I paid the amount to PVR on PVR app but I didn't get the seats

The day was 31st Oct, Sun at PVR Citi Mall, I booked 1 ticket for the Venom show and first tried to pay through a gift voucher which the staff was too dumb to know how to use it! And then she asked me to pay for it so I did a UPI transaction to-- MH14 PVR CITI MALL ANDHERI MUMBAI 230743:
mab.[protected]@axisbank for 270 Rupees and the UPI Transaction ID is[protected], but again the lady at the counter told that she did not get it after that as there was no option she said I will get a refund of that and pay through other mode for now, so I gave her a debit card, also the time she took for all this mess was too irritating and not appreciated. After the payment through the card I got the ticket, that too had some issues and the lady was not able to give me a ticket she was so dumb. After that I spoke with some senior who asked me to attend the show and not to worry about the money as I will get it back. No sign of the refund till today's date!!! And as I had such a bad experience at PVR, which never occurred in the past. I would really appreciate if this platform will help me get the money back and also make PVR compensate me for the movie cause of such bad skills of the counter lady, if she had known how to use a gift card none of this would have occurred, she also wrote my name and number for further process. Also I have attached a picture of the ticket which was clicked by my phone cause the lady could not print one!!!
Hope that the ICCF will look into this matter at the earliest and I'm looking forward for a reply from your side.

I'm Advait ramdasi from kolhapur. I have booked 6 tickets for the ind vs pak screening and 2 tickets for venom: let there be carnage.
As a pvr privilege member, i didn't receive any points for my last two bookings. As a privilege member I haven’t received any points. My privilege account is on [protected] number. Please help me with this.

In the middle of the movie 2 staff member came to our seats and said you didn’t Pay full amount of your tickets but we already paid for our ticket yesterday we booked our tickets 1 day before the show and staff members are accusing us for not paying full amount and kept saying about CCTV footage that they have privacy policy to not show customers the footage and respected manager threatening to file a complaint against us so this Is how you treat your customers? They literally treated us as a criminal or something after movie finished there were 5 staff members waiting for us they led us to the lady manager and that lady manager called her supervisor and he said he will take legal action against us I paid my whole amount I kept saying about check your CCTV footage first but they kept saying you are sure you paid all amount I have a receipt of my ticket with me and let’s imagine I paid half of the money they how they gave me all of my tickets in that half of the amount is this really possible? I really disappointed after all these years I never felt that embraced in my life!

I lost my wallet in Audi 3 (J13, J14) seat number. It was brown in colour with one debit card. I had my addhar card & licence in there and 4500 approx cash. Its medium brown color wallet.

I also tried requesting the manager the next day when I came to know my wallet is lost but I got a very bad response and I am very disappointed with it.

As I try to book 1 ticket on 8/11/2021 and I try to redeem my 50 rs vocher but my transaction got failed and my vocher got redeemed and current vocher status is vanished.

So help me to get back the vocher

I've visited PVR Cinema Udaipur on Nov 07, 2021. In the intermission, my kids went to purchase Nachos and Popcorns, but they added a cold drink as well to the bill and did not hand over the same to kids. ( although they never requested the cold drink).

I went on a movie on 5/11/2021 in the Pvr cinema in city centre guwahati and I brought food items worth Rs.1258 and at first I tried paying in the upi payment they told me that the payment didn't went through then I tried again then the same way then again the amount the deducted but didn't went throught. Then I wanted to meet the manager he told me the amount will be credited in two days but yet the amount is still not credited and I lost Rs.2516 without no fault of mine .

I purchased a PVR GiFT card from PVR Cosmo Mall, Zirakpur. I was told that I will receive a message for the purchase of card and the tickets with the login details. I haven't received any such message and am not able to book the tickets using this gift card.

I Amit Ranjan I was purchased 3 classic tickets from pvr ranchi counter, miss priyanka kumari is your representative at counter she miss guide us, give wrong information about seat abilities we are 3 persons, she allotted in different seat and I done want to buy popcorn 🍿but she forced for buying this.
Therefore I request to you please take necessary action against her son that she can't repeat the same.

Water cans are hidden in theatres to insist customers to buy water bottles in sales counter. Food counter service was too slow to serve customers. In 15 to 20 minutes one staff was attending only 4 persons in interval time.
PVR always do not care about people time management. PVR doesn't even consider to respect people.

Today 2 ticket booking time transaction failed and balance deducated rs499.52

I was watching the eternals show today from 3:30 pm, 5th November 2021. I had my left EarPods on my ear then suddenly i see that it is missing. If you could try to find it, it would be very helpful. I will be much thankful and blessed

Why? In hindi movie is released everywhere only in Hubli pvr cinemas it is not released please I request you to release the movie in hindi or please reply back

Movie show 10:20 doors not open till 10:22 public having no social distance outside screen 2 ...very poor... During such pandemic times..

I can't find a feature to cancel my pvr ticket.

I booked a ticket on 3rd Nov 2021 through PVR cinemas Android app but I don't find a way to cancel my ticket in pvr app or pvr website as per google suggestions.

I made an online booking via the PVR Cinemas app on November 3rd, 2020, and the payment was withdrawn from my account for Rs. 477.72/-, but the app did not finish the transaction - it stated that the transaction failed after taking the payment. The booking is also not visible in my account on their website.

I tried calling their customer care number ([protected]) for a refund, but received no response....

Kindly check and reverse the payment for 3times tried to book last stage transaction failed message from your site but cash paid not yet returned.
