I booked 2 tickets for spiderman, tomorrow's show. The amount got deducted from my UPI but when I opened PVR app. It showed transaction failed. And redirected me to home page. Now I can't see any booking or anything except my google pay's transaction history where the amount got deducted successfully. Now I had to book again and pay again. But the previous amount never came back.

      My name is Kaushal Prajapati and I have booked 12 tickets for movie suryavanshi on 6 November for 1680 INR by visiting theater for the morning show of the movie on 7th November.i went theater after few days and they simply told me sir we can do nothing about it.I am sharing my number([protected]) and screenshot of sms which i received upon booking.please consider this genuine request and if you can't fulfill, stop making such schemes.looking forward for positive and quick response from you.thank you.

            I booked a ticket for Spiderman No way home from my laptop. Made the payment via. paytm and then the payment webpage redirected to a blank page, i checked my payment went through but my pvr account doesn’t mentions this transaction nor shows any tickets booked.

              Today I booked 3 tickets for the movie Spiderman No way home via PVR cinemas app for the date 18 December 2021. The money got deducted from my account but I didn't received any confirmation about those tickets. I am attaching the screenshot of payment. Please help

                    No Subtitles during entire movie(west side story)

                    By mistake 2 of my family members booked tickets for same movie on 2 different days
                    We want to cancel 1
                    No provision in Piccadilly square chandigarh Pvr
                    It was business class ticket

                      My name is mandar surve, me and my friend was visited on 3rd dec 2021 at pvr city mall Andheri to watch pandu cinema so, we have ordered 1qty chicken tikka fried and we had pay grom gpay with successfully transaction but pvr manager said still payment is not showing our machine but we have showing a proof of paid transaction they was denied so, we had again payment done from card for food which was extra payment . please help us for refund .

                        I booked 2 tickets for akhanda(telugu-2d) on december 7th 2021 for 6:20pm show. i completed the order through paytm it was successful but I didn't get any confirmation from pvr cinemas. I contacted paytm help they told transaction was successful, so they told me contact pvr cinemas. I went to pvr vega city, bannerghatta road. they can't do anything for online transactions.                         I have joined the PVR privilege program. Then booked tickets where the transaction amount is greater than 100. But I did not received the voucher of free large popcorn which was mentioned as a joining benefit of PVR privilege program.

                            Hi This Is Kondi Mallesham From Bhiwandi Padmanagar. Yesterday 02/12/2021 I went PVR Theater for watch Akhanda Telugu movie at 9:00pm Show At Bhiwandi PVR Branch Hassen Theater. Then, I went at ticket counter for take the movie tickets for family.

                            Due to Pandamic Situation they were not allowed us to watch the movie in theater. For only the reason behind is 2nd dose Vaccination not yet completed. What about 1st dose people.

                            And on that day so-many people came with family for watch the movie were booked by online tickets from mybook show app. But in that particular app in the terms n conditions were shotly mentioned for 2nd dose people only allowed. But the reason is that you guys means PVR must be update the app for second dose people only get the ticket by online system. Otherwise people are loosing their money from online ticket booking.

                            And PVR staff was absolutely Good and fine On there Places, with Manager And security to convince and communicated politely with us. But every time it was not happen to refund process. In this Pandamic situation.

                            And My request is that you must be provide offline tickets not online. Before they take the tickets you will ask and check the certificate of 2 dose then only provide the tickets.

                            Yesterday somany people were loosed their money🙏

                            I hope PVR must focus on my words. And Thank you take the immediately implement Regards customers

                              I recently watched sooryavanshi in PVR CINEMAS CHANDIGARH INDUSTRIAL AREA. I faulty paid double amount for the show and when i ended up talking to them, they are not refunding the money.

                                Yesterday at 9.50 am Morning show i went to the mall and booked my 2 tickets and payed using their QR code . But money was debited from my account but they didn't recieve it and told me that the money would be refunded the next day but till now i didn't recieve any refunds
