Today myself along with my family & friends visited PVR Gold at 11:15 hrs for watching the movie “Commando 3”, booked the seats C5, 6, 7, 8 & A1, 2. During so at the starting of movie I have keep my Rayban goggles at the stand in front o[censored]s at C5 & C6.
After completion of movie we missed the goggles there itself and when after 05 min when we came back the goggles was not at the location where it has been placed. I have complained to the staff but haven’t found the same, then I asked to call the manager which took more than 15min and when Mr Mayank came he also done the formalities and asked me to call back by the evening after rectification of my query.
But neither he called back nor had replied to my SMS about the theft of the goggles.
Being a big brand PVR offers very good services and for PVR Gold we expect rather more from your part, as Gold section is very prestigious part of PVR which keeps name of PVR at the top.
But here we have very upset from what has been happened with us. Not only the theft of goggles but the attitude of PVR manager Mr Mayank for delaying the things and not responding to SmS.
We request you to maintain the heights of your standards with the best services to the customers.

They gave token writing (food) after keeping our food at there desk
This is ridiculous and they should be punished
