Why Kashmir files is not screening in Ujjain

I attended the PTD On Stage concert in Mangalore by BTS on 12th March 2022. Something was really off during the screening . Everything was grey the video quality was way too low, no clarity. The sound was low too. It bothered me because when I’d try to enjoy I’d notice how grey the screen was. I could confirm this with a picture from my cinema and another cinema. There is a huge quality difference and the color should have been orange was projected as yellow.

It’s disappointing on how the PVR cinemas had a hike on theater fees for the concert only to bring up the worst quality ever seen.
Blaming HYBE is not in question cause when compared with other cinemas there was a huge difference.

Just to make sure I went to the recorded version as well and it was still grey. I kept rubbing my eyes to check if everything was alright.

We paid 1500+ just for horrible service in return.

I'm complaining about my booking which I did a few days ago but the problem is that it didn't show any booking history when I checked later. I booked the tickets for The Batman for 4 people. And at the time of payment the amount was deducted but when it was redirected into the app, there was some error I guess and it showed me if the amount was deducted, it will refunded in few days... But it hasn't been credited yet.
Im sharing the transaction details below.

I had booked 2 tickets for BTS permission to dance on March 8 through the website and I didn't receive any confirmation mail or message and my tickets were canceled latter on . I didn't receive the refund also.

It showef in the pvr page that we will be having the live view of PTD concert in Hyderabad... Later it doesn't even show the concert option... I came to know that there is no permission for live screening in Hyderabad...If not for live screening PLEASE try to olay the Recorded concert atleast...PLEASE 🙏

I have booked Movie Radhe Shyam today at 10 pm show, later I purchased pop corn from PVR food court with discount which was available on Zomato in offer. The on duty manager talked with me in disrespectful manner and didnt allow me to enter in theatre with my food. Though outside food is allowed in multiplex by cinema regulation act 1955. I strongly condemned this behaviour of on duty manager and request a strict action against him

I guess PVR does not work same in every region isn't it?
If the bts ptd tickets are available in Delhi and Bangalore PVR then why not Hyderabad. Is it because of Radhe shyam, If yes why cant you lose a single screen with two show times for BTS how ever you are gaining double price for the BTS tickets.

There are no shows scheduled for BTS Permission to dance Concert live streaming in Hyderabad PVR. Many other cities have schedules for 2pm and 6pm. concert streaming is only for one day, and PVR failed to do it properly. I request for a valid explanation for the situation.

Money debited from my account but tickets are not booked

This is regarding the BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE concert live streaming and recording bookings availability. In both Chennai abd Hyderabad it has been displayed that the musical has been listed in the coming soon section since 8th March and the musical releases on 12th March, in other cities most of their bookings are open and sold out while in Hyderabad and Chennai it has still not opened yet, when asked for an update no one has replied and customer care isn't working, please resolve the issue soon and update us on the situation. It is in less than one day that the live will be streamed, audience needs to be prepared, we cannot accept any last-minute announcements. Please hear our request.

i was just booking movie tickets and the transaction from my bank account and UPI account happened but still on PVR app it showed transaction failed and booking didn't happen .

i checked bank and UPI statement and it shows successful transaction with below details :

I booked a ticket for permission to dance movie via pvr app the amount of 563 was deducted yet no confirmation was sent through email, text or what'sapp it's not SHOWING in my bookings too .

On 9 March, 2022 I booked a seat of BTS Permission To Dance On Stage SEOUL Live play at PVR Vinayak, Prayagraj. After the payment transaction was completed a message popped up saying, "I will receive my ticket confirmation through mail or SMS text soon" but even after 11 hour past, I haven't received my ticket confirmation yet.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible before the show time arrives.

On 9 Mar, 2022 I booked a seat of BTS Permission To Dance On Stage SEOUL Live play. After the payment transaction completed, a message popped telling, "I will receive my ticket confirmation through mail or SMS text soon" but even after 11 hour past the payment was done I have not received my ticket confirmation through either of the sources.
I also immediately reached out to you by your 'Contact Us- feedback' service but it didn't worked.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible, so I could actually enjoy my beloved show that I waited for so anxiously.

There are alot of Armys in delhi who are dying to watch BTS: Permission To Dance On Stage Live in pvr we have around 16-17 pvrs in delhi, please make the movie available in atleast some of them. We armys of new delhi would really be grateful to ya'll for doing so. Please watching this concert live means a great deal to us.

I purchased the tickets for BTS concert live stream yesterday. I did the payment the money got deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation about my booking from the company. I haven't got email confirming my booking

I have booked 3 tickets for show of batman movie timing 3.25 pm in pvr cinemas silver arc mall.but its 3.51 pm still hall is closed .and no space in waiting area to sit .its a long delay .bad experience.

PLs can you enable live watching of BTS concert in hyderabad PVR tooo, there are fans here too why only mumbai, delhi, bengaluru etc,
