I booked two tickets for BTS PTD live streaming in Citi Mall Andheri West which is on 12th march @2:00 PM show through PVR mobile app. The amount is deducted from my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation email, the tickets aren't booked but the amount is deducted. Please refund the amount....

On 8/03/2022 I booked 4 tickets for BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE- LIVE VIEWING via PVR website for 2.30 pm show on 12/03/2022 at PVR: ORION MALL, Bengaluru. But, no confirmation of tickets was sent to my phone nor was the refund for tickets made. The amount worth is Rs. 5, 227 for the tickets has been deducted without giving me any tickets.

I request you to make Refund of the said amount as soon as possible....
