I have requested them several time to put my GST number on the bill but they are very stubborn in doing so.
They are not putting my GST number on the bill nor replying to my mails.

Hi am karthik karunakaran i was in pvr vikaspuri Delhi. 2MONTHS back i gone for interview in Dwarka Sec14 for my 2nd round with Pawan sethi first of all He is a lier.
Now the thing is i clearly said in my home me and my father is there my father is a handicapped i clearly talked to him i said i can do only morning and mid shift only ..
He is said okay i will inform to the CM.
In last week the so called CM Mr. Vishal Gupta
First he arguing with me i think he is only done his 10th std.
I wanna know that Whats The role of PVR they are hiring area managers Cm Dm Do ESP like zero qualification even the Staffs m dont know how the write communcation.
And one thing i wanna tell you with money iam strong.

I booked 2 tickets on SPI cinemas(PVR) app amounting to Rs.437.48 via UPI. The payment was processed but after the payment, the app shows no tickets or the history if my tickets are booked. The customer support is not picking calls. I don't know how to initiate a refund.

Someone booked me tickets for bhool bhulayya2 on Saturday, 1:35pm show in Rajnigandha gold logix noida.
In the middle of movie, the server comes with a large size popcorn saying - you booked these with your tickets so here it is, pls take these popcorn. Since I hadnot booked my tickets + I was busy watching movie, I had no idea if it was included in the tickets or not.
Once the movie was about to end, he gave me a bill of those popcorn. I said I never ordered them, you said they came with tickets so I consumed.
He then kept saying No you have to pay, it’s your fault. Why did you consume!
Anyway, In the end I paid but going to take this matter very Seriously. It’s so Unfair. Charging customers for something they never ordered and misbehaving with them.

I had booked tickets for Major and had to cancel it due to some problems.
PVR had notified me that my money will be refunded.
The amount was Rs 635. But till date it hasn't been
refunded. Eventhough they have put up a claim that it has been refunded.
I had booked the ticket on 7th June. Today is 16th. Please look into the matter.
I m facing this problem for the first time with PVR.
The cinema location is PVR Aura Mall, Bhopal.

Yesterday i booked a movie for me in that when i selected my show time a popup occurs that ticket 190 + food 150 offer then i selected it while in interval when i reached to their food counter then their executive is telling is a voucher which i can redeem for my food purchase of over 150 its feel scam to me because if i already knew it was a voucher i will never selected that offer so pvr is scamming with thier consumers via reflection wrong...

Food and service quality is very very poor. So much excess salt in popcorn. Service is very slow and poor. But it was extremely poor food order (veg warp) was served after movie was over, excuse given machine not working. We are not paying such money for such excuse. On asking where to eat now manager asked to eat on the counter. And most of the items are not available everytime. Refund is also not given...compensation ki baat hi maat kro.

Machine kharab tha order hi nai lena tha yaar.

Please PVR Cinemas look into the matter and your service. Atleast to maintain your reputation.

Saw a movie on Jun 14 in PVR VR mall chennai, Audi 2 screen. It was the worst screen experience. The video quality was very poor. The contrast and color were bad. It was like watching a movie from 1970s in a poor projector in daylight. The screen was constantly flickering which gave me a headache. The sound was poor too. It was distant sounding and muffled. Completely ruined the movie. How could they charge high prices and have the audacity to willfully maintain poor standards.

Today I watch Movie in PVR rahul raj mall. I order 1 small Pepsi price of 230 rupees. I payed over price off the pepsi no problem but i want a good service but there is no provide any additional service and also that glass was bot good they provide with pepsi and straw and tissue i asked and they gave. Really money is not worth it for this pepsi. Here this my bill number 82961 and also attached bill.
