I went for spiderman no way home on 26th of december 2021 @ pvr grand galada meenambakam 10.40 pm show, my seat number was F11 of AUDI 04, i lost my wallet with around 4000 rupees and cards in it ......

I went movie in pvr s2 perambur cinemas i was hungery so i buy some food like cream dount and cold coffee combo. After i eat the donut it's like not good inside cream smell was bad like expiry and in the top of the box the expiry sticker not good it's like erased then i ask the staff they dont know the expiry hour then they told it's good after i smell again and again they told it's good and i told in the cream bad smell coming i think is...

This is regarding PVR not allowing toilet to use.
Recently i bought a ticket for a movie and i reached 1 hourly.
I asked them to let me in to use toilet and they denied it....

I was booking tickets on the PVR app, the money has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received the confirmation....

We visited PVR cinemas oberoi mall goregaon east to watch Spiderman 7 am show. In the interval, we ordered for Large cheese popcorn and a regular pepsi! We made the payment via card! I went to watch a movie at PVR, Phoenix United mall, Bareilly. There I made an order of a large popcorn with two cold drink cans. I pa8d through the UPI and the ammount was deducted too but the vendor said that due to timeout this transaction is not successfull. I showed him the deduction from mu account to which he said you will recieve a refund. I didn't recieve the refund neither did I get the services I asked for. This is the pathetic...

The seat selection page told the ticket price was 578. But I paid 742. The order confirmation also says the ticket price is 578 only. Even after adding GST and Convenience I shouldn't have paid more than 641. Please look into this ASAP...

I just bought 2 tickets on 24th dec 2021 at 2 pm of 3d spiderman no way home but after that i just had to cancel one of them.
At first they just nodded and said we will do it and after that they just denied me .
They promised but after movie show they just refused to give refund of one ticket....

Hi on 24th December, 2021 I visited PVR Avani Mall, Kolkata. I purchased snacks amount 983 rs. and made the payment using Paytm.But the lady repeatedly said the payment was not made to the ovr account hence I have to pay the bill by cash and the amount will be refunded automatically to my account. I had watched a movie on 24 th of December in pvr directers cut, vasant kunj, 4:15 pm show .i shortly left after the movie finished and left my wallet on the seat . Money ₹769.12 is debited from the account but tickets for the movie is not confirmed.

I came to watch Matrix ressurection movie at 6:20 PM on Dec 23 2021 at Park square Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore and never before have I seen so much delay in playing a movie.
Firstly the previous movie went on till 6:30 PM then they took a lot of time to clean the hall and then it's 6:45 PM and still ads are going on, a movie that was scheduled for 6:20 PM started almost half an hour later.
Horrible experience...

I purchased voucher from Paytm and tried to check it in official PVR site whether it is applicable and after checking i refreshed and again tried to book in PVR application and then it showed promo code is not valid... Please help me And i couldn't contact PVR!!! Help me please...

I have booked 2 tickets for spiderman for 24th dec 1:55pm 4DX show at pvr pacific mall subhash nagar around 1:45 am on 23rd dec...I redeemed my amazon pvr gift coupon code worth rupees 1000 and paid the remaining amount 464.27 by UPI...but I didnt receive my tickets. The remaining amount of 464 was refunded but I cannot redeem my coupon again..as it is showing already used.
Kindly solve this and refund my amount....
