Hi,
I booked today 2 tickets for the movie MAANADU via PVR cinemas app for the date 30 November 2021. The money got deducted from my account. Kindly help me with issue. I am attaching the screenshot of payment. Kindly refund my money.

          I booked a Tickets of PVR Cinemas, Panvel in Orion mall on 29/11/2021 show of 2 pm of antim overall 2 tickets (Rs 250 each) of Rs 500 of Invoice no 0014203 in Screen 3 Seat no L3 and L1
          In interveal i went for some snacks where i purchased popcorn for rs 380 of which i provide Invoice No: 0014313 for which i paid Rs 500 and only Rs 20 change was given to me as they said they are short of change and change will be provided at my seat in meanwhile, They asked my seat number and mobile number for which i provided the same and i was not provided with my change.

            I bought a ticket to watch a movie at PVR cinemas in Select City Walk, New Delhi. The show time was 4:45PM but till 5:10PM they continued to show advertisements. As a customer, I expect them to start their show on the promised time. They cannot make money using the customer's time violating the terms of my purchase of ticket wherein I expect the show to start on the promised time.

              So we went to watch venom:let there be carnage on Thursday[protected] in PVR Infiniti Malad. So we bought 2 tickets and paid through Google pay by my friend's account but there was some issue and we did not got the ticket and then I paid through my account but the ticket came on my friend's number, inshort we payed double the price . They told that we'll get refund soon within 7 days.

                I am enrolled in PVR Privilege/Loyal Programm. I purchased my 1st ticket after enrollment on November 20, 2021. As per the offer, I was supposed to receive a Free Popcorn voucher. But I didn't receive No such Voucher. I raised the complaint few tyms to their official email id and customer service as well. But they are of No help. It's been 7 days now, but there is No revert. It's a shame that such a Big company is promoting Fake Advertisement.

                I am raising the complain here so that resolution can be resolved. If any other information is required for the issue to get resolved, pls let me know.

                  I went to PVR hall many times but refused to deposit helmet and bag in PVR hall and hey pls resolve with all the customers.

                    Many time I go in pvr south x mall kanpur kidwai nagar but yesterday I watching Satyameva Jayate 2 but ticket counter lady told sir bottle and snacks not allowed but Act Uttar Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955 not showing . Plz resolve the problem..

                          They are charging x6 times price for a coke of 250 ml... The price is Rs 250/-...How can a normal people go and take a drink...This is absolutely ridiculous about food charges they are charging...Govt should take serious on this

                            I made an online booking via the PVR Cinemas app on November 21, 2021, for fufadji movie on 21 nov 2021 at 7:30pm show at pvr vr punjab and the payment was withdrawn from my account for Rs. 559.52/-, but the app did not finish the transaction - it stated that the transaction failed after taking the payment. The booking is also not visible in my account on their app.

                            I tried calling their customer care number for a refund, but received no response.

                              Its not a compliant, its a favour that i am asking about my lost phone. I watched a movie Ghostbusters afterlife on 19th nov on Pvr acropolis Ahmedabad at 7:15 pm show Audi 5 . I’m not sure but maybe I lost at the movie theatre, i think it fell down from my pocket, unfortunately i checked after 12:00 am its not switched off so could please check on morning and ask your staff to check it, it would be a great favour for me, I need it could you please convey to your staff i will come on early morning.

                                I have booked a ticket to watch Ghostbusters after life on 19th November for 1:50 PM afternoon show. I have travelled all the way from Amberpet to malakpet. After I reached to the movie theater, the management simply said that the show has been cancelled. I wasn't notified nor communicated that show has been cancelled. This caused a total waste of my time and money. Disgusting experience from PVR cinemas treating their customer in this way.

To my surprise they forced me to buy food combo with movie tickets and even said that they will not sell movie ticket without combo. This is harrasment as they are forcing customers to buy food combo against their will. Moreover staff is not cooperative. Please look into matter...
