Amount is deducted and booking ID is also created. But not able to download the tickets.

Amount is deducted and order ID is also created. But not able to download the tickets from PVR app.
Date of booking: 14.04.2022
I did the following:
1. Installed the pvr cinemas app.
2. Navigate to "My Bookings"
3. But not able to see the booked ticket.

I booked ticket for KGF:2 on Sunday [17/04/2022] at PVR:Orion Mall, Bangalore.

First I booked 2 tickets for KGF chapter 2 for 15th April show 11.30 am on 14th April in PVR app. I selected the 2 seats of 800 rs each and went to payment gateway entered my opt and my bank account got debited but my pvr app says session time expired. Again the same seats which I booked earlier were available and again I made the payment and my bank account got debited but I did not get the seats. I request to kindly refund my money as I did not get the tickets confirmation.

    Me along with my friends booked tickets for multiverse of madness through the PVR app and amount was paid successfully but we did not receive any confirmation and also the seats that we booked were also not reserved. Now I am at loss. Please look into it

                  I book the tickets through their application pvr my payment was sent though UPI rs 231.86 but I did not recieve any configuration About tickets .

                        I have booked the 10 tickets yesterday night in two shots for KGF Chapter 2, amount is deducted but tickets are not booked yet.

                        Amount deducted : 2277.30 dated 14th Apr'22 @12.30am (Txn ID : [protected])
                        Amount deducted : 2427.30 dated 14th Apr'22 @12.34am (Txn ID : [protected])
                        Total Deducted amount : Rs.4704.6

                        Tried customer care number multiple times but it is busy continuously.
                        Please look into this and help in refunding my deducted amount

                            I want the ticket or receive the voucher amount plus the amount deducted.

                              I have paid the amount from Paytm and tickets not booked yet. I have the amount for KGF movie for PVR Shalimar Bagh Delhi dated 16 April 2022 for timing 4:40. But still i didn't recieved any ticket booking. I am attaching the Paytm payment receipt with this mail. Kindly do the needful and solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    I had booked 3 tickets for kgf 2 in pvr app on april 14 2022 11.49 AM, the total amount was 550.22 .Money got deducted from my account but ticket didnt got generated so i tried another time, next time also total amount was 550.22 on 11.55 AM .Money got deducted and ticket didnt generated, the transaction ID'S are S21964164 & S22011570 .So kindly refund my total amount of 1100.44 as soon as possible.

                                      Booked tickets money got deducted but not received tickets.. Need refund.. Rs 1083 paid thru paytm….
                                      Work on this ASAP ..This really CHEAP worst waste PVR cinemas that you guys don’t have prpoer communication and proper protocol for handling this kind of issue.. With this damm stupid infra u occupy all theatres in city and troubling ppl like hell..
