I went to Pvr Promenade to watch a movie Recently but the experince was really bad, I ordered food from PVR counter 1 Large Popcorn and 1 large Pepsi and asked them to deliver at my seat hall 5 M3 as i have a back injury but i never recived the order at my seat nor notified to pickup my order moreover later after the movie when i asked them for why i did not recive my order they started making excuses and were very rude, + on the top of it there was a chiwngum on my seat which ruined my pants This has been the worst movie experince I have ever facedi haven't got my order only have my payment msg from my bank.

I PAid fr popcorn through UPI but your sales person updated the qr code ..she said amount wil be refunded within 24 hrs ..but i didn't get it till now

I Booked my ticket for Thor Love and Thunder for today at 4:50pm at Sathyam Cinemas, but after I booked the transaction was successful and the money was deducted but in the PVR app it showed like as if I haven't booked the ticket . So kindly update my ticket before 4:30pm or please refund my money.

I am a regular weekly visitor at PVR Cinemas from last 4 years. I am a student. Evertime i visit PVR they always add food voucher to my ticket. Whereas i keep on asking them to not to add food voucher but they say HUM NAHI DE SKTE AAP ONLINE BOOK KARO... I once talked to their manager then after that they gave me the ticket. But how many times i will have to keep waiting and keep requesting for voucher free tickets.. Dear Sir i am a Cinema lover i try everything to save money for movies...even in pandemic i used to visit PVR to support cinemas when they were in huge loss... But even after this everythime i visit pvr with excitement.. ticket receptionist guys just kill it by saying we will not give tickets. I mostly book online because of such rejection but again i pay extra bucks for no reason online booking charge. I will stop Visiting PVR if you guys will keep saying on ticket counter that TICKET NAHI MILEGA...

Hi PVR, yesterday i went to Gargi movie at PVR Velachery, Chennai, Tamilnadu on 16 July 22, 11.40am, Screen: AUDI 02, seat number is CLASSIC - B10.

I lost my Axis bank debit card ending with number xxxx 1944. may be around B9, B8, B7 as we swapped the sears with nearby audince.

I have booked a ticket for two of rupees 437 at Wednesday (13/7/22) my money got debited from my account and i get a message as bad server your amount will be credit within 24 hours, but still I didn't get any payment. Kindly do the needful.

I had ordered 2 mini veg bite burgers from pvr cafe through swiggy and they served me non veg burgers... Since I hadn't eaten non veg in my life i didnt realise it's chicken until i noticed it tasted weird on first two bites... They have sent me 2 non veg burgers... I even gave the other burger to one of my non veg eating friends and asked him if it's chicken... He confirmed it is chicken.. this is an attack on my religious beliefs and my personal ethics... Whoever sent me the order without properly reading the order should be fired as well as compensation for all this trauma

I am rajat. I watched thor in pvr opulent ghaziabad.it was a bad experience for me.
Bad experience. They forced me to buy combo with the ticket saying that they will not give ticket without that. They gave me a popcorn bag and said it will be microwaved inside but when i went to the counter they denied by saying that it's for home you have to buy a fresh bucket from here. I mean seriously if i would have to buy microvawable popcorn i would buy it from a retail shop. Their service is misleading and horrible. And they didn't even give receipt for extra 70 i paid, also they charged 20rs to microwave the popcorn . it's not about just money it's about the expression they made.
My ticket slip was for rs.250 but they charged 320 from me for the combo forcefully even if i said no .

On 12th July Tuesday evening 6:45 show we have order 3 coco and 3chocolate from pvr ticket counter, but i have received different bill by that time i didn't check the bill i have paid ₹700 but bill which i have received was totally different .i have attached snap regarding of bill.

Yesterday i saw Night show on Pvr cinema bareilly thor love and thunder 2d show .the receptionist ask me 220 rupees for that but after 1 hr the message came to me from pvr official WhatsApp number is that the price of my ticket is 170.transaction number is 5430208.I want to know why they send me recept after an hour and why the charge 220 rupees i had attached receipt of my transaction

We had ordered Philly cheese hot dog at pvr cinemas forum mall kormangala which was veg (green) as per the display at the food counter. Also, non veg hot dog was packed in veg symbol packet and given to us. Even the waiter who came to give said it's veg.

I love watching movies with PVR on regular basis. But nowadays i am not having quite great experience at your PVR theaters. Today i went to see thor love & thunder show at 3:25 pm in MGF mall Gurugram & the experience was pathetic.

1. Movie show timings : As per websites and booking apps timing was listed as 3:25 pm but the movie started after whole 35 minutes at 4:00 Pm. It cost me my 35 minutes.. seems like Pvr Doesn't care for someone's valuable time.

2. Intervals in 4DX??? - I usually watch hollywood movies in your theatre especially in 4dx because there used to be no intervals in between movies... not only now that 4dx theatres are having intervals but at random times and frames they paused movie... this completely ruins the movie experience as hollywood movies are made to experience in 1 go.

3. Underage kids : I really have doubts that PVR follows the audience as per movie ratings. The show i went for was 12A certificate but i saw many underage kids allowed in theatre. This shouldn't be allowed in theatres if movie certificate is 12A. Kids were talking loudly for whole movie & running here and there in whole theatre & 2 kids who were sitting beside me spilled snacks porcorn all over me. This was pathetic experience as i couldn't enjoy movie ... Especially for which i did advance booking 20 days ago.

I will have to think multiples times in future for choosing PVR... Sorry

I went to PVR vegas dwarka to watch movie and i ordered food from PVR app and it was showing service on aisle am not notified to pickup my order from counter and my order was prepaid but i haven't got my order and now its also not showing in my app i only have my payment msg from my bank and i want its refund.

Very bad experience in Rivoli PVR, CP. Dirty surroundings with mosquitoes all around.A/Cs were not working properly.Smell was coming from seats.Totally waste of money and it spoiled my evening.

Went to Thor movie 4pm show at VR Whitefield. Paid 900Rs pre tax for a single seat, 2 tickets, water droplets were falling from roof. When complained, they said they will look into it and never got back. Ridiculous, paying 900Rs and coming out wet. Posting this on all consumer compliant forums

On 5 july 2022 i booked ticket at the ticket window of pvr milap kandiwali mumbai for rocketry, my money for 2tickets that is 360 rs, got transferred to pvr account but ticket not booked, manager there ensured us that he has mailed to company about this and i ll get my money back in 2, 3 days but its 9 july today and i have still not received my money back,

I wanted to see a movie so i went to pvr flames, ludhiana and at the entry point guard said me to do online booking for entry because offline booking has closed then i booked ticket online for ₹396 by paying ₹56 extra on online booking (charges for offline booking was ₹340). Thereafter i went to the theatre and saw that ticket were booking offline and i asked from the manager that whether ticker are booking online or not and he said that tickets are booking online then i did complaint to the HR of pvr flames.

This is my strong regret feedback on PVR cinemas.

Actually I have faced very bad experience in Redhills PVR Cinemas today.

Today[protected]:35pm Yaanai show.

For 6:35pm show I was reached the counter at 6:20pm, that time there was more than 15 peoples standing in the queue for getting ticket.

There is single counter which is opened. After sometime people has started requesting the management to open the next counter for easy moving of queue.

But these management people not bother about anything still they continue with the same single counter.

They are replying as like will continue with same counter & they are insisting us to wait & collect the tickets.

Complete Management is waste & irresponsible in this Redhills PVR.

In between that system was also hanged.

Still 7:05pm I was not received the ticket for 6:35pm movie and I decided to leave the counter with bad & sad experience.

Here I kindly request PVR Management to have proper enquiry on this peoples & take relevant action.

I hope & believe on PVR will consider this feedback seriously and get back to me with action.

I have booked Thor movie on s2 perambur but amount was debited for 2 tickets but I havent received the ticket

I am getting continuous annoying text messages from pvr on whatsapp and text messages to my phone number and they ain't stopping
