Subtitle not play in movie MAJOR

Sir I have taken a ticket for major movie telgu with English subtitle in pvr phonix alambagh
But movie play in telgu but subtitle not play and my money is waste...

Ticket Booking & Non disclosure

Nagpur PVR .
Screen -4.
Show timing- 2pm.

During the booking of show they asked for money without mentioning that popcorn will be given along with ticket.ticket of 3 will be only rs 390 but they asked for 490 without telling it.as per competition act guidelines it is compulsory to disclose MRP and it is Non fair trade activity.
So it is my humble request to pls issue full refund of rs.500...

Theater condition is very bad

The theatre seats are in very bad conditions...Please look to it as it creates a very bad experience in movie....

Refund the Debited money during booking of ticket

I tried to book my ticket on PVR app on 3 Jun 22 money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked and again I tried to book my ticket and again same thing happened so in this process I lost my 5070 rs without booking any ticket. I want my money back. Pls look into the matter. Thanku....

Money deducted but didn't received tickets.

I had booked 4 tickets for bhool bhulaiya 2 at PVR KC jammu. The booking failed but the amount of 1483.21 was deducted from my SBI account on 3 june, 2022 at 11:55:13 under transaction number[protected]. It wiil be great if i get my refund as soon as possible.

Booking issues and refund issues

We did the booking for Top Gun Maverick movie from PVR app and also from PVR cinemas website … for 4.40pm show 3rd June 2022 PVR 4DX PVR Orion malkeswaram bangalore

In the app it was displaying 4.40 pm show for June 3rd 2022 and hence intiated the booking . First booking did at 9.58 am on 2nd june 2022 and the amount of Rs 863.28 got deducted from my credit card account but we didnt get confirmation on the booking from the...

Money was deducted but tickets not booked. Request for Refund.

Booked 5 tickets for Vikram movie for the the show in PVR cinemas, VR mall, anna nagar on 04.06.2022 for Rs.983.70/- by debit card payment through google pay. Amount got debited from the account. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount....

Did a booking twice for Top [protected]@ 8.10 pm on 2.6.22 at Palladium, lower Parel, Mumbai. Paid via net banking once for 800 (website) & second for 700, (App). Total Rs 1500/-

PVR Star Pass problem

I was booking tickets and I put the star pass coupon in which I won on 94.3 Radio One for Top Gun Maverick. I had lost power and the next time, I was unable to use the coupon. I would like to receive another coupon of equivalent value which can be used to book any seat class.

Online ticket booking PVR

Payment processed but ticket not received

I mad 3 tickets on pvr app amounting to Rs.803.58 via UPI. Thr payment was processed but after the payment, the app shows no tickets or the history if my tickets booked. The customer support is not picking calls. I don't know how to initiate a refund also....

Ticket amount refund

I booked 2 tickets for Vikram for 4th June, at sathyam royapettah. My payment was successful via Googlepay, when redirected to pvr application, the tickets weren't processed and the booking failed. Havent received the tickets yet, Kindly refund the amount or take necessary action revet the tickets at the earliest...

Booked tickets at PVR but tickets not received

I have booked 2 tickets for Samrat Prithiviraj for 4th June, 2022, 0755 pm show today at 1116 am online. Seat nos.8 and M9. I have paid Rs 990.92 for the tickets and it has been deducted from my ICICI Bank credit card.

I have not received tickets .

Booking failed but amount debited in my account

Booked 3 tickets for Vikram movie for 7PM show in SPI Cinemas, Royapettah on 05.06.2022 for Rs.587.88/- by credit card payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but seats were not blocked/confirmed and no booking message was received. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount....
