Watching brahmastra in pvr cinemas, treasure island mall, indore. Extremely poor quality of video

PVR Employee request extra amount of food by giving excuse that today is Sunday that's why we are taken extra amount. Even they do no provide me a bill not even get a message of it.

The behavior of employee was also not good. Please take some strict action against him.
It is not expected to PVR Cinemas that this will happen as I am a regular customer of PVR.

I visited pvr Prayagraj (Allahabad) on 25 August 2022 with my daughter, she insisyed me to buy a cheese popcorn combo there.But they provided me stale popcorn combo costing a whooping Rs.520.My daughter got severe tummy ache with continous loose motions for 3 days.Why the ### you guys making fool of your CUSTOMERs, i want full compensation for this, otherwise i qm going to complain in FSSAI department

Because of emergency, we could not go to watch movie at Friday 9:00 am show in PVR.

Please help in cancelling ticket and refund the money.

PVR theatre ticket rates of Bhramasthra which is releasing on 9th September is high compared other cities like Mumbai, hyderabad, delhi

I would like to meet the owner or the manager of PVR theatre in nagpur Maharashtra as I have business idea which requires a mini theatre to be built so I wanted to get some knowledge about the management of the staff, cost for building the theatre, permissions required and many more things on which I can get knowledge on . I am student of SHRI RAMDEOBABA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT and pursuing MBA INTEGRATED.

Team I want pay 400 rupees by card swipe for tickets booking[protected] pvr Bareilly. Pvr team say wait 2 min ticket received in your number but after 3 min ticket not received than pvr team say your payment voided please re payment for tickets.
I am say my payment has been detected but team say after 1 to 2 days your payment have been refunded.
Today after 7 days payment not refund
I want call to pvr Bareilly team for my payment refund but the not provide any solution.
I have done 2 time payment for same ticket please refund my amount

Didn't know that Pvr had night vision cameras installed. They should inform about this to the customer while booking....

PVR Staff did not allow me to step out during the interval even though I had an important thing to do and would return back after interval. No one should stop an individual to live their life in a certain way and they should stop forcing instructions unless it harms anyone.

I have been to PVR cinemas opulent mall Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh today . There they were charging RS. 140 Extra for uncooked popcorn sachet with the tickets. They told us that we need buy popcorn with the tickets otherwise you cannot have the tickets. And to cook those popcorn sachet they were RS.300 more. There should be some strict actions towards these kind of things.

I did not get privilige points on pvr cinemas VR Mall and PVR Sathyam cinemas, Chennai.

I have booked 3 movie tickets for LIGER Movie on 25th August 2022 online through PVR app and it showed it will give me points but i did not get it.
Then again I booked 3 more tickets for LIGER Movie on August 28th 2022.

Then 6 tickets for Natchathiram Nagarugirathu movie on August 31st 2022.
For all the 3 movies I should get PVR Privilege points but I didn’t get it.
please help me out in this issue. Kindly give me PVR privilege points or give me refund. This is not the first time and this is happening often. If such things happens, then how we can trust the company.

We went to PVR cinemas at phoenix maal, Bangalore for Dairy movie. At interval we ordered CRISPY PANNER BURGER. when we received it, from the first bite the burger patty was overly spicy and couldn't handle it. Need refund of the burger.

When booking tickets it showed subtitles are available but they are not there in the movie.

I received call from pvr about ticket cancelled but yet not recieve any message about refund of the ticket

My PVR Privilege Points are not credited. Please help me.

They provide us false information about the tickets that the tickets are sold and all the seats are full in their screen. And if you want to purchase the tickets you have to take the combo. And they also lie to us regarding the seats. They tell us the seats will be on the prime end but they will end up on the classic side. They add food vouchers without the consent of the customers and they force them to purchase it by threatening them that there are no seats vacant either take this or come another day by pre-booking. The pos user was Siddhi Dixit, and her pos id was 1167. Pls kindly look into it asap because this cause an absurd experience to the customers anr to take hard measures to prevent this from happening in future

We brought our kid who is 1.8 year old to the movie “Thiruchitrambalam” in SKLS Galaxy mall - PVR cinemas. We took baby food for the kid but the security who is not allowed us to bring that food inside cinema for which they asked us to buy the snacks which is selling inside cinema. They took the baby food and given the baggage coupon as attached. You guys think we can feed the snacks which are selling in theatre to 1.8 year kid ? If no action take then I can bring this into notice to Indian and Tamilnadu Government

Yesterday (Friday, 26 August 2022), We went to PVR Cinemas, Piyush Mahendra, Faridabad to watch a movie (Karthikeya 2). The show (10:30 am) was booked through BookMyShow with booking id WLF9K8S.
Before entering the AUDI 03, I approached the food counter and met Mr. Vishal to collect my food combo booked online (A tub of popcorn with 2 Pepsi) but he insisted that he will deliver that to my seats asap. After waiting for next 40 mins, when no-one came to me, I decided to leave my show in between to collect my food myself. Then I met another lady who promised me to get back to watch the movie and she will deliver the food. As promised, that lady delivered the food combo but now after having a few bites, we realised that the popcorns were not fresh and for that I asked the same lady to replace it with a fresh one. She took that ort bucket of popcorns back but instead of dumping that in a bin, the PVR staff put it back in the popcorn machine with a clear intension of mixing that ort popcorn bucket with other popcorns. Now again even after a long wait of around 20 minutes, I didn’t get my popcorns back and both of the Pepsi were lost their fizz. I left my movie then and approached the food counter again to see what’s happening and I was shocked seeing that none of the PVR staff was bothered about that order getting delayed. When I complained and asked about the food then then Miss. Neelam and Mr. Vishal from the counter side argued and told me very rudely that it takes time to prepare popcorns. When I asked them that why they put that ort meal in the machine, Mr. Vishal told me that it’s their wish and that’s none of my business.
My whole experience of watching movie at PVR was spoiled and I also got a chance to know that how PVR Cinemas (A well known, Big & reputed Brand) serves their customers, how they train their staff to insult & cheat customers by taking huge money for food and providing them an ort meal.
I will come back to PVR Cinemas through a legal channel now for providing unhygienic and ort food, insulting, cheating and defaming.

I have lost OnePlus buds z2 earbuds case in PVR nexus mall Hyderabad. Search no K12, Screen 7. Would really appreciate if it's found.

In panjagutta galleria mall pvr cinemas they check our bags and it's fine if they remove any open food items like burgers etc but these guys even take chocolates ..and that too in a commanding and disrespectful manner... They can't even reply properly and gives a token and if we loose that bymistake these guys keep our things and demand not giving us back... I felt soo frustrated.. And I'm not paying money to get humiliated with your staff... This made me feel like i should never come to this stupid pvr especially panjagutta galleria mall where they have worst rules and regulations..
