As i visited PVR Cineplex for first time, here in Mysore for watching mission impossible movie,
During my visit for booking ticket live in location of PVR Cineplex, with all my family members i had faced issue over amount deducted, where through debit card mode of payment my amount got deducted, but they told tht the transaction is not successful, and suggested me tht I'll get my amount back with 2hrs and by believing there words, i agreed for paying again through another mode of payment ie, through UPI phonepay pay transaction, finally it was successful and the ticket got generated and was happy by believing tht i might receive my amount back in few hours, and till the time that movie got ended, i haven't received my amount back, and when I went for enquiry they didn't treated well, they were keep on telling me to wait and wait, and finally said tht the payment might get refunded in 3-4working days by the manager, and have his no if not got refunded back. So should I wait for there glitch of mistake,
No proper transparency
People's are getting fooled by this trustworthy words

Today i booked the 2 ticket for 12:45pm show in kanpur south x but the amount is deducted & booking confirmation is not come yet tell me wht to do now its 11:52am now

I have purchased for Morbius Movie my money has been debited but tickets not booked When I will get my money back

I was tried to book ticket in PVR cinemas in vellore today (April 1st) through PVR app payment was made through Phonepe amount was deducted and in phonepe transaction was successfull, but tickets was not booked, tried to contact customer support but no response

I am a regular customer visiting pvr across many cities. But today i visited your outlet in amritsar suraj chanda tara pvr and my experience was really bad. On 31st march 2022, at 11::00 pm At ticket counter the person is charging excess amount than the ticket price. Ticket price is showing 170 Rs but he charged me 210. I have booked 6 tickets and asked for card payment but he refused by saying that its not working. I asked for scan and pay which he also refused and asked to make google payment to some other number registered on the name of karan hundal. He didn't gave us the physical ticket or e ticket. He just gave us a picture which only shows the transaction no that is 698285 but not the price which made me concerned wheather it was a fraud or not thats why i am writing this to you. If the actual price is itself is 210 than make sure your customer can see what he is paying not this kind of vague thing which makes us feel that we are being cheated.

On 25th Mar, at PVR central mall, I purchased 2 Pepsi for INR 620, for which I didn't get any bill nor any message for purchase. The Pepsi wasn't cool to drink and it got wasted completely. I want the total refund for the same for non issuance of the bill.
Even after asking the bill at the counter, I was not issued the same. Manager was called for this and he assured that the bill will come to my mobile (he took my number) but it never happened.

I've paid for movie Badhaai Do at PVR Cinemas Pacific Dehradun, on 9th March 2022 11:16 PM for amount 630 and money was deducted from my end but the person handling said they didn't receive the payment so I had to give another 630 in cash saying that the refund will be generated in a week but no refund has been issued in 21 days. The screenshot attached contains order number and wallet reference number.

Today I went to PVR diamond plaza to watch the movie Kashmiri Files and I checked in bookmyshow that the price was 130rs for 10 am show. So when we went their firstly we were told that the ticket price in online and offline is different. Since we entered at 10am the online booking got closed and the ticket which was for 130 we were asked to pay 200 for that. We were two person and they said that if we pay 560 then we will get 300 cashback in the method of Gift Card. This was such a bad experience and there were few more people who came to watch the movie but after listening to their sales scheme they went away. Before this I also watched Gangubai in the same hall and there was no difference in online and offline ticket price. This kind of sales scheme is really going to put the reputation down. I am now bound and stuck to visit PVR again in order to use the 300 rs gift card which I didn't want to have . Such a bad experience in my life with this. And I haven't got any message confirmation of ticket in my phone no yet. I booked the ticket in D13, D14 in Audi 2

I did not get privilige points on pvr cinemas Flamez Mall Ludhiana
i have booked 2 movie tickets on 27th march 2022 for movie RRR online through pvr app
it showed it will give me points but i did not got it
please help me out in it please give me points or give me refund

I went to watch movie with my friends today. During the interval we ordered 2 combos that should contain samosa, cold drink and popcorn told by the man who was taking our order. The moment we paid he said samosa is not there. We were like okay then return our money we will order something else, he said no we can’t do that we can offer you sweet corn. We were okay with it, he asked our seat number and asked us to go he will bring that there. We went off. It was almost the end of the movie and we did not receive our sweet corn. My friend went down and asked for it he said NO we can’t give you that if you want it bring your popcorn’s tub we will put in that. How stupid he can be? How can we eat 2 spoons of sweet corn from a big popcorn tub. After asking him this is not fair. He denied. In the end we gave money for all the 3 things in our meal but got only 2. Irresponsible behaviour, the least they could do is inform us from their end that they are facing problem in providing rather than we coming and asking again for our meal. My complaint is not about sweet corn its about how irresponsible behaviour I came across today!

I have been charged for my 2 wheeler for movie .

I had gone to watch ‘RRR’ on 28th March 11AM show at PVR Cinemas Vega city Bangalore, IMAX. While booking the tickets the ticketing portal mentioned that the movie had subtitles and even at the venue the staff also agreed to it, but when the movie started the subtitles weren’t seen. This is clearly disappointing and cheating

On 27th March i visited PVR Forum for 7.30 AM show. I ordered f&b from PVR Forum food court but they charged more than what is displayed in the menu. When I asked the manager for bill he took my phone numy and went into some room and did not come out.

I was there in PVR Saharaganj Lucknow on 12th March 2022 to watch movie Kashmir files.

After intermission I went to buy popcorn to which I paid through UPI there I scanned the code. And paid 220 then I went to buy a coke which costed 300 rupees and unknowingly I paid directly to that account which I had after buying popcorn and then I got to know we have to scan QR code everytime we make a purchase.

Kindly refund my money or find a solution for the same

Hello PVR management, we have come to watch RRR movie, without our consent how could you play commercial adds for 18 mins? we have been allowed to screen1 at 7:55 and the movie was commenced by 8:13 am. Meantime continuously commercial adds were played. Are you authorised to take our time without our consent?

Thanks for the response. However, this is not the appreciate answer for the issue I have raised. My question is clear"how did you take my time"? Isn't a violation of the act ? If yes, please provide proper explanation, otherwise I will go legal.

Tried booking 2 tickets for RRR monday 28th march in PVR velachery and money got deducted but tickets not booked yet.

Pls prioritize this issue.

Recently I watch 2 movies in pvr Pathankot . There is some serious concern with pvr Pathankot i.e
1.not maintaining perfect temperature in Audi

2. Light switching off/ on time is very bad

3. Movies never start on time

4 audio quality also not as per movie

I always watched movie in PVR and prefer PVR but this time I realised this pvr not fulfil our basis things

I booked 2 tickets of The Kashmir files, it's a A rated movie. But I can a lot kids around here.

I have booked movie ticket for RRR for 11.30 show for which amount has been debited from my Paytm wallet but tickets aren’t issued.
