I was booking the tickets for KGF chapter 2 in Orion mall Bengaluru. Audi 11 1.30 pm show seat no d13. I was in the payment section and chose gyftr option and applied. It was showing please wait for 2-3 mins and then it came again to same screen. And when I applied the code it is showing code already used. I request you to look into the matter and please do the needful ASAP. It was gift card amounted 500.

    I booked 3 tickets through PVR app.
    For,
    Movie name: kgf 2
    Date: 17/04/2022
    Show timing: 11:00 AM
    Booking not confirmed yet but amount of rs.650.22 is debited reference no:[protected]. I'm attaching the transaction screenshot for the amount debited, dated on 13/04/2022.
    So please refund my amount debited as soon as possible.

      Was booking ticket for the Movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on the PVR app the ticket didn't get booked but the amount got deducted from bank. Called the PVR customer care number many times but no one picked the call and there has been no message or call or even email from PVR side.

      Got my Money back. Thanks for the help
      Was booking ticket for the Movie VIKRAM on the PVR app the ticket didn't get booked but the amount got deducted from bank. Called the PVR customer care number but no one picked the call no message or call from their side

        I tried to Book 4 tickets for KGF 2 at PVR Rourkela Forum Galleria for 16th April 10 AM show, Money got deducted while booking through app .but bookng failed, so attempted twice & again it got deducted and booking didnt confirmed, So if tickets can be confirmed Plz refund one transaction and confirm the other, I am attaching the payment reference the amount is 1151.04 for 4 tickets

            I booked two tickets through PVR mobile application for the show of KGF Chapter 2 at SPI S2 PERAMBUR CHENNAI. Amount for the tickets was INR 433.48 and same was paid through paytm. The amount was deducted from my account but the ticket booking failed.

                Kindly refund an total amount of Rs: 6, 128.64 immediately.

                      Hi I tried booking 4 tickets for KGF 2 Tamil at SPI Theygaraja, Chennai at 16th April 8:00 A.M.

                      The payment got successfully transferred through gpay but i got a session expired error and and didnt get any tickets for the movie. I cant even get a refund as their consumer care numbers are always busy.

                        Phonepay is showing money's been deducted my bank too showing same
