Hi on 24th December, 2021 I visited PVR Avani Mall, Kolkata. I purchased snacks amount 983 rs. and made the payment using Paytm.But the lady repeatedly said the payment was not made to the ovr account hence I have to pay the bill by cash and the amount will be refunded automatically to my account. I had no other choice to agree with her and paid the bill in cash, although I have the sms from bank and Paytm as well. I need my money back in my wallet.Please let me know the process

    I had watched a movie on 24 th of December in pvr directers cut, vasant kunj, 4:15 pm show .i shortly left after the movie finished and left my wallet on the seat . I returned to my seat within 5 mins and to my suprise my wallet was gone . I complained to the manager mr mukesh pathak and he wasnt very helpful in finding my wallet, and ultimately to my belief it was taken by a staff member because this has happened to me before also in other pvrs where my personal belonging where stolen by a fellow staff member and later retrieved from the staff room .

          I had booked two tickets to a movie last week, and i payed and the money got deducted from my account as well, but the tickets weren’t confirmed nor did i get a message about a refund, i keep trying to call the customer service but no one picks up, I’d like my refund asap please.

              Too much delay in comparison to the scheduled time

              Hi
              I came to watch Matrix ressurection movie at 6:20 PM on Dec 23 2021 at Park square Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore and never before have I seen so much delay in playing a movie.
              Firstly the previous movie went on till 6:30 PM then they took a lot of time to clean the hall and then it's 6:45 PM and still ads are going on, a movie that was scheduled for 6:20 PM started almost half an hour later.
              Horrible experience...

                I have booked 2 tickets for spiderman for 24th dec 1:55pm 4DX show at pvr pacific mall subhash nagar around 1:45 am on 23rd dec...I redeemed my amazon pvr gift coupon code worth rupees 1000 and paid the remaining amount 464.27 by UPI...but I didnt receive my tickets. The remaining amount of 464 was refunded but I cannot redeem my coupon again..as it is showing already used.
                Kindly solve this and refund my amount.

                    This incident was happened on 21th Dec 2021, 8:45PM.

                    I was carrying the colddrink bottle with sealed cap, and stopped me to carry inside.
                    Under the Cinema Regulation Act of 1955, there are no restrictions in letting a customer carry his own snack box or water bottles.

                    I can understand the people can bring alcohol in the bottle and drink, but my bottle was sealed cap.

                    I had argued many times on this.

                    This people want to sell there products with more cost, and selling the information, mobile numbers to other companies and we are getting suffered.

                      I had booked ticket from PVR Sahara, Gurugram booking counter and he gave me the barcode to pay. I scanned it and Paid the amount successfully after that counter boy said payment did not come to us because some RR receipts not generated. I explained to him a lot that payment is debited from my side after that he called his duty officer his name is DEEPAK he came and he assured me that we have such cases like this and he told me that you will get your refund in 2 business days. You have to make another payment for ticket.
                      I still waiting for my refund it’s almost been 21 days. They make fool everyday sir refund processed you will get today tomorrow.

                        I had visited PVR Vaishnavi sapphire mall, Bangalore recently where I had purchased some snacks and paid through Google pay scan at POS machine at one of the counter. But that person told the previous transaction was failed due to some network issue hence I had paid again using my debit card after they assuring the amount will be refunded. But till now I don't have any update from PVR regarding the refund.

                          Voucher for PVR Privilege Popcorn not received

                          I had enrolled for PVR privilege program on 21-Dec-2021 and in the T&C, it was mentioned that "Members will receive a voucher of Free Privilege Popcorn (Salted) on first transaction of INR.100 or greater, post enrolment".

                          I booked tickets using PVR website on 22-Dec-2021 and paid Rs.819.93, however I have still not received the voucher for popcorn and do not see the voucher in the Privilege section in the Profile. I have not...

                              Not providing prime plus ticket

                              Today I visited pvr cinemas latur, Maharashtra to book prime plus movie ticket . But the staff denied me to give tickets saying that those tickets are only for vip people. I don’t think that these are the terms and conditions of pvr cinemas. The way staff responded me was in very rude manner. Please help me regarding this....

                                I booked my tickets today for 21 December I was completing my booking and was about to complete the transaction then it showed that the session has been expired. So I thought that the booking was cancelled but then I received a message from the bank that the money was deducted but I didn’t receive any further details for the tickets.
                                I booked two seats for “spider man far from home” the total amount was about 1102.
                                Please help me with the details
