This is regarding the BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE concert live streaming and recording bookings availability. In both Chennai abd Hyderabad it has been displayed that the musical has been listed in the coming soon section since 8th March and the musical releases on 12th March, in other cities most of their bookings are open and sold out while in Hyderabad and Chennai it has still not opened yet, when asked for an update no one has replied and customer care isn't working, please resolve the issue soon and update us on the situation. It is in less than one day that the live will be streamed, audience needs to be prepared, we cannot accept any last-minute announcements. Please hear our request.
