Booked tickets for KGF-2 on PVR app, money was deducted from bank account (UPI payment) but post 10 hrs of payment no payment confirmation from PVR neither tickets issued. Initiate tickets or issue complete refund with compensation for the inconvenience.

    Dear team,
    I tried to book the ticket on 13th April 3 times on Bangalore forum pvr via pvr app for kgf 2, all the 3 times the payment got deducted and no ticket issued. Please help in this regard, this is cheating customer and no clear message when we get refund.

        I tried booking three tickets for kgf 2 11:00 am show 15/04/2022 for pvr bokaro jharkhand. The seats were n9 n10 n11 and paid 755.58 rupees from my credit card. The amount has been deducted from my card but the ticket hasn't been booked. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

          I booked ticket on PVR cinemas on 13 April 2022 and the amount of rupees 1684 was deducted twice (1684*2= 3368) but I haven't received any ticket and it is not booked.
          I have booked for today's show of 03 pm and 04 pm.
          Please reply fast.

                      I have booked three tickets for the movie kgf chapter 2. My money got debited but the tickets not got booked. I don't know what to do I have checked their website to complain on this and their helpline number and also tried on the mobile app of pvr but nothing worked. So I want my refund.

It was showing please wait for 2-3 mins and then it came again to same screen. And when I applied the code it is showing code already used.
