Hi, i booked a Batman 4DX movie at PVR cinema Pacific mall, there is no 3 D effect in the movie, we paid money for 4D but watching movie 2D . Booked 6 tickets all gone waste with precious time

On 9 March, 2022 I booked a seat of BTS Permission To Dance On Stage SEOUL Live play at PVR Vinayak, Prayagraj. After the payment transaction was completed a message popped up saying, "I will receive my ticket confirmation through mail or SMS text soon" but even after 11 hour past, I haven't received my ticket confirmation yet.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible before the show time arrives.

On 9 Mar, 2022 I booked a seat of BTS Permission To Dance On Stage SEOUL Live play. After the payment transaction completed, a message popped telling, "I will receive my ticket confirmation through mail or SMS text soon" but even after 11 hour past the payment was done I have not received my ticket confirmation through either of the sources.
I also immediately reached out to you by your 'Contact Us- feedback' service but it didn't worked.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible, so I could actually enjoy my beloved show that I waited for so anxiously.

There are alot of Armys in delhi who are dying to watch BTS: Permission To Dance On Stage Live in pvr we have around 16-17 pvrs in delhi, please make the movie available in atleast some of them. We armys of new delhi would really be grateful to ya'll for doing so. Please watching this concert live means a great deal to us.

I have booked 3 tickets for show of batman movie timing 3.25 pm in pvr cinemas silver arc mall.but its 3.51 pm still hall is closed .and no space in waiting area to sit .its a long delay .bad experience.

there's none in delhi its only available in gurgaon and noida.i dont know why they are doing this type of discrimination.

received an email saying transcation failed due to technical error in the app so tickets were not booked and after 3 days money got refunded

This is regarding Permission to Dance on Stage 6pm show.
Booking for 2 seats for 6pm show on 12th March 2022 at PVR Cinemas (Citi mall) Andheri West Mumbai, Maharashtra from the PVR website, the transactions have gone through but i have not received the booking email or any sort of communication, not even a refund. The show is in 3 days and i would like to have a confirmation of my seats. I have been trying to contact PVR but none of their numbers are available. Please communicate with the customer

I booked two tickets for Permission to Dance Recorded 6pm show at PVR Jessore Road Kolakta. The money is deducted from my bank account and i got transaction id from gpay as well but I didnt get my tickets confirmation. I had to book again from another account and the scanned tickets came for it, but for previous transaction i did not get refund yet.

I still haven't received any confirmation message or e-mail by your side. I paid the amount via phonepe.

I booked two tickets for BTS PTD live streaming in Citi Mall Andheri West which is on 12th march @2:00 PM show through PVR mobile app. The amount is deducted from my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation email, the tickets aren't booked but the amount is deducted. On 8/03/2022 I booked 4 tickets for BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE- LIVE VIEWING via PVR website for 2.30 pm show on 12/03/2022 at PVR: ORION MALL, Bengaluru. But, no confirmation of tickets was sent to my phone nor was the refund for tickets made. The amount worth is Rs. 5, 227 for the tickets has been deducted without giving me any tickets.

I request you to make Refund of the said amount as soon as possible.
