I had booked two tickets for BTS permission to dance on stage and the money was deducted but no ticket was generated. UPI Reference no.[protected]...

I have booked two ticketsusing pvr app for the batman for 10th march for rs, 351/-, payment was done but
The ticket was not booked.
I checked the pvr app there were no tickets in booked section...

I booked tickets for Permission to dance on stage at the Element mall PVR Cinema for the 6pm show on the 12th of march 2022. I received a debit of Rs 1984 on my credit card but no confirmation from PVR. Not able to reach their customer service either. I want a refund for the amount paid....

I worked in P.V.R Cinemas as an Entertainment service Provider in Pvr Pavilion, Ludhiana from August 2016 to 2018.But unfortunately, i am not able to receive my Experience Certificate.kindly provide my experience letter.

Movie timing was 9.30pm and till now it means 10:00 pm also movie not started.

I paid 511 to pvr through Paytm, I did not recieve any ticket but from Paytm the money was deducted. I had to purchase the ticket again manually at pvr, they said they did not recieve my previous booking. Later when talking to Paytm for refund they are saying the transaction is complete from there end and please contact pvr. My money is stuck please help...

I had booked the tickets for batman movie on March 6, 2022 at Irrum Manzil, Hyderabad pvr 4dx at 12:40 show. Only after I arrive at my screen I got to know half of the movie got over and I was not intimated in any form. I want my refund....

Not a 1 star aswell for cinema theatre
Worst seats and unhygienic place with lots of bed bugs, flies and not at all sanitizationin done and smells like sitting in some slum and watching movie

cinemax is converted into pvr and pvr please take a look or i have to complain against the mall and i am definetly going to complain in consumer regarding this

The movie stopped multiple times while playing. The operator ruined the movie by forwarding to 5, 10 minutes further. You can expect what would it do a thriller or a mystery movie. 3 hours movie got completed in more than 4 hours, excluding the interval and ads. Pathetic experience froma PVR Theatre. I would like a refund of the ticket.

1) I made 2 TRANSACTIONS of Rs. 390 on the food table and they did not send me back.please check and REFUND my money.
2) I had canceled the ticket of Gangubai Kathiawadi movie by CANCELING the show date 03/03/2022 and showtime 12:35 pm but it was not REFUNDED....

The payment was deducted for my order id CHKY[protected] from pvrcinemas website (via phonepe) but it is not showing in my bookings and haven't received tickets on mail yet too.
Please look into it or refund.

It's been 1 month I have got my kotak PVR debit card but still hasn't received any joining voucher or any points on spends. I have also complaint about this to kotak Mahindra Bank they said kindly contact to PVR cinemas so I did but it's been 7 days nobody is replying as they don't have any support email I email them on [protected]@pvrcinemas.com.
Nobody is answering...

First of all they were not seeing 2 dose certificate at entry gate, ...second thing is they are selling over tickets as per seating capacity during covid ...and asking people for not maintaining social distancing...

Hi so we have come to PVR theatre at growels mall Kandivali East, so when we went to popcorn counter at first so there were no online money transfer facility, post that when the cash was given there was no one to collect.
Secondly, When my wife went to juice counter staff was very rude and in interval he went for break in interval so no one was there to make juice in juice counter...
