I booked a ticket for one piece red film from pvr Nashik, my money was deducted but ticket confirmation dint appear it took me straight to home page without any instructions.my ticket booking was not shown in booking section.i dint receive any sms or mail regarding refund or fail booking
Plz look into it

    The food voucher provided along with the ticket dint work. It gave a message it is already used. When I was in movie I had to call customer care multiple times but they couldn't fix the issue. After the movie, customer care said it will get extended to another date and I can use it. When I went for movie again today, I called up customer care and asked them to extend the voucher for today. They also confirmed but when I tried to use again today same error it got expired. Customer care says I can use it next time. Irresponsible and pathetic service by customer support. Just for a good voucher, how many times they expect me to call them and face embarrassment in food counter. If issues related to food coupons can't be resolved, why that option is given.?

      Yeah I've booked ticket in VR ANNA NAGAR in PXL screen and the money got debited but I didn't receive the ticket. Kindly resolve my issue

        Hello

        Had booked 2 tickets for Halloween ends for today 11;15 pm show at Pvr Pavillion Pune
        Along with food order of one nachos 2 cheese popcorn and one Pepsi
        The money is shown debited/deducted but haven’t received any confirmation of the same

        Kindly provide a refund of the amount Rs 1215.92

        Have attached the bank statement for amount deduction and the offer that was applied

        We have been loyal customers to Pvr since very long and such a dispute is very upsetting dp process the refund asap.

            Team, was trying to book tickets for Kantara. Transaction was successful but tickets are not booked. Deducted 2777.6. Paid via phonepe using HDFC Bank. Need to resolve this.

              I have made my booking for Ponniyin Selvan I in IMAX screening for 16th October 12:30 PM show and the amount has been detected from my account for the same but my ticket is not getting shown and there has also been no refund provided in case it has got cancelled.

                      I visited PVR- Nexus mall Koramangala, Bangalore on Saturday 8th Oct 2022 at 7PM. I was hungry & I stood in the queue for atleast 10minutes & asked for 2 food options which were not available. I also asked for a Veg burger for which they said it would take 50 minutes for delivery. I asked for Fries for which the attendant asked me to move to a different counter which already had a long queue. The only option available was popcorn. Popcorn isn't a filling option for people who are hungry. Why should PVR disallow us to bring our own food when they cant serve us in a fair manner?

                        I am unable to cancel my ticket booking since last two days. The application always pops up a message saying: please try again later.

                        Details: SPI Escape Cinemas, Chennai
                        Show: Ponniyin Selvan Part 1
                        Time: 9:00 am ist, 08th October 2022
                        Seats : streak elite d19-23
                        As per the policy, i need 75% refund after cancellation.

                        But the faulty application is responsible for my ticket being not cancelled.

                        Kindly refund my money and rectify this issue for future users.

                            There are various courts issued notification that collection of parking fee in movie theaters are illegal and the practice should be discontinued. Despite this fact, PVR continues to do this and to park a bike in order to watch a movie in their own facility, they are collecting INR 50 per vehicle and INR 150 it seems for 4 wheelers. It is also illegal that the security collect the parking ticket back from us, and without returning it, one cannot leave the facility..

                            The movie PS-1, displayed in Audi 1, at PVR Grand Galada was started late by 20 minutes and no apology was extended on the same. We were waiting, waiting and kept on waiting..

                            I'm done with this kind of looting/inappropriate business practices followed by Multiplexes. Until and unless I hear from PVR in 48 hours, This is going to Consumer Court.

                              Today(05.10.2022) I have booked PS-1 movie in PVR cinemas app for 3 times. Paid through Gpay. All 3 times amount deducted from my account but transaction failed ticket was not booked. For 2 payments refund amount credited. But for one payment I not yet received the refund amount. Please check and repay the amount (Rs.656.22)

                                      Hi i had booked 2 recliner seats tickets of movie (Kantara) @ PVR Cinemas Mangalore through book my show which costed me total of Rs 1, 127/- The recliner seat was K5 & K6 (AUDI-03) The recliner seat K6 was not working properly we informed the staff they were so carefree the manager also dint respond properly they just said sorry instead of providing us proper service.The staff checked the seat again the switch behind the recliner was checked though being on the seat was not working they said it's a technical error and said sorry. That's it we paid Rs500 for that seat and all we get to hear is sorry. Poor service by PVR CINEMAS MANGALORE
