Booked my ticket on 28 Dec and paid through the paytm .. my payment got deducted but my tickets were not booked by the pvr app ... more than 48 hours now and I am trying to reach their customer care executive even I went to pvr cinemas jammu personally to get my issue resolved but they did not take it seriously ...not even refunded my money after 48 hours too .. pathetic, services ... I just want my issue to be resolved as soon .. as pvr people are not responding back

    I paid for two tickets for recliners at pvr jammu on pvr app .. my payment got deducted by tickets were not booked ... its more than 48hours and I told those ppl 10 times to resolve my issue .. but till now no call from pvr team evan i went to pvr jammu personally met the manager and told him about the issue.. not even he seem to be interested in solving the customer's problem ... pathetic services .. pvr team I am, still waiting for my money to be refunded back and someone from you to contact me !!

      I purchased gift card for myself, i didn't receive any mails or text message but amount has debited from bank. In my pvr app it shows only the id of the pvr gift card.
      I tried clicking resend from pvr application it didn't work

        I purchased popcorn in PVR Cinema Bokaro, Jharkhand on 25th Of Dec, 2021. I made the payment through Amazon pay UPI. Though the payment was successful and my Rs 310 was deducted the seller told me that the transaction has failed. He asked me to pay again and I did it. He assured my earlier payment which he said has failed will come back in 3 days. It's more than 4 days now still no refund received. Kindly help. You can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

          I went for a movie to PVR Cinemas Latur on 19th December 2021. I ordered food their and paid for it. My money was debited but the transaction was unsuccessful. They assured me my refund within 7 days but i didn't get it during the assured time period. Do i contacted them through email and they are just making me wait since days. They haven't even assured me a date or even confirmed my refund. They reply with the same email everytime.

            I have booked two seats for Pushpa (Malayalam) for today's 6.30 show 28th of December yesterday by 10.30 P.m. via Paytm. My selected seats are CLASSICP H10 and H12 at Audi 04.

            But when I checked again and again, even now, the seats are seemed unreserved.

            I booked via Paytm so obvious I paid money via Paytm as well.

            I have all the details with me.
            Kindly solve the issue before anybody else book the seats

                I had booked tickets for 83 the movie, and after selecting tickets and choosing for UPI option i was prompted to UPI page (google pay) and after paying the money it got debited from my account yet there was no confirmation from side of PVR and no response to complaint from customer care

                The customer service called and provided transaction id and money was deposited in bank in one day

                I tried booking 2 tickets, and my money got debited, but the transaction failed. So, will i get my money back as 900 is not a small amount for a common man, please make sure i get my money back and it doesn't show the tickets being booked also.

                    I went for spiderman no way home on 26th of december 2021 @ pvr grand galada meenambakam 10.40 pm show, my seat number was F11 of AUDI 04, i lost my wallet with around 4000 rupees and cards in it ...

                      I went movie in pvr s2 perambur cinemas i was hungery so i buy some food like cream dount and cold coffee combo. After i eat the donut it's like not good inside cream smell was bad like expiry and in the top of the box the expiry sticker not good it's like erased then i ask the staff they dont know the expiry hour then they told it's good after i smell again and again they told it's good and i told in the cream bad smell coming i think is expiry then they change new one that donut also same i am not satisfy after that they refund cash it's not good iam going to pvr why they giving good quality food now it's totally change they not giving proper reasons they giving back the cash this is not good customer service. After that iam feel very bad worst experience.

                        This is regarding PVR not allowing toilet to use.
                        Recently i bought a ticket for a movie and i reached 1 hourly.
                        I asked them to let me in to use toilet and they denied it.

                            I, Rakshita Bansal, Company Secretay would like to bring to your notice that I had booked three tickets for the movie 83 in Forum sujana mall, kukatpally on 24th December which was scheduled for 25th December at 2.40pm.
                            The mode of payment was via gpay. Also, I hadn’t received any confirmation mail or msg from the cinemas post payment.
                            On 25th December when I reached the booking counter, I was denied my bookings. And due to poor network in that mall I couldnt open my payment page and get my bookings verified.
                            On the basis of verbal communication with the manager, I was asked to show my transaction id after which he could take some action. Simultaneously, then and there i booked another set of three tickets for next show at 4.15 in pvr cinemas panjagutta, but faced the same issue there. My hereby total of Rs. 1387.16 is blocked.
                            So, im hereby attaching you the screenshot of my payment to pvrcinemas and would request you to initiate my refund and would suggest that pvr cinemas should be responsible enough to tackle the matter and if the problem is due to portal or gateway issues then it should certainly not take bookings online. I have personally wasted my time and money behind pvr cinemas. I would like if you look into the matter on the urgent basis and refund me my money.

                              I had booked tickets through gpay for the movie 83 through pvr app, but I haven’t received any confirmation mail or msg and this happened with me twice the very same day. My 1400 rupees is blocked and the seats were also not booked. I informed this to the respective pvr cinemas (kukatpally and panjagutta) but have not been provided any help. I request my money back. I have the gpay transactions screenshot. If you would like i can forward the same. I request immediate action.

                                We visited PVR cinemas oberoi mall goregaon east to watch Spiderman 7 am show. In the interval, we ordered for Large cheese popcorn and a regular pepsi! We made the payment via card! But we forgot mentioning a bottle of water! So paid via cash for the bottle of water! Later we took our order and went back to the movies! In few minutes, we realized we had forgotten to get the bottle of water along so went back and asked for the same! That’s immediately when they accused us of stealing the bottle earlier and asking for another bottle! This argument went about for 15 mins due to which we also missed our movies! And it didn’t end there, they came to our seats to check! Again losing on our more 10 mins of the movie! Told the manager to check the CCTV footage but they didn’t! Due to which we had to leave the movie and exit because the staff treated us as thieves! Paying huge amounts for the tickets plus FnB and all goes waste! Request you to look into this matter since it was highly disrespectful and intolerant!

                                    I went to watch a movie at PVR, Phoenix United mall, Bareilly. There I made an order of a large popcorn with two cold drink cans. I pa8d through the UPI and the ammount was deducted too but the vendor said that due to timeout this transaction is not successfull. I showed him the deduction from mu account to which he said you will recieve a refund. I didn't recieve the refund neither did I get the services I asked for. This is the pathetic service that PVR provided to me. I am attaching the screenshot of the receipt I received. Pls provide me the money that got deducted for the service that I never received.

                                      The seat selection page told the ticket price was 578. But I paid 742. The order confirmation also says the ticket price is 578 only. Even after adding GST and Convenience I shouldn't have paid more than 641. Please look into this ASAP

                                        I just bought 2 tickets on 24th dec 2021 at 2 pm of 3d spiderman no way home but after that i just had to cancel one of them.
                                        At first they just nodded and said we will do it and after that they just denied me .
                                        They promised but after movie show they just refused to give refund of one ticket.
