Today 11th April around 6pm IST I tried to book 2 tickets for Multiverse of Madness at PVR Phoenix kurla.

Amount of Rs. 1362.12 /- INR is deducted but no ticket issued.

No whats app notification or email is received for 3.5 hrs for amount charged or for ticket issued/cancelled. Kotak Bank confirmed transaction is successful.

From 3 hrs I am trying customer care, only music is played no one answers! HOW FRUSTRATING!!!

Finally one customer care representative picked in Hindi version and said that ticket is cancelled and refund initiated and even after requesting for email or sms confirmation, he said we cannot sms we don't have right to sms, Seriously!

Now its 40mins after the call no email/sms or whatsapp notification received? Are the customer care not trained? Why does it takes 3 to 4 hrs to reach one person to talk to at PVR? is this the kind of service PVR gives?

Why no notification for ticket booking or refund received?

I have a call recording of my discussion with PVR representative.

INITITATE MY REFUND AND CONFIRM AT THE EARLIEST. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING SINCE 4 HRS.

Today i have booked beast movie for upcoming show for Thursday (14/04/22) at 6.50pm show the payment amount was debited but ticket is not booked

I booked a ticket for beast movie via pvr app the amount of Rs. 1517 was deducted.Yet no confirmation was sent through email, text or what'sapp. It's not SHOWING in my bookings too.when will I receive the amount

I bought 2 tickets from pvr cinemas official website .Money also got debited from the bank side but pvr did not give me any tickets or statements regarding the same .I would like to get my tickets as soon as possible or get an effective refund.

I tried to book tickets for the movie BEAST tamil movie. Amount debited two times but ticket was not booked. I don't find any customer support contact number in the PVR app. Nearly 2000 rupees debited from my account. Please take necessary steps to refund my money.

I tried booking ticket for beast movie
The transaction was cancelled by the app 4 times after giving to otp
And my money was deducted 4 times and the money is not refunded and I have sent many mails as of now no response yet

I booked for Beast movie for Saturday and booked all nice but the money was debited from my paytm account rs 828 but the ticket was not confirmed and the money was not returned again please give me money back and when i called the customer care they be like wait and connecting for like 20 mins and still going on what the hell is wrong with this pvr cinemas customer care and not even responding

The booking does not show in my account on their site either.

I had made a transaction of Rs 410 in your Elante Mall PVR on 9 Apr 22. The amount of Rs 410 got debited twice.
Transaction was made by Axis Bank debit card.
Pl find the attachment above of double Transaction.

Kindly refund Rs 410 to my account.

I made an online booking on pvrcinemas.com on 11.04.2022 18:10Hrs and the payment was deducted from my axis debit card for Rs. 866.96/- but the pvr web site did not complete the transaction - it straight away took me to the home page after accepting the payment. The booking does not show in my account on their site either.

They have no information about customer support other than an email address [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. Calling their number in Gurgaon does not get any response either.

Kindly refund my amount of 866.96/- as soon as possible.

Hi, I tried to book a ticket on 30 March 2022 and money got deducted but ticket is not booked.alsp I didn't get the money back due to failed transaction.kindly revert the refund back

Went for a movie today at kripa pvr cinemas trivandrum and to my astonishment the price for 500ml bottle was Rs 40/-( mrp shown is 70/-). This price is not at all acceptable at this time when we are getting 1 L bottles for just 20Rs. Need to know the reason for this big price difference and also need to know why u cant cap the price.

iam yaswanth vimandi had booked tickets in pvr cinemas bangalore . due to some emergency situation i need to cancel my ticket .so i cancelled my ticket pvr people said you will get 75% refund in 7 days but it has been more than 7 days till now i havent got the refund iam calling customer service but they were not responding this is a worst customer service i have ever seen plz credit my money back

Yesterday we went to watch movie RRR @ 10:00 PM Show in PVR (JCR jamnagar). Before this movie we went to watch THE KASHMIR FILES movie in INOX Jamangar. Before starting the movie in INOX they played NATIONAL ANTHEM, and then they started movie. But in PVR before starting movie RRR they played many commercials but not NATIONAL ANTHEM.

We Request you to make them start play NATIONAL ANTHEM before every movie.

I have purchased snacks at pvr cinema on dt.28.03.22 and payment made through UPI, But it is shown as, transaction timed out, . The seller said to pay again and stated that earlier deducted amount will be credited with in 24hrs. But even after lapse of 10 days no credit received. Please do needful.

I go to watch rrr movie in pvr with my friends in3d. but there is some issue with screen so we cant see movie clearly in 3d its clearity is poor then 2d. we ask security the also said yes this is an issue but they cant solve the issue and said u have to told us earlyer. we also said them to talk to there boss but they denaied by saying there is no one. please solve this issue. and we want to a response from pvr on this
we want refund on this and a respod.
