Today I have visited hyderabad PVR which is in Forum mall kukatpally.

I ordered chicken pizza while booking ticket

But I didn't get my food

Please refind my money

On 12th Dec 2021, I book a ticket online for the movie Suryavanshi for 13th Dec 1:55 showtime. Money got deducted but the ticket was not received.

It was the first time I had this experience through Pvr cinemas
I went on first show of West side story in forum mall Koramangala and really it was the worst experience as their were no subtitles and when asked the manager he said their are no subtitles for this but seriously in movie they were talking in their language so how do we understand and in main imax entrance their was a LCD screen where it was clearly showing ( running...

My name is mandar surve, me and my friend was visited on 3rd dec 2021 at pvr city mall Andheri to watch pandu cinema so, we have ordered 1qty chicken tikka fried and we had pay grom gpay with successfully transaction but pvr manager said still payment is not showing our machine but we have showing a proof of paid transaction they was denied so, we had again payment done from card for food which was extra payment . please help us for refund .

I booked 2 tickets for akhanda(telugu-2d) on december 7th 2021 for 6:20pm show. i completed the order through paytm it was successful but I didn't get any confirmation from pvr cinemas. I contacted paytm help they told transaction was successful, so they told me contact pvr cinemas. I went to pvr vega city, bannerghatta road. they can't do anything for online transactions. This is to bring to your notice how cinemas, hospitals and several other private establishments across Chennai city have been levying hefty parking charges despite several supreme/state court directions in the past prohibiting the same. I have joined the PVR privilege program. Then booked tickets where the transaction amount is greater than 100. But I did not received the voucher of free large popcorn which was mentioned as a joining benefit of PVR privilege program.

Can you please check why the voucher was not provided and do the needful.

Hi This Is Kondi Mallesham From Bhiwandi Padmanagar. Yesterday 02/12/2021 I went PVR Theater for watch Akhanda Telugu movie at 9:00pm Show At Bhiwandi PVR Branch Hassen Theater. Then, I went at ticket counter for take the movie tickets for family.

Due to Pandamic Situation they were not allowed us to watch the movie in theater. For only the reason behind is 2nd dose Vaccination not yet completed. What about 1st dose people.

And on that day so-many people came with family for watch the movie were booked by online tickets from mybook show app. But in that particular app in the terms n conditions were shotly mentioned for 2nd dose people only allowed. But the reason is that you guys means PVR must be update the app for second dose people only get the ticket by online system. Otherwise people are loosing their money from online ticket booking.

And PVR staff was absolutely Good and fine On there Places, with Manager And security to convince and communicated politely with us. But every time it was not happen to refund process. In this Pandamic situation.

And My request is that you must be provide offline tickets not online. Before they take the tickets you will ask and check the certificate of 2 dose then only provide the tickets.

Yesterday somany people were loosed their money🙏

I hope PVR must focus on my words. And Thank you take the immediately implement Regards customers

I recently watched sooryavanshi in PVR CINEMAS CHANDIGARH INDUSTRIAL AREA. I faulty paid double amount for the show and when i ended up talking to them, they are not refunding the money.
Kindly take action towards this matter.

Yesterday at 9.50 am Morning show i went to the mall and booked my 2 tickets and payed using their QR code . But money was debited from my account but they didn't recieve it and told me that the money would be refunded the next day but till now i didn't recieve any refunds

Due to natural circumstances ( heavy rain due to cyclone Jawad in mumbai ) couldn't be able to travel to watch movie . In this situation which is not under our control - want refund and cancellation of my ticket.

I booked a Tickets of PVR Cinemas, Panvel in Orion mall on 29/11/2021 show of 2 pm of antim overall 2 tickets (Rs 250 each) of Rs 500 of Invoice no 0014203 in Screen 3 Seat no L3 and L1
In interveal i went for some snacks where i purchased popcorn for rs 380 of which i provide Invoice No: 0014313 for which i paid Rs 500 and only Rs 20 change was given to me as they said they are short of change and change will be provided at my seat in meanwhile, They asked my seat number and mobile number for which i provided the same and i was not provided with my change.

I bought a ticket to watch a movie at PVR cinemas in Select City Walk, New Delhi. The show time was 4:45PM but till 5:10PM they continued to show advertisements. As a customer, I expect them to start their show on the promised time. They cannot make money using the customer's time violating the terms of my purchase of ticket wherein I expect the show to start on the promised time.

So we went to watch venom:let there be carnage on Thursday[protected] in PVR Infiniti Malad. So we bought 2 tickets and paid through Google pay by my friend's account but there was some issue and we did not got the ticket and then I paid through my account but the ticket came on my friend's number, inshort we payed double the price . They told that we'll get refund soon within 7 days.
