Dear sir/ma'am,

On 14/04/2022 at 1:59 pm I booked a ticket for KGF-2 using the pvrcinemas website. I had chosen the PVR theatre in Ampa Skywalk for a 3:00 pm show on 16/04/2022. But, after the transaction was completed there was no confirmation whether the seat was booked or not but the money had been deducted from my account. Kindly, resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Hi Team,
    Its regarding the movie The Kashmir File on 18th March, PVR Guwahati City Center.
    The movie was cancelled, but till now no updates of refund. It was told that within 7 days money will be refunded but its almost a month now and no updates of this.
    Please help out on this.

      Hello team!
      This is S Sibaprasad from Rourkela, Odisha. I booked 4 tickets for the movie KGF 2 on 13/4/22 @9.22 pm. As soon as the payment was done, an amount of 927/- was debited from my bank account, but the tickets were not confirmed. The debited amount has not been refunded to my bank account yet. I want the refund amount as soon as possible on an urgent basis.

      After the registration of the complaint I received a mail from consumercomplaints.in regarding my issue after two days. In that mail I got information like they have informed my problem to PVR CINEMAS and most likely they will contact me. After 2 more days I received my refund directly to my bank account as there was nothing Chaos in my case. Just a refund was needed due to miscommunication, so did they do. Thank you for resolving this.

        Money is deducted 2times from Paytm bank and wallet respectively but no tickets are booked please refund the money immediately it's importantfor me...

          Payment done for RRR movie but no confirmation email or msg has been sent till now. Refund my money as soon as possible. Bad customer service. No contact details of customer service. Really disappointed.

              On[protected] I had booked tickets for rrr show..after several tries my money got deducted but they have shown a message session got expired.And I have sent so many mails along with proof of payment.and pinged in wtspp and also contacted through their app but they haven't responded to me yet.please refund my money 600 asap and respond to me via email

                        I've booked a movie ticket dated 16th April 3:55pm show. Although, my payment got deducted and was successful through UPI, I didn't receive any ticket confirmation email from PVR, nor did I receive any response upon submitting this issue to the PVR authorities.
                        Requesting for a refund ASAP. attached my payment details for reference. Please resolve this issue ASAP

                            I have booked the tickets for the movie KGF CHAPTER 2 for the Saturday show of 9 50 at PVR cinemas Bareilly
                            Money has been deducted from my account and recieved by the merchant(PVRCINEMAS) but I have not received the tickets
                            I have mailed the authority about the same but there is no response till date
                            I have also called the helpline number [protected] but they are not picking up the call
                            Please look into the matter

                                  Booked a ticket today with my PVR app. Money was deducted, coupons were redeemed but no ticket was generated with an error something gone wrong.
                                  Now PVR is not refunding the money and there is no way to reach the customer care.
