We are in pvr cinemas, irrumanzil, hyd. For watching spiderman movie @Audi-3:j1, j2 respectively. When my kid asked for popcorn, I went to FNB ASKED 1 KIDS PEPSI, 1 KIDS POPCORN. they given me ans we don't have kids popcorn. Atleast there is no sign board. I requested for my kid. But they wont given. My kid also no listening my words. Finally 300 ra popcorn they sold me. So for movie I got expenses 400 for fnb 460 for tickets. Even I requested them I won't eat popcorn so pls give me less quantity. They won't listen my words too. That's my complaint on FNB. Tanq

    Non reimbursement of tickets money

    Address: PVR, Garuda Mall, Mysore

    On 14.12.2021 we paid money through upi for 3 tickets total rs. 360/- for drishya2, movie at Garuda Mall, transaction was completed and amount was deducted from bank. But PVR staff told they didn't received money and it will be reimbursed. After film we went to ask but they made us wait for 20 minutes and afterwards Manager Sunil he is not at all willing to speak, I and my daughter's got frustrated by his behaviour, we were also...

    Sir 04 dec 2021 ko voucher se popcorn and sandwich oder kra tha aur extra 330rs pay kre aur head ne bola ki pay meri taraf se toh ho gya hai magar humare system m show nhi ho rha hai toh AP ek bhar aur pay kre toh maine kiya fir unhone bola ki 330 apko refund ho jayege 7 day m magar abhi tk nhi hoye hai

      Please refer bookef ticket no WH536RX at PVR Gaur city sector4 greater noida on 01 Jan 2022. I got coupon code B5D51389E24348 on same day for purchasing one item through KFC merchant for getting one free item. But I didnot get this from same shopingmall when try to enquired from PVR office, there security staff at 1730h approx created problem to get assistant on this issue. Please check control this.

        The recent experiences at PVR, Surya Mall, Bhilai, Durg are very horrible and discouraging. In such pandemic times, PVR is advertising regarding full vaccination and hygiene but the fact is they don't accept UPI payment and wants cash only. Where is the concept of contactless experience? Moreover, the gloves used by employees and their attire was so poor that I couldn't buy the things and cancelled my order. Demanding only cash in such COVID times is a crime I feel which is getting committed on daily basis at PVR. Request to kindly take a note of it and change the system if you really cares for customer.

          PVR cinemas looting the public, They increased ticket rates from 150rs to 300rs, I'm from middle class background and a very good fan of watching movies. (1)Because of these hike of ticket rates, facing problem to book a movie ticket, if that ticket basic price is 250 it will become 350 with all other convience fees and all.
          (2) second one is food and beverages rates. They are not providing MRP rates on what they are providing. And that also very less quantity with huge prices on it.
          In interval time my children were hungry and asked me to get some food.. but i couldn't because the prices were high and for 350 ml water bottle also they are collecting 50rs.

          (If movies are making and releasing in cinema halls and malls only for very rich guys. Then please ask them to give a note while booking it self) or please order them to lower the price to reasonable price.

            I tried booking Spiderman no way home, I selected the UPI option, the app took me to the Google Pay portal, it was successful (UPI transaction id[protected] and Google Transaction ID - CICAgODhhc-XSw) and was paid to "PVR cinemas" ([protected]@paytm).

            After Google Pay showed successful transaction, it took me to the home page and when I checked the bookings section there was no booking and the seat which I had selected was still empty.

            i purchased the tickets for BTS PTD CONCERT..payments have been debited from my bank account but i have not get any confirmation mail ..what to do now
            I booked 2 tickets for Vikram for 4th June, at sathyam royapettah. My payment was successful via Googlepay, when redirected to pvr application, the tickets weren't processed and the booking failed. Havent received the tickets yet, Kindly refund the amount or take necessary action revet the tickets at the earliest

              Booked my ticket on 28 Dec and paid through the paytm .. my payment got deducted but my tickets were not booked by the pvr app ... more than 48 hours now and I am trying to reach their customer care executive even I went to pvr cinemas jammu personally to get my issue resolved but they did not take it seriously ...not even refunded my money after 48 hours too .. pathetic, services ... I just want my issue to be resolved as soon .. as pvr people are not responding back

                I paid for two tickets for recliners at pvr jammu on pvr app .. my payment got deducted by tickets were not booked ... its more than 48hours and I told those ppl 10 times to resolve my issue .. but till now no call from pvr team evan i went to pvr jammu personally met the manager and told him about the issue.. not even he seem to be interested in solving the customer's problem ... pathetic services .. pvr team I am, still waiting for my money to be refunded back and someone from you to contact me !!

                  I purchased gift card for myself, i didn't receive any mails or text message but amount has debited from bank. In my pvr app it shows only the id of the pvr gift card.
                  I tried clicking resend from pvr application it didn't work

                    I purchased popcorn in PVR Cinema Bokaro, Jharkhand on 25th Of Dec, 2021. I made the payment through Amazon pay UPI. Though the payment was successful and my Rs 310 was deducted the seller told me that the transaction has failed. He asked me to pay again and I did it. He assured my earlier payment which he said has failed will come back in 3 days. It's more than 4 days now still no refund received. Kindly help. You can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

                      I went for a movie to PVR Cinemas Latur on 19th December 2021. I ordered food their and paid for it. My money was debited but the transaction was unsuccessful. They assured me my refund within 7 days but i didn't get it during the assured time period. Do i contacted them through email and they are just making me wait since days. They haven't even assured me a date or even confirmed my refund. They reply with the same email everytime.

                        I have booked two seats for Pushpa (Malayalam) for today's 6.30 show 28th of December yesterday by 10.30 P.m. via Paytm. My selected seats are CLASSICP H10 and H12 at Audi 04.

                        But when I checked again and again, even now, the seats are seemed unreserved.

                        I booked via Paytm so obvious I paid money via Paytm as well.

                        I have all the details with me.
                        Kindly solve the issue before anybody else book the seats

                            I had booked tickets for 83 the movie, and after selecting tickets and choosing for UPI option i was prompted to UPI page (google pay) and after paying the money it got debited from my account yet there was no confirmation from side of PVR and no response to complaint from customer care

                            I tried booking 2 tickets, and my money got debited, but the transaction failed. So, will i get my money back as 900 is not a small amount for a common man, please make sure i get my money back and it doesn't show the tickets being booked also.

                                  I went movie in pvr s2 perambur cinemas i was hungery so i buy some food like cream dount and cold coffee combo. After i eat the donut it's like not good inside cream smell was bad like expiry and in the top of the box the expiry sticker not good it's like erased then i ask the staff they dont know the expiry hour then they told it's good after i smell again and again they told it's good and i told in the cream bad smell coming i think is expiry then they change new one that donut also same i am not satisfy after that they refund cash it's not good iam going to pvr why they giving good quality food now it's totally change they not giving proper reasons they giving back the cash this is not good customer service. After that iam feel very bad worst experience.

                                    This is regarding PVR not allowing toilet to use.
                                    Recently i bought a ticket for a movie and i reached 1 hourly.
                                    I asked them to let me in to use toilet and they denied it.
