PVR cinemas Pallazio Mall Lucknow

I left my left hand leather gloves on the seat while watching the movie.
Please help me find them

    I was watching the eternals show today from 3:30 pm, 5th November 2021. I had my left EarPods on my ear then suddenly i see that it is missing. If you could try to find it, it would be very helpful. I will be much thankful and blessed

      Hello I m krishna from Hubli in Hubli pvr cinemas eternals movie is released only in English in hindi it is not released
      Why? In hindi movie is released everywhere only in Hubli pvr cinemas it is not released please I request you to release the movie in hindi or please reply back

          I can't find a feature to cancel my pvr ticket.

          I booked a ticket on 3rd Nov 2021 through PVR cinemas Android app but I don't find a way to cancel my ticket in pvr app or pvr website as per google suggestions.

            Online booking transaction failed but money got deducted.

            I made an online booking via the PVR Cinemas app on November 3rd, 2020, and the payment was withdrawn from my account for Rs. 477.72/-, but the app did not finish the transaction - it stated that the transaction failed after taking the payment. The booking is also not visible in my account on their website.

            I tried calling their customer care number ([protected]) for a refund, but received no response....

            Hi PVR team,

            Kindly check and reverse the payment for 3times tried to book last stage transaction failed message from your site but cash paid not yet returned.

            Movie : Annaatthe
            Theatre : Ampa mall, Nelson manickam road, Chennai,
            Date of booking : 2nd Nov
            Movie date : 6th November

            Tried 2 times failed in credit card
            Tried 1 time failed in net banking

            Finally booked with other card same row and number 5 tickets
            Failed all three times same row and seat numbers.
            PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Any update pls
            Still not get any response from PVR

              This complaint is from your one of your privilege customer, yesterday Nov 02 I tried to book annathe movie tickets using pvr app in pvr grand gallada pallavaram for Sunday Nov 07 11 35 pm show after selecting seats it went through payment page after successful payment your app shows like tickets booking are cancelled and you taken my amount and I raised complaint about this you didn't responded to that also.

              Please I will attach my transaction photo also resolve the issue and process me the refund soon.

                I tried to book annathe movie tickets in pvr app but after the transaction pvr get my money and didn't gave me a tickets and I waited for my money till now I didn't receive my money also. I am privilege customer but you doing like this to your customer this kind of problems damaging your reputation all I saw many complaints regarding this, I attached the transaction success image also verify and process refund asap.

                  Kindly note, My Name is Kishore Kumar R located at Chennai. I have tried to book ANNAATHE Movie ticket today[protected] @ 6.17PM for movie schedule on 05th Nov 10PM @ S2 - Perambur, but due to technical error in PVR Portal ticket was not booked but the payment got debited at my account for Rs.1, 733.92. This is not yet credited to my account as of now.

                    I tried to book annathe movie tickets for Sunday Nov 7 at pvr cinemas grand gallada pallavaram and after the money sent successfully from upi the tickets got cancelled I tried for 2 time and 2 times also the tickets got cancelled after successful transaction. Now i got refund for first transaction and I waited 1 hour I did not get refund or ticket booking confirmation for 2nd transaction.

                    Attached the statement of transaction
                    It will show you clearly the first 2 transaction i paid for tickets through pvr app but 2 time it cancelled after successful transaction and i got refund only one time.

                          Mount has been deducted from my account but ticket not generated. I booked ticket for ANNATHE movie in Palazzo cinemas but in the payment page after giving the OTP I received "something went wrong" message and my page went down but amount has been deducted from my account.

                          Please help me to get the refund for the amount.

                              Booking no WPL6PS9, Your show at Phoenix Kurla @10am yesterday ( Shang –Chi) had a multiple downtime due to technical issues. You guys ruined my Sunday with bad experience. My kid was so excited to watch the movie but due to multiple downtime, he lost his interest too.. I have never experience sometime like this before from a brand like PVR. Extremely dissatisfactory experience

                                Went to PVR Kurla Mumbai for watching kannada movie KOTOGOBBA3 at 04:15 show.

                                My money of Rs 780/-(for 3 tickets) which got deducted during the UPI payment on last Sunday for 04:15 show and was not displaying on your system.As per your team advice tickets was purchased again by paying through debit card of Rs 780 as your team Mr.Avinash Mr.Ripanshu said it (UPI amount)will get revert back and asked to callback after 3 working days . Money did not reversed .kindly check and do the needful.

                                    This is sony I was booked 3 Tickets Movie Nenu leni na prema katha on 10th October of this month Booking I'd CYBE[protected]

                                    I was not cancelled the movie
                                    The movie was cancelled By PVR team

                                    They Said to me movie was cancelled money will refund in your A/C within 24 hr s till now I did not get any refund
                                    Even they didn't respond my calls and messages

                                    Please slove my issue as early possible
