I have purchased food worth ₹260/- however bill was not provided. I gave ₹500/- was returned ₹140/- since I had not got bill copy and there was long que behind so took and left and asked for a bill copy, however after insisting 2 time the staff said give mobile number and you will get bill. However due to network the sms came quit late. Your staff had charged me extra by ₹100/- attached is the bill copy. Highly disappointed to see your staff is fooling by not giving invoice upfront.

The movie stopped multiple times while playing. The operator ruined the movie by forwarding to 5, 10 minutes further. You can expect what would it do a thriller or a mystery movie. 3 hours movie got completed in more than 4 hours, excluding the interval and ads. Pathetic experience froma PVR Theatre. I would like a refund of the ticket.
Location: PVR, Audi 2, Ansal Plaza, Pari Chowk, Greater Noida
Movie: The Batman.
Date: 5th March 2022, 3:15 pm Show.

1) I made 2 TRANSACTIONS of Rs. 390 on the food table and they did not send me back.please check and REFUND my money.
2) I had canceled the ticket of Gangubai Kathiawadi movie by CANCELING the show date 03/03/2022 and showtime 12:35 pm but it was not REFUNDED.

The payment was deducted for my order id CHKY[protected] from pvrcinemas website (via phonepe) but it is not showing in my bookings and haven't received tickets on mail yet too.
Please look into it or refund.

It's been 1 month I have got my kotak PVR debit card but still hasn't received any joining voucher or any points on spends. I have also complaint about this to kotak Mahindra Bank they said kindly contact to PVR cinemas so I did but it's been 7 days nobody is replying as they don't have any support email I email them on [protected]@pvrcinemas.com.
Nobody is answering

First of all they were not seeing 2 dose certificate at entry gate, ...second thing is they are selling over tickets as per seating capacity during covid ...and asking people for not maintaining social distancing

Hi so we have come to PVR theatre at growels mall Kandivali East, so when we went to popcorn counter at first so there were no online money transfer facility, post that when the cash was given there was no one to collect.
Secondly, When my wife went to juice counter staff was very rude and in interval he went for break in interval so no one was there to make juice in juice counter

We ordered 6 frankies and the stall person of tibs frankie named chandan will not provide me half frankie this is not tge way to treat a customer we are the one who pays and eat not u

Hi,
I booked 4 tickets of the show ‘Gangubai’ at booking counter in PVR: Centra mall, Chandigarh on 28Feb.
Original cost of one ticket was 109 Rs
but the attendant at counter charged me 712 for four tickets without even informing that they are selling microwave popcorns packets along with it.
Attendant was adamant about it that it is the price of tickets.
i think of this as a clear case of fraud, malpractice and misinformation from their side.
kindly look into this.

Dear Management Team,

I am taking this efforts to write and express My disappointment towards your management.
Your Cinemas is operational in Maharashtra and yet there is no Marathi language option to select when we call on your helpline number [protected].

To my wonder there are other languages such as Tamil and Telugu.
I am assuming this as a technical issue as of now and would let you resolve it in a week time.

Also consider this as a warning by a Maharashtrian, if Marathi language is not added in your options within a week
i would happily take this matter to the next level.

Hello. ME and my friends had watched UNCHARTED on 26th feb 2022 in 4DX in PVR ACROPOLIS Ahmedabad. After almost 2 years we came to watch movie in the theater as covid cases came down. We were not provided with the 3d glasses and when the movie started we came to know that it was a 2d movie on screen. I checked and there was nowhere mentioned that it would be a 2d movie. it almost costed 350 rupees per head. What is the meaning of watching an action film in 2d with moving chairs? I dont understand the logic behind it. if we knew we would have gone for the 2d movie which costed less. Why to pay for moving chairs and not so well maintained lights and water sprinklers which are installed for name sake? Not expected from such a brand. Never coming back to watch movie in 4DX in PVR ever.

I require a refund if PVR feels that it is a genuine issue or else dont refund if PVR is got a lower standard.

Pvr cinemas, Guntur, A.P. escalator is not working properly. While coming down from yesterday first show, the audiance was felt down due to steps and handle of the escalator not moving simultaneously. Some times handle is stopping to move while steps is as usual moving, causing felt down some people. Sanitation also worst in escalator areas. Lift is not allowing after show completed. Take action to rectify...

I have attempted to book valimai movie ticket from the PVR app. I used UPI option to pay. Amount was debited from my account but in the app the transaction shows unsuccessful. The same issue happened when I booked maanadu movie. It seems like PVR cinemas app is doing a trick to cheat. Because 2 nd attempt is always working. I need my money back. I have the transaction IDs to share if PVR contacts. Please contact me PVR ASAP.

I booked the ticket using PVR mobile app for Spider Man - No way Home today. I selected date as 26-Feb-22, 12 PM show for 4 seats with snacks. I payed thro Net-banking option. Amount also debited from my account (Transaction Ref#[protected] at same time but Ticket is not generated and no confirmation message I received. Please check and share the ticket to me.

It's breach of privacy, an individual must be known prior that they are been watched like gimmicks from cctv camera while watching movie ..it should be mentioned on tickets..this should be filed in court..inappropriate

I went to Avani mall to watch a movie uncharted online the ticket price was 230 but in the counter they said it's for 330 dynamic price something they called to keeping the burden on the people to buy something out from inside which is obviously expensive. I called the manager get the extra amount excluded but imagine how many people they are making fool.

Dear sir / madam, when i was watching movie there was continuous blink of light from a camera like device, is that of any hidden cameras if so it should be informed earlier during the movie begin, and what about individuals privacy, please let me know what exactly the lights were and do u have cameras installed inside the cinema hall so please let me your views this things should be openly known to the peoples

I asked for the movie ticket the counter person said 280 as movie ticket when I see the ticket which I recieved on my mail ticket is of 152 only the force fully gave me 127 food voucher which I didn't asked for they deduct amount in name of ticket and forcefully given me food voucher and the person on upstair are saying it's compulsory

When i go to purchase ticket in counter that time they said we are not sell tickets individually with out combo packs. Is this policy of PVR Cinemas.
