    Today I have booked four tickets via online ticket booking PVR app and my money got deducted from my account but my ticket has not been confirmed still and i tried messaging to PVR customer care and there was no response still now its 1077 rs am so worried with the poor service of PVR

      I mad 3 tickets on pvr app amounting to Rs.803.58 via UPI. Thr payment was processed but after the payment, the app shows no tickets or the history if my tickets booked. The customer support is not picking calls. I don't know how to initiate a refund also.

        I booked 2 tickets for Vikram for 4th June, at sathyam royapettah. My payment was successful via Googlepay, when redirected to pvr application, the tickets weren't processed and the booking failed. Havent received the tickets yet, Kindly refund the amount or take necessary action revet the tickets at the earliest

                I have booked 2 tickets for Samrat Prithiviraj for 4th June, 2022, 0755 pm show today at 1116 am online. Seat nos.8 and M9. I have paid Rs 990.92 for the tickets and it has been deducted from my ICICI Bank credit card.

                  Booked 3 tickets for Vikram movie for 7PM show in SPI Cinemas, Royapettah on 05.06.2022 for Rs.587.88/- by credit card payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but seats were not blocked/confirmed and no booking message was received. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
                  I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount.

                    Was booking ticket for the Movie VIKRAM on the PVR app the ticket didn't get booked but the amount got deducted from bank. Called the PVR customer care number but no one picked the call no message or call from their side

                            I visited PVR today, May 30 and ordered popcorn. They asked me to pay Rs. 490 and said that the PVR microwave popcorn is free. When I came home, I checked the bill that I received on my phone and saw that they have actually charged Rs. 74 for the free microwave popcorn. I got doubtful and checked my previous bills on the app and could see that I've been always charged extra for the popcorn I buy. I always buy a Popcorn+Pepsi combo and one large popcorn, so the amount should be around Rs. 370 but they've made me pay Rs 470, and I don't know why. PVR is CHEATING!!! They don't give the bills and don't shop how much each item is charged at payment. I need my MONEY BACK!!

                              I had booked 2 tickets for top gun 2 on 30th May, 2022 for 1st June at PVR Lulu Gold, Ernakulam, Kerala. The money was debited from my account but the tickets were not confirmed. Kindly refund the money as quickly as possible and awaiting a speedy response. I'm attaching a screenshot for reference.

                                Cheated by PVR for False Food delivery between Show.

                                I purchased Veg Dimsum 6N - Rs190 and Combo 450ml - Rs191.79 and small popcorn salted 40grm - Rs248.21, total amount was Rs630,
                                But at seat they given only 5N against 6N in Veg Dimsum.
                                After complaining to counter and Manager they said it was by mistake and said to refund money of Rs190.
                                My question why they did too big mistake, first I given Rs 190 for 6Pcs and after that I found only 5Pcs, how can they do this. They...

                                I didnot get my order in time as well as manager is not responding properly. They are showing attitude and negligence towards the customers, today including me so many more then 3 people faced same issue. The bill you gave is missing, is said to have gone somewhere. They clashed with us that we had no seat number, no bill if we asked loudly.
                                I want the action towards the issue.

When asked why the manager didn't give them food even though they were there, they spoke very rashly.
