Dear sir,
I went the movie oh my kadavuley with my wife and my kid at galaxy mall redhills on 26.02.2020.

My seat number l8, l9 screen audi 3

Next to my seats full of boys they all drunked and they used some tobacco also inside the screen. Its very irritation that smell like my wife getting vomit also.

I informed the situation to the executive but they wont react anything for that...

Quality of the food provided at pvr was 3rd, that to at 4 star hotel rates.
So, i got kfc popcorn from besides kfc store. But, the kfc popcorn were seized at the entry, they kept them at the entry gate only. According to act 1995, it is cheating with customer as well as with nation. I request you to take sudden action against the pvr outlet at pvr panvel.

I have lost my vivo s1 handset in pvr phoenix market city, bangalore on 17th feb 2020 during tanhaji show, at 4:25pm, audi 5. I was the last person to leave the theater and came back after realizing that i left the mobile on seat number l10, and saw cleaning staff and guards were on duty to make the theater ready for next show. I strongly believe that cleaning staff or guards have stolen my mobile....

I was a previleged member of pvr and i was eligible for large popcorn, officer named ranjith in vr mall, anna nagar, chennai behaved in a very rude way. He redemmed our voucher without our knowledge and never gave a popcorn. I have been a happy customer of pvr for years, but today this officer behaviour made us very upset. High prices on snacks counter, in pvr cinemas, red hills near chennai.
As a middle class person, one cannot afford 170rs for one pepsi (500ml) where as the movie ticket price is 150. They are making us to eat junk food by not allowing home food to theaters. Highly dissatisfied with pvr cinemas. To buy pop corn and pepsi it costs around 400+. This should be reduced....

I tried booking two tickets for shubh mangal zyaada saavdhan (For 22 feb, 3 45 pm show at pvr chanakyapuri). Mode of payment was by google pay and ₹934 got debited from my bank account. However, no booking for the same is displayed on the pvr app and i haven't received email confirmation or mobile message either. I tried contacting pvr customer care through all the numbers i could find on the internet but i didn't get any response....

Is it mandatory in pvr to purchase a combo with every ticket? I am from kota and i went to pvr to buy a movie ticket so they told me that you will have to take a combo or we will not give you the ticket, it is mandatory. So i want to know that is it really mandatory to buy a combo with pvr ticket? I don't need to buy any combo if i purchase ticket from online merchants like paytm, bookmyshow etc. I just want to know that is it really mandatory...

In pvr the snacks cost is too high and i don’t even understand how they actually charge so much. Do you think it’s a 3 or 5 star hotels? Do you pvr rely on common men hard earned money? What if common people just ban cinemas for charging so much? What if we start a hashtag #banpvr? And actually avoid going to pvr? Can someone help us in reducing the cost? Or pvr monopoly wins?...

This incident happened 3 times. as per PVR we get buy one get one offer with Kotak debit card. I tried booking the tickets but each time the money gets deducted and no tickets are issued. then i have to call them for refund for days.
When I Call them, they say that issue has been resolved but have not received any refund back. This week they did the same. I booked the tickets online from 2 different cards and both of them failed, money...

Pvr provides a special kind of theater called 'playhouse' meant for kids to watch movies, and mostly plays 'children's movies'. Designed for kids, this theater contains a slide will balls stretching across the entire aisle, and the light doesn't go off during movies.

I personally try and avoid booking tickets in a playhouse, cause the lights are kept on which diminishes the experience of theater. Unfortunately, 'dr doolittle'...

At the box office counter the ticket issuer charged extra 100rs for food coupon and said that it was mandatory and not optional. This is unacceptable. Either the ticket issuer fooled me or you have to change the way you sell your tickets. Online charges itself cost extra so people come to box office counters to save some buck. Future repetition of such behaviour will make you loose customers....

I couldn't find phone number of the pvr cinemas mentioned above so raising complaint for the same.

Sriganganagar pvr branch don't credited 15days salary from 3month they give fake hopes.. I told hr staff many time but they ignore me... I am esp anand bagoria... If my salary is not credited with in 5 days.. I take a legal action against pvr... The pvr is not working properly in sriganganagar.. They don't focus on their employees salary... Poor pvr and the time pvr take for credit 4000 rs salary about 3month.. Give my resigne on 15 oct but...

We booked tickets for tanhaji for 8 feb 2020 in pvr pimpri (Audi 4 q 9, 10, 11, 12) we had kid of 5 year old so we prepared popcorn at home and bought them with us but pvr management didn't allowed us to bring it inside even when our kid was hungry.

We even showed then news explaining outside food is allowed in multiplex but they prepared their own flex which says outside food now allowed.

I booked online tickets on 8.2.2020 for 4 tickets with amount rs 787.76 and the money had deducted from my account but no seats were booked. At first since i did not get the qr scan i look at the same seats as if it was booked or not but for a few minutes it looked liks ot already has been booked. After i checked again as minutes past the seats were then marked as not booked. I want my money to be credited back to my account...

Sir, would you please have a look on the rates being provided in intervals of movies. It might be affordable to you because you have money to flow, but much people don't have so should they stop watching movies or should they be left hungry, everything is fine but in limits, popcorn, samosa, business is good but not that which becomes loss for others, just visit your cinemas once, only sealed snacks are to be sold inside cinemas, still you...

I visited on 03.02.2020 to pvr cinema nashik college road, for tanaji movie 3d at 10.30 pm show.in the interval i took samosa where in it had plastic in it, i would like to request to the pvr authorities to look in the matter as it is about anyone's health. This was also brought to the notice of the duty manager incharge mr. Swekar hiwal at that time and a written complaint is also registed....
