I had booked a movie tickets on 23 sep 2021 movie date is 25th sep, But am not arrange the time on that day, so I was cancelled the tickets and showing on yours application refunded amount rupees 570 will refund in 7 working days. But till now I have not received my amount.

Kindly do needful and please refund my amount ASAP.

On Wednesday i visited mbd neopolies pvr cinemas jalandhar and i asked for 1 ticket and they forcefully giving combo packs with ticket which cost extra 125 rupees whuch is totally fooling people and looting them

Iam yours customer since long time but first time i face one thing today i was gone for a movie .And ticket counter girl taking the order or the ticke .Rs 300 but she added food voucher rs 250.I suddenly ask for this addon she reply me. If you want to take this ticket you have to pay extra money for food voucher but i dont get the food during movie . Ithink pvr/girl cheats me. At that time and in future i dont recommended to anybody to go pvr cinema .

I have ordered food from pvr app today at pvr cinema mbd jalandhar money was deducted and order was processed but after few times no one delivered my food and when I got to go to counter and they said yours food is not showing us that u have ordered i have shown screenshot of money deduction and food order but they didn’t given me

I Karan verma went to watch a movie on 29/9/21 at PVR PIYUSH MAHENDRA MALL FARIDABAD. Timings of show is 16:10 . Where i came to know the price of ticket is ₹99 but the executive at booking counter told me you can’t buy it at ₹ 99 you have to buy a voucher of ₹100 which you can redeem for food with this it’s Mandatory to buy with tickets .I left with no option and later on i was surprised that there was no interval during the show then i walked out from the running movie and told the person at pvr food counter how can i use this voucher if there is no interval . Later on they called and after 10/15 min the show stopped in between for interval. It was so bad experience to face all this Firstly they said the voucher is mandatory to buy with all tickets and later on no interval .
I am also attaching video of such a pause for interval during a running show after requesting them .

I got a phone no. From one of your employee and asked for an help to book a whole private screen she told she will call or message back but doesnt even responce with yes or no...she simply seeing my message and not replying very worst behaviour...kindly make an note of it...

Have tried umpteen number of times of times to book for tickets today but everytime getting a message "bad transaction". They know Sundays are crowded, and a high demand for movies are there. Why didn't they offer multiple shows instead of blocking the show for only screen. This is very inconvenient because everyone will book tickets at same time for the same show. If multiple shows on Sunday's are arranged, people can book at their leisure.
Every other person is booking tickets but me.
Very bad planning of shows especially on Sundays.

I go to PVR Pathankot and i booked ticket for 4 persons after ticket booking i go to baggage section and they deiny to accept it because there is a laptop in it and my whole ticket money is wasted and your manager present their with name neeraj didnt have the atticated to how to treat the customer even tell us whats the solution he start arguing with us nothing happen with ur tickets its wasted and tell go with ur things.
Never ever happen with me this in any cenima i carry laptop with me but this never happen
And i travel from 30 km to see the movie and all basted

Such incompetent staff, long line at the counter, no CHESSE popcorn available when it was clearly showing that it is available on Book my show. If book my show is a third party then you should cancel it there as well, as not everyone will book tickets on your pvr website. Such disappointment being such a big brand.

The ticket price for the movie amounted to Rs.180( For 3) but they say that it comes with a combo offer for which we had to pay Rs.200 additionally for 3 packets of popcorn. I cant understand how the popcorn home making packets are costlier than the tickets.
It is also unbelievable that why do I need to pay the same if i dont require it.
How can I be forced to get it....

Hi I’ve just bought your dive water bottle sold at PVR kukatpally, forum sujana mall.
The bottle says mineral water but it’s just normal tap water . What the hell do I need to pay 50 Rs for a normal tap water.
Do not disappoint your customers.

Today on 19th september 2021, i've just visited the pvr cinemas for tickets of afternoon show of movie(sang-chi).
Everything was good but the moment i decided to booked the tickets the receptionist asked me to give 480rs for 2 tickets but the actuals costs was 140rs/person.
But when i asked her why that much amount she said that you will get canteen benifits in this and get 300rs of food from pvr canteen but i didn't remember telling her to add these stuffs.
How can she addon these stuffs without my permission isn't it customer voilence. If someone was not educated as me they would have fallen under her trap. FYI-it was the pvr cinemas in cinemall at KOTA, Rajasthan. Even my friend have almost fallen under her trap until i saw the tickets prices on the mobile app.
I Dont know weather or not this message will reach to the customer support of pvr but its my right to speak against the unfair practices that has been done in the pvr form god knows how much time.

I was showing i could recieve 50 Pvr privelege points on booking tickets with pvr app, after the theatres reopened in Gurgaon. But after booking no privelege points were credited to my account. That's not fair what you guys are promising just to increase traffic on your app. I need those 50 PVR points in my account which i was promised

I tHink one worker in the theatre had taken that but he refused to give me

The food experience was the worst with unprofessional staff .. not knowing about their stock
Food items were displayed but majority of things were not available .
If we are watching a movie make sure to stock all the items as per requirements . They are taking so high money but Food facilities are not available

I think this is against customer choice to give them food vaucher even if they dont want and adding that price to ticket .i had my worst customer experience .there is no customer choice asked to remove vaucher from ticket but agent went on saying its compulsary .As if there is no choice for me .So much embarrassing and humailating it is .like we need to argue for our own money .I didnt check what she was booking and when she completed she just told that it has a 300 rs vaucher included .I was like i didnt ask for it and even i am not here to eat . Forced upsell .worst experience never gona visit PVR again in my lifePVR (jalandhar)

Today, i watched shang chi movie in PVR cinemas at treasure island, indore.
It's a very terrible experience. In first half of movie get blurred. Cut some part of movie for interval. I think it is the worst experience of mine at pvr.

They had taken my 600 rupees through paytm and did not given tickets to us and saying your successful payment of paytm will come back after a week

Amount was debited but confirmation was not received. When do i get a refund? How long would it take?

I am coming for watching movies in pvr dimand plaza jessore road kolkata, when i ask for ticket in counter the counter staff has asked Rs 70 extra for ticket. When t asked him that why you are asking extra Rupees then he replied me that popcorn is mandatory with ticket. I request him to provide ticket only then he refused. He advice me to book ticket online but he is not ready to give ticket. my Rs 70 is going totally wasted.
So i request you please resolve my issue for return back my Rs 70.
