after 5 days.

                Its been over 3 days and PVR has debited money for 3 tickets and neither sent tickets nor credited my money back. Very disappointing.

                Need the money if I have to book tickets again so please hurry up.

                  I booked a ticket for one piece red film from pvr Nashik, my money was deducted but ticket confirmation dint appear it took me straight to home page without any instructions.my ticket booking was not shown in booking section.i dint receive any sms or mail regarding refund or fail booking

                    The food voucher provided along with the ticket dint work. It gave a message it is already used. When I was in movie I had to call customer care multiple times but they couldn't fix the issue. After the movie, customer care said it will get extended to another date and I can use it. When I went for movie again today, I called up customer care and asked them to extend the voucher for today. They also confirmed but when I tried to use again today same error it got expired. Customer care says I can use it next time. Irresponsible and pathetic service by customer support. Just for a good voucher, how many times they expect me to call them and face embarrassment in food counter. If issues related to food coupons can't be resolved, why that option is given.?

                        Had booked 2 tickets for Halloween ends for today 11;15 pm show at Pvr Pavillion Pune
                        Along with food order of one nachos 2 cheese popcorn and one Pepsi
                        The money is shown debited/deducted but haven’t received any confirmation of the same

                        Kindly provide a refund of the amount Rs 1215.92

                        Have attached the bank statement for amount deduction and the offer that was applied

                        We have been loyal customers to Pvr since very long and such a dispute is very upsetting dp process the refund asap.

                              I have made my booking for Ponniyin Selvan I in IMAX screening for 16th October 12:30 PM show and the amount has been detected from my account for the same but my ticket is not getting shown and there has also been no refund provided in case it has got cancelled.

                                      I visited PVR- Nexus mall Koramangala, Bangalore on Saturday 8th Oct 2022 at 7PM. I was hungry & I stood in the queue for atleast 10minutes & asked for 2 food options which were not available. I also asked for a Veg burger for which they said it would take 50 minutes for delivery. I asked for Fries for which the attendant asked me to move to a different counter which already had a long queue. The only option available was popcorn. Popcorn isn't a filling option for people who are hungry. Why should PVR disallow us to bring our own food when they cant serve us in a fair manner?
