    The food experience was the worst with unprofessional staff .. not knowing about their stock
    Food items were displayed but majority of things were not available .
    If we are watching a movie make sure to stock all the items as per requirements . They are taking so high money but Food facilities are not available

      I think this is against customer choice to give them food vaucher even if they dont want and adding that price to ticket .i had my worst customer experience .there is no customer choice asked to remove vaucher from ticket but agent went on saying its compulsary .As if there is no choice for me .So much embarrassing and humailating it is .like we need to argue for our own money .I didnt check what she was booking and when she completed she just told that it has a 300 rs vaucher included .I was like i didnt ask for it and even i am not here to eat . Forced upsell .worst experience never gona visit PVR again in my lifePVR (jalandhar)

        Today, i watched shang chi movie in PVR cinemas at treasure island, indore.
        It's a very terrible experience. In first half of movie get blurred. Cut some part of movie for interval. I think it is the worst experience of mine at pvr.

              I am coming for watching movies in pvr dimand plaza jessore road kolkata, when i ask for ticket in counter the counter staff has asked Rs 70 extra for ticket. When t asked him that why you are asking extra Rupees then he replied me that popcorn is mandatory with ticket. I request him to provide ticket only then he refused. He advice me to book ticket online but he is not ready to give ticket. my Rs 70 is going totally wasted.
              So i request you please resolve my issue for return back my Rs 70.

                Had ordered for 2 plates of Mixed Chaat.

                Was served tasteless 95% Aloo as mixed chaat

                Did not expect such poor quality and cheating tendency from a reputed food court at PVR cinemas on 5th floor, Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, Kolkata

                  I'm currently watching The Conjuring part 3 at Elante mall Chandigarh (in 4dx). I'm not able to see anything due to pathetic screen quality. Its super dull I'm sharing a photograph to make it more clear. I wasted my money on you guys.

                            Yesturday i have went to watch the movie at PVR Near mushrambag, malakpet, in interval i have gone to order and i have scanned the QR code and i have done the payment at same time there is a recpt coming from etc machine is timed out, and from my end the amount has been deducted and pain successfully . I have raised a complain at paytm support they gave the confirmation that i have paid succusfully no problem and now i am rasing a complain regarding refund and even i have done gpay to manager also

                                    I had booked two tickets on Sunday (04.04.2021) through online .

                                    show time 6:30pm at PVR VEGAS Dwarka sector 14, Movie name ONE .
                                    Once i reached PVR they are not received any order confirmation, i also not received any ticket details from PVR regarding this, But cash around 400 had debited from my account . I have shown my cash debited message also they not accepted .

                                        Hlo pvr i m going to watch a movie in pvr khanna on 3/4/2021 they force me to buy a combo with ticket & then they banned me to enter threater without mask i ask to give me a mask that writen on board by pvr franchise but they said don't have a stock of mask
