I had booked for "Adade sundara (2022)", 3:00PM show on 19/06/2022 in PVR VR MALL Chennai, and the amount was deducted but the ticket was not received. Kindly look into it...

Someone booked me tickets for bhool bhulayya2 on Saturday, 1:35pm show in Rajnigandha gold logix noida.
In the middle of movie, the server comes with a large size popcorn saying - you booked these with your tickets so here it is, pls take these popcorn. Since I hadnot booked my tickets + I was busy watching movie, I had no idea if it was included in the tickets or not.
Once the movie was about to end, he gave me a bill of those...

I have booked a four tickets for vikram movie in pvr cinema skls mall redhills. I paid the payment through netbanking even payment also successful amount also debited Rs. 866 in my account. But still tickets nit received. So please get my back my tickets or even my money....

On 10 th June 2022,
I have paid 610 rupees for snacks(popcorn n pepsi).my amount got debited n order got cancelled .they not gave my order n I lost my money ....

I had booked tickets for Major and had to cancel it due to some problems.
PVR had notified me that my money will be refunded.
The amount was Rs 635. But till date it hasn't been
refunded. Eventhough they have put up a claim that it has been refunded.
I had booked the ticket on 7th June. Today is 16th. Please look into the matter.

Yesterday i booked a movie for me in that when i selected my show time a popup occurs that ticket 190 + food 150 offer then i selected it while in interval when i reached to their food counter then their executive is telling is a voucher which i can redeem for my food purchase of over 150 its feel scam to me because if i already knew it was a voucher i will never selected that offer so pvr is scamming with thier consumers via reflection wrong...

Back speaker totally ignored and not in use at all...

Food and service quality is very very poor. So much excess salt in popcorn. Service is very slow and poor. But it was extremely poor food order (veg warp) was served after movie was over, excuse given machine not working. We are not paying such money for such excuse. On asking where to eat now manager asked to eat on the counter....

Only front speaker of screen 2 working.left right is not in use...

Saw a movie on Jun 14 in PVR VR mall chennai, Audi 2 screen. It was the worst screen experience. The video quality was very poor. The contrast and color were bad. It was like watching a movie from 1970s in a poor projector in daylight. The screen was constantly flickering which gave me a headache. The sound was poor too. It was distant sounding and muffled. Completely ruined the movie. How could they charge high prices and have the audacity...

Today I watch Movie in PVR rahul raj mall. I order 1 small Pepsi price of 230 rupees. I payed over price off the pepsi no problem but i want a good service but there is no provide any additional service and also that glass was bot good they provide with pepsi and straw and tissue i asked and they gave. Really money is not worth it for this pepsi. Here this my bill number 82961 and also attached bill....

I had been to PVR kochi, lulu mall, ernakulam for the 12:35 PM show of the Vikram movie and urfotunately i forgot to take my headphones which worths 3000 rs from my seat and i realised it when I reached home i did calll them and reported it immediately so they can go and collect it from my seat and they said they will give me a call back after searching it but i call them after 3 minutes they they said ty checked and could not find it . Q10 seat is broken and it’s very inconvenient to sit ….this is really a worst experience in vr chennai...

I would like to file a complaint against an employee Ganesh Kumar from SPI palazzo. They had blocked all the budget ticket for a 10.50 pm show and didn't give us the budget ticket, which was directed by government to support for economically backward people. But all the budget seats were not filled. It is clear that the theatre itself booked its budget tickets and forcing customers to buy elite tickets....

I booked a Show of Movie- Major on Saturday 11 June 2022, 4 PM in PVR Aura mall, Bhopal location
Issue: The Air conditioner of the theatre was not working at all, when complained about it to the management, they said that there is Technical glitch, but my concern is How can you allow a run a Show with such issues where we can not even enjoy the movie even aftet paying our harf earned money for it.

I am complaining about ticket charges by PVR cinema on my last show ...they ask for 3d plus IMAX screen charges but when we reached in the theater found screen projection is very and no 3D effect feeling due to low projection

I have booked tickets of VIKRAM HIT LIST (HINDI)(2D) on 6 June 2022 of 7:30 PM show, location PVR Market City Pune.
However while entering the premises the security personnel asked us to deposit the food item.
Upon enquiring with with manager I insisted on the changes law on the same he didn’t allowed us to carry the food items and asked us to cooperate by submitting the packed food item which i was carrying.br...

I had booked tickets for a 3D movie at PVR citi mall Andheri. The experience was way bad as the screen print was not full screen. It doesn't seem fair for paying such a huge amount and then viewing the movie in almost cut screen with black borders.
