      I lost my wallet in Screen 2 (E8 and E9) seat number. It was green in colour with five debit cards and three credit card. I also had my Aadhar card, PAN card and Voter ID as well. Its medium green colour wallet. While intermission i was just moving around and went to the food court as well. We gave ticket to vallet parking guys and missed to collect ticket from them, this we don't have ticket number available.
      Below are the show details:
      Movie: RRR
      Date: 25/03/2022
      Time: 3:30pm
      Screen 2
      Seats : E8, E9
      Please please help me in retrieving my wallet.

          I booked 2 tickets for The Kashmir files on 23 march 2022 at 9.02 for pvr bhilai Chhattisgarh for 24 march 2.25pm show through Paytm app, the money was deducted from my bank account and it said confirmation will be provided within 30min otherwise automatically be cancelled since the confirmation was not provided it was shown that my money since it has been deducted it will be refunded to me within 24hrs i have more a lot more than that . Please provide a solution to this and help me get my refund asap.If needed i can provide you the transaction id as well.

            Hi Team,

            My registered mobile number is [protected], name - Priyank Almal

            Today 24th March around 6pm IST i tried to book 4 tickets for Kashmir Files at PVR Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

            Amount of Rs. 899.12 /- INR is deducted but no ticket issued.

            No whats app notification or email is received for 3.5 hrs for amount charged or for ticket issued/cancelled. HDFC Bank confirmed transaction is successful.

            From 3 hrs I am trying customer care, only music is played no one answers! HOW FRUSTRATING!!!

            Finally one customer care representative picked in Hindi version and said that ticket is cancelled and refund initiated and he will initiate an email in 15 mins.

            Now its 40mins after the call no email/sms or whatsapp notification received? Are the customer care not trained? Why does it takes 3 to 4 hrs to reach one person to talk to at PVR? is this the kind of service PVR gives?

            Why no notification for ticket booking or refund received?

            I have a call recording of my discussion with PVR representative.

            INITITATE MY REFUND AND CONFIRM AT THE EARLIEST. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING SINCE 3.5 HRS.

              I booked 2 tickets for King Richard 12.20 show at PVR VR Mall Chennai and a sum of Rs. 486.64 paid by Gpay was deducted, but transaction failed and tickets were not issued. The above money may be refunded.

                  11.03.2022 - Booked snacks online in SPI Cinemas App for Rs.330/- by payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but order has not been placed. When enquired it was informed that amount will be credited back to my account. But even after 15 days the amount is still not credited in my account.

                  24.03.2022 - Booked 4 tickets for RRR movie for 6.15P.M. show on 26.03.2022 for Rs.711/- by payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but seats were not blocked/confirmed and no booking message was received. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
                  I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount 330+711=Rs.1041/-

                    I booked my ticket early in the morning and i travel mavli to Udaipur pvr at celebration mall. I reached at 9.45. i entered into pvr cinemas in Audi 02 screen and just before 5 min at 10.55 they cancelled my show. It is very irresponsible act. I really hurts to my family that they get up early and complete their work. I take leave from office for the first day first show. When we arrive their and found such a rude behaviour. I think customer care support services must take action against pvr (Udaipur). Help us to get compensation against this act.

                        I have made ticket booking for the film RRR for 25th march 11:45 Show at PVR select city walk delhi and made a transcation of 486.36 on 25th march 2:26 Am. The Transcation id[protected]. The Transcation was successful from google pay side but my ticket was not booked as the Transcation failed and i have booked another ticket so please resolve this issue and give me a refund at the earliest

                          I tried to book tickets for RRR movie on 24th March, 2022 using PVR mobile app. The show was on 26th March, 2022 10:45 AM in PVR Acropolis, Ahmedabad. I booked 2 tickets F6, F7 and paid the amount using Amazon Pay UPI. The money was deducted from the bank however I received a alert saying that the booking failed. I want refund as the transaction failed. There isn't any information in the app regarding such transactions.

                            Hello, today morning i have went to PVR app to book tickets for RRR movie. I have selected date, time, theater and seats. I have proceeded to payment through Google pay. The payment is done in Google pay, but when i redirected to PVR app its shows something went wrong. My money was debited from my account but tickets not conformed. I have contacted Google pay customer care they told that money has been created into pvr cinemas account. But tickets are not booked and my money is created in pvr cinemas
                            account. Please help me in getting back my money.

                              I booked tickets for the movie RRR on Sunday in PVR Ampa theatre from the app. during the transaction, the money got debited from my account, the Google pay transaction was shown as successful, but in the app it showed as transaction failed and tickets did not get booked. but money got transferred to pvr cinemas from my bank account. please look into it as soon as possible, either refund the money or give me tickets.

                                    HI, I have the same issue for same movie, but i booked today[protected] morning. After how many days of your transaction did you received your refund?
                                    Refund! How ridiculous..how much they will refund. Who will be responsible for the time and money that I spent to watch the movie. Who will bear the other expenses. I hope consumer complaint service will take hard action against the pvr. Bcz they snatch the happiness of the people by these irresponsible and delay information.

                                      I had recently watch a movie in PVR Cinema and the same issue I had faced that is Brightness issue, Even Snow is also slightly Black so I give 1 Stat out of 5.
                                      Please work on it and make screen more brighter.

                                      Firstly I filed a Complaint on Consumer Forum and then send my Complaint link to PVR Official handle and after that Social media Executive called me know all the details that I dissatisfied from the theatre screen. After 3-4 days PVR Cinemas Manager called me and Explain all the situation that about movie Print and data and told me that they will work on it as much as possible. And after hearing to them I agree and I hope they resolved it as soon as possible.

                                        Delhi, Shalimar Bagh Pvr Cinemas provides pathetic service; as a result, I have to pay for food twice: first via gpay and again via cash since they claim they haven't received money via online mode. They told that if you pay in cash, you would be refunded in 7 days but I haven't received any refund till now. I've been attaching a payment receipt below for proof of payment and waiting for a solution to this problem for nearly four months.
