Yesturday i have went to watch the movie at PVR Near mushrambag, malakpet, in interval i have gone to order and i have scanned the QR code and i have done the payment at same time there is a recpt coming from etc machine is timed out, and from my end the amount has been deducted and pain successfully . I have raised a complain at paytm support they gave the confirmation that i have paid succusfully no problem and now i am rasing a complain regarding refund and even i have done gpay to manager also

I had booked two tickets on Sunday (04.04.2021) through online .

show time 6:30pm at PVR VEGAS Dwarka sector 14, Movie name ONE .
Once i reached PVR they are not received any order confirmation, i also not received any ticket details from PVR regarding this, But cash around 400 had debited from my account . I have shown my cash debited message also they not accepted .

When can i get My refund

Hlo pvr i m going to watch a movie in pvr khanna on 3/4/2021 they force me to buy a combo with ticket & then they banned me to enter threater without mask i ask to give me a mask that writen on board by pvr franchise but they said don't have a stock of mask
The manager is so rude

Hi, I recently visited pvr cinemas in Ampa skywalk. I was forced to buy pop corn and pepsi along with the ticket. It is purely a customer wish to buy the eatables. But it is totally unethical forcing a customer to buy other stuffs which is costing double the rate. So please take immediate action.

Mood was spoiled with family we came . Two tickets were for 4 year kids . Even we had to stand there for 30 min

I have directly booked 1 ticket for movie in counter(attached it's screen shot), but some groups of people came and showed ticket with same seat no, when I asked in counter, they said it was mistakenly booked for them for other timing for that group.but insted of convincing that group, theater persons asked me change my seat

I went out and cancelled the ticket

How can I complaint againt them, I am trusted too.

I have complaining against pvr pheonix mall Bareilly staff's against that they are not trained and their lack of knowledge reason I am embarrassing infront of many people and feeling culprit without any mistake from our side. Lack of knowledge staff reason I am felt very embarrassing in a public place. I have sufficient proof that pvr Bareilly staff big lack of knowledge reason I am disappointed and felt very embarrassing. I want take strict action to all staff as well as pvr management who hire lack of knowledge staff and these negligence and lack of knowledge reason customer feel very embarrassing.
