I have about to book a ticket i checked before my g ift card showing my balance 1000 and when i trying to book the ticket it got zero balance. I have not used the amount please give my amount back so that i can book my tickets

    I have directly booked 1 ticket for movie in counter(attached it's screen shot), but some groups of people came and showed ticket with same seat no, when I asked in counter, they said it was mistakenly booked for them for other timing for that group.but insted of convincing that group, theater persons asked me change my seat

    I went out and cancelled the ticket

    How can I complaint againt them, I am trusted too.

        I have complaining against pvr pheonix mall Bareilly staff's against that they are not trained and their lack of knowledge reason I am embarrassing infront of many people and feeling culprit without any mistake from our side. Lack of knowledge staff reason I am felt very embarrassing in a public place. I have sufficient proof that pvr Bareilly staff big lack of knowledge reason I am disappointed and felt very embarrassing. I want take strict action to all staff as well as pvr management who hire lack of knowledge staff and these negligence and lack of knowledge reason customer feel very embarrassing. I want strict action and confirm what action taken by pvr management to all culprits.

          HI
          on 7th Feb i payed monster hunter ticket by Google pay in Mangalore Forum evening show. Amount got deducted but ticket did not reflect in PVR application. when i enqired with PVR employee they told amount will be refunded within 7 working days.Till now i have not got refund . Please check . They gave 2 employee number both not responding Vinith [protected] and Chandra Sheaker [protected].

            Hi Sir/Madam, please look into this. Theatres in Hyderabad increased tickets prices like anything. PVR normal price is 138rs it's increased to 200rs. Not only PVR other multiplex theaters like Carnival, Asian Gpr, inox etc., And other local theatres increased 50rs on each ticket. Also food prices are too high in theaters in PVR and other big multiplex malls. Please look into this and try to take severe action on them. #LootingPublicMoney

              Todat, on 12/02/2021 when I was booking tickets for UPPENA TELUGU, PVR PHEONIX MARKETCITY I Applied my gift card no. - [protected] of 250/- and its pin but due to some technical reasons my transaction failed, after that when I again tried to book tickets and followed the same procedure your website showed that the card has zero balance. I also checked the card's balance in you gift card section there also its showing zero balance, so how can it have a zero balance when my transaction was not even completed. Also, there was no notification from Pvr on either my mobile or my Email about the following transaction.                 Dear Team, I've booked 2 Tickets for Tamil Movie Master on 27/01/2021 via Ticketnew App in PVR PXL Screen VR Mall chennai Annanagar. Show Date 28/01/2021 Time 07:00 AM. I was called & informed that the Show is canceled & my amount will be refunded. But till date the amount is not refunded to my Account. Whenever I call it is being confirmed that the refund is initiated from PVR's. I'm not provided with proper resolution. Further the team is not aware of the status of refund beyond this point. Awaiting for prompt response & resolution on this issue.

                    I had contacted the customer care executive of pvr cinemas and asked them the screen dimensions of pvr cinemas mg road vijayawada screen 1 and they are trying to skip the question by stating that it's against the terms and conditions. As a customer don't I have the right to know the dimensions of the screen before booking a ticket. Don't I have the right to know whether the specific screen matches my requirement or not? I must be watching the same screen for 3 hours but they are neglecting to answer my question.

                      James here I have visited to PVR today no guest associates, or duty manager, no good staff and no discipline how to behave with guest and no service for Audi we are going to order many times. In that wt we ordered even it's available . They are not providing . They making scam in food and no good response by duty manager or cinema manager even after we explaining the complainant. And no good service and I am really sad about this. I didn't enjoyed anything worthy less money wasted I need refund . Because I visited other multiplex they it was very well. But PVR is zero...

                        Hi sir. I came to watch the movie in pvr theater. In intermission, I purchased popcorn. And when I asked for bill, they said I will get it in sms. So I paid and went to pick up counter. I was given a extra microwave popcorn which I didn't ask for and they said it is free. I took it and came inside. And checked the bill. I was charged for the microwave popcorn. It's a cheap tactic followed by PVR to sell their new branded item. They think people are fools. This happened in bangalore PVR, soul space spirit central MALL, BELLANDUR.

                        CHEAP PVR PEOPLE!!! SELLING 70 RS without the citizens permission. Cheap tactics.

                          I took a pvr dive 500ml water bottle from their f&b counter at panjagutta pvr, next galleria mall hyderabad. The water tasted, utterly poor and was like some tap water filled in a fancy bottle. I paid nearly 40rs for dis 500ml mineral water. At public places 500ml water is charged only 10 rupees but why pvr is charging 40 rs ??

                              We had paid for 4DX movie and the seats was not functioning.
                              This was very bad experience.
                              We couldn't even watch the movie, as this was really sad experience.
                              For about an hour we waited for the seat to be ready, but we missed the movie.

                                  I booked 3 tickets for bloodshot movie in escape cinemas for 9:30 am sunday morning 15th march 2020. I got a call the next day from escape cinemas saying the show has been cancelled. But i didn’t get a text message or email saying the show was cancelled. How am i supposed to get my money back without any proof that the show was cancelled. I booked the movie via the paytm app.

                                  Pvr show movie timing 6.50pm on tickets but movie starting on 7.15 pm, it means 25 minutes delay for only commercial advertising. This is very objectionable because PVR lost my valuable 25 minutes .
                                  I was trying to book ticket for movie IKKO MIKKE through PVR app, my money deducted but ticket not booked, i want to back my money through original payment mode

                                    Received 4 coupon codes for some spending from kotak credit card. Earlier i was not able to apply the coupon code as the customer care advised me to use it on m coupon but i was not able to use it as wrong information was given to me for that i dropped an e mail to pvr customer support where i got to know that it was supposed to be used on star pass option so by that time i already watched the movie which i wanted to by purchasing the ticket instead. So after that i planned another movie on 8th feb'20 on which date i used 2 coupon codes & 2 are left with me.

                                    Now since the no of cases of corona virus in india is increasing even the govt is requesting the public not to gather to any public places even we are scared to go to theatre so i requested to extend the coupon code validity well in advance by mailing to pvr which to my surprise the customer support team denied. Because of the wrong information from your team i could not use the codes earlier but now why cant you extend the validity.

                                    This is not at all admittable that pvr is not taking the virus spread seriously & they are ok to risk anybody's life. Why would we like to go to such theatre who does not have any corporate social resposibility. I would like to take this issue further if this is not resolved.

                                      Hi team,

                                      Yesterday we had a very worse experience in pvr forum mall, i’ll explain the scenario what happened exactly,

                                      Our movie time was exactly 06 mar 2020 @9pm ist of 4dx pvr kukatpally, we came on-time to the screen entrance, there the security guard scanned the tickets and he said that this is not the correct theatre and i don’t know where this theatre is he said.

                                      We thought like may be there an another like pvr separately and roamed around 40 mins for that theatre after that some people they informed us there are no separate theatre like that with pvr near kukatpally this the only pvr which is in forum mall please go there only like that they said, again we came bak to this mall.

                                      Now he scanned again now it was accepted, because of his irresponsible we lost our time, my effort, our tension and all, movie is already gone by 45mins, comedy is the movie total time is 1hr 45mins and i talked with security guard there he said i’m sry, his sry will replace my movie time.

                                      Please management give me a reply for this.

                                      Is this a way pvr is giving guidance to the customers? Is this a way they are treating customers? Really disappointed we are

                                        Today i went to watch movie baaghi 3 in opulent mall ghaziabad pvr cinema but movie wasn’t working properly and was hanging the visual again and again after several tries also they were unable to resolve the problem and we and a lot of people left the theatre. They played again and again but the video was hanging again and again after several tries also. 7:15pm show
