At pvr cinemas, the consumers are being charged like hell. These prices are commendably high and the reasons for this is best known to them. One side people are being encouraged to go to movie theaters and enjoy movies to curb the piracy of the movies, but the other side the extra ordinary charges of the snacks at movie theaters is killing the motive.

Mrs. Asha Bansode & Mr. Govind Hujre were Not providing a good service, they treat Like they both are Owned pvr . Pvr Take a strict action against Both employees .. Asap..

Staff at security check PVR college Road, Nashik. are not treating customers well for 11pm show we reached at 10.35 and they were why have you come so early and secondly security gaurd lady named salve was very rude and was complaining for her job to us, what can we do if she is stressed due to Housefull show of Movie Tanaji .

    I have visited ur new theatre archana today for a movie i was in urge of rest room i was not allowed to use the restroom and i was in very urge as it is winter i was insulted and harsh treatment was given to me they even give some respect behavior off staff was very bad pls do consider my complain and give a rply to me or else i will stop visiting ur theatres and request and suggest all my family and friends to stop using ur branch of theatres

    They r not getting me in coz i m carrying a perfume in my purse..staff was very rude ..they waisted my money and time..there is no senior staff ..security lady and one more staff name vikas ..both r very rude and unprofessional.

    Yaha movie dekhne ke liye tickets ke sath combo kharidna zaruri hai pvr me bina combo ke tickets nahi milti.. 90 ki ticket 240 me.. popcon & coldrink sath me lena hi padta hai.. chahe aapki tabiyat kharab ho ya upvas rakha ho

    I booked tickets on the pvr app on 14th Jan 2020. Money from my account was deducted but I did not recieve my tickets. Total amount was Rs 270.

      Forcing us to buy either a 200 rupees extra food coupon or 70/80 rupees chocolate if we buy ticket from the ticket counter. When we said we don't want the coupon he said it is compulsory and then agreed upon saying that you will have to buy a chocolate of 70 or 80 rupees instead. We didn't want that chocolate either but we wanted to watch the movie so we bought it. This is not acceptable.

        Right now i am in a movie, we just had a interval and i bought a medium sized a cheese popcorn and it costed around 180 bucks which was totally not worth it.
        I being an educated youth of india would be happy if a action would be taken against the pvr cinema.
        How could people afford these things if a thing which costs not more than 80rupees is being sold for 180 bucks.

          Hi team,
          This is the 3rd time i faced this issue with pvr cinemas, eternity mall, nagpur which denies lower class tickets while their complete availability stating it is full. The issue usually happens when you reach to theatre directly at weekdays specially for last shows. The tickets went vanished from all apps as movie time reaches and you dont have any other options apart from buying it at counter.
          After purchasing higher amount tickets, when we reach to screen, it was observed that all tickets at lower class is almost empty.
          Request to take serious action against this customet fraud.

          Allowing advertisements for half an hour in pvr icon in Hyderabad. The max time limit and the amount of advertisement contracts undertaken by the pvr needs to be investigated.

          The consumer cannot be taken for granted.

          The show had been delayed for 40 minutes.

            What a ridiculous situation that i have faced in your theater you are selling movie tockets or selling popcorn and cool drinks in theaters
            It is my wish to have a combo tickets or normal but your ticket giving persons told that no combo no ticket i want to go to the the grudge 5pm on sunday that is 05/01/2019 in vijayawada andhra pradesh but who is sitting in tickets counter said that no combo no ticket

            Hi,

            Why is pvr cinemas food and beverages so highly priced? It's mostly always double the price of the tickets. Are they even allowed to over price this way without having to answer to anyone? They can't say it's high quality products, because let's face it, it's no different from other places food quality wise. (Some places are much better) how can there be a solution to this?

            Time of the movie printed on.my ticket was 10AM. The movie started at 10:50. Is this a kind of joke or what. Do you guys have value of someone's time..really a careless attitude

              I has been book 7 (5 adults tickets and 2 chield tikets) cinema tikets for forzen ii on 22/12/2019 (Booked date 25/12/2019) through pvr app, and payement of rs.4, 000/= deducted from my credit card. But booking not done as per pvr app. After that i has been booked another tikets.

                And received the reward points rps 14 the total was 36 points but today i again booked tickets for the movie gurge and have not recieved any rewards point and the points which i had yesterday suddenly disappeared. The manager of pvr abused me very badly. And had rasised his voice very high. His name is pankaj rokade. He works at pvr, city centre mall, nashik.

                The cost of popcorn and Pepsi is insanely high. Currently, the cost of pepsi 500mL is Rs.269. While the MRP of the product sold in stores for the same is Rs. 50. Wonderning what is added in this as the cost is so sky rocketting. The consumer department should enforce some regulation against such insane prices.

                Basically, U're Charginng 400 for 540 ml Cold Drink. Why ?!!
                Secondlly, Brief about that food voucher worth 150each.. we were told tht it includes a meal .. not a discount .since it stated ( Hunger Strike Combo )

                I have booked my show in pvr cinemas in redhills two tickets which is totally coast of 151.91rs the money was debited but the tickets was not issued I already call the customer service and they said 7-8 Working days the money will be in u r account but yet no response from the management side so kindly see the issue and give back the amount .

                  We didn't came to watch advertisement...
                  It's very irritating to people who maintain perfect timings...
                  I just simply sat nearly half an hour simply watching unnecessary advertisement..

One was for movie ticket. The other was for 3d glass. We initially thought that it would be refundable or we would be able to take it back home.                     why laptops are not allowed inside "pvr" theatre

                    I was very unhappy with the service i received at pvr irrum manzil. Just want to know why laptops are not allowed inside movie theatre and telling it as highly imflammable is ridiculous. Not all people come to theatre from home all decked up. People do come from office carrying their laptops as well. And what is the guarantee my laptop will be safe and handled with care at luggage counter.
                    Apart from this there is no proper direction...

                    I'm watching frequent movies with pvr but frustrated with lot off ads before movie start and during interval.
                    Last night i saw dabang3 at pvr inorbit pune and movie start time was 11:00 pm and movie start at 11.29. And this is happening for all shows.
                    What nonsense is this, please cut down ads or atleast start movie on time.
                    I know pvr is making money with ad and trailers but its not right way to waste people time while showing ads, please take preventive action.

                      Pvr at kumar pacific mall pune charging high on popcorn 190to220rs & samosa and tea. When we want to carry outside dry snacks they stopped us at entrance due to which we lost first 20-30 minutes of movie. They allowed only when we submitted bag in lockers.
                      My family got very disgusting treatment. Customer don't have any rights, we were very unhappy

                        I booked 15 tickets last tuesday 17/12/19 thro online for jumanji 2 tamil @ pvr skywalk for moms & school kids for holidays. I booked 10 & 5 tickets as max 10 can be booked thro online in 1 shot. But to my surprise 5 tickets got booked & 10 dnt stating wrong credential. When checked with pvr they asked to contact the bank. So i had to cancel the other 5 tickets too. But to my surprise they said they refund only 75% of the bill & that too 7- 8 working days. Really unfair. When i told already 3800 struck with iob & 1800 with u. How ll i book again. They said i had to spend again & book which i felt was not fair. I told them to atleast rebook the cancelled tickets atleast. But they denied for it. Till date i dnt receive my refund amount.in customer service pathetic response from them. I m a regular customer but they don't value it. They r just keen on money.

                          Im just shocked to buy a veg puff in pvr icon hitech madhapur mall. They selling highrate in interval food items a small veg puff cost is 120 its too high a normal vegpuff in outside is 30rs but in mall its cost is 120rs its not fair. Its unfair a vegpuff is normal item we can see any where & buy easiley but this item also 120 its bad if its rare item we can sell it to 120rs but its local product we can made it with low cost this is my complaint. This is shocking news they pay cgst&sgst also 2.86rs to state & central

                            I m in the theater with 2 below 10 years and they have taken popcorn and they are unable to finish that. I asked for empty container with paying the charges but they replied rudely that we can't provide. Pls purchase full again of rs 250/- full.
                            And they are behaving so rude. That i have came without tickets.
                            And charges are too high. They don't know how to talk to customer

                              I have booked my tickets in pvr app money was debited but tickets are not confirmed. I raised complaint to pvr but still no response is there & money has not come still. I had booked my tickets on 7th of december still money has not credited. I paid through phone pay there are saying that money has sent. So please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

So i call pvr coustmer care...                                   Ms. Leena lahange is a who check the tickets and do the security check for female... On 15th december 2019 we had a very bad experience of the said employee... She is very rude and arrogant.. She has no sense to communicate with ladies at all..
