The day was 31st Oct, Sun at PVR Citi Mall, I booked 1 ticket for the Venom show and first tried to pay through a gift voucher which the staff was too dumb to know how to use it! And then she asked me to pay for it so I did a UPI transaction to-- MH14 PVR CITI MALL ANDHERI MUMBAI 230743:
mab.[protected]@axisbank for 270 Rupees and the UPI Transaction ID is[protected], but again the lady at the counter told that she did not get it after that as there was no option she said I will get a refund of that and pay through other mode for now, so I gave her a debit card, also the time she took for all this mess was too irritating and not appreciated. After the payment through the card I got the ticket, that too had some issues and the lady was not able to give me a ticket she was so dumb. After that I spoke with some senior who asked me to attend the show and not to worry about the money as I will get it back. No sign of the refund till today's date!!! And as I had such a bad experience at PVR, which never occurred in the past. I would really appreciate if this platform will help me get the money back and also make PVR compensate me for the movie cause of such bad skills of the counter lady, if she had known how to use a gift card none of this would have occurred, she also wrote my name and number for further process. Also I have attached a picture of the ticket which was clicked by my phone cause the lady could not print one!!!
Hope that the ICCF will look into this matter at the earliest and I'm looking forward for a reply from your side.
PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have booked 2 Tickets for RRR. Money has been debited from my account but did not receive any ticket..Kindly refund my money back or get me in touch with customer care representative
