star pass coupon code not accepted

I am trying to book a ticket from pvr application/website. After applying the star pass code it is taking me to the home page of pvr application bit ticket is not getting confirmed. I have called the pvr cinemas customer service and kotak bank customer care but no is helping me to sort the issue in the mean while there expiry date is getting closer....

misleading advertisement

Why pvr cinemas showing misleading advertisement, why pvr cinemas showing targeted community advertisement, its not appropriate to show what you are showing please make sure that you should not target a single community if the matter is international, the ats ad you are showing on pvr is inappropriate, what kind of mindset you wanna make of the whole country, if government is # why are becoming one....

show canceled, refund not received yet

I have booked lion king show for 15th aug at pvr cinemas, arena mall, bangalore the entire show was canceled stating technical error, but refund not yet received on this.

I called pvr cinemas customer care, got a response saying would get it refunded within 7 days, it's been around ten days already, raised multiple complaints via pvr app, no response yet.

I had to go to cinemas, paid parking fees unnecessarily,...

mosquito breeding

This side jigar chauhan. Me and my friend abhay dave went to pvr mother's to see batla house movie at 10.40 pm show. Our were last row 2 seats in audi 2. But i would like to complaint for too many mosquitoes there. We were unable to watch movie because our whole attention was on mosquito only. And our whole movie spoiled.

During intermission, we had complain to manager about this and he asked his boys...

food coupons

On 20/08/2019, during my visit to pvr saket i was told that food coupons are compulsory along with the movie tickets as the software is programmed to sell tickets along with food coupons only irrespective of whether a patron does not want to eat the high calorie snacks from the food court. This practice by pvr group is highly unethical and unwelcome.
You are once again requested to stop this unfair practice and compulsion of selling...

no cancellation of tickets

I had been to pvr cinemas in the arena mall, marathahalli, bengaluru hoping to watch a movie called hobbs and shaw. I booked 4 tickets for the movie costing rs.960. I had mistakenly booked the tickets for the night show at 9:50pm rather than 9:50am. I apologised and asked the staff to cancel the ticket and refund my money, but they refused saying it was not possible. Strict action must be taken against such cinema giants....

irresponsible behaviour

The experience is really worst with the staff of the pvr management as my order for one pop corn only took half and hour and when i complained about the same they offered we the refund. And the manager sultan is totally useless and he supposed to leave his position. I was not given the bill of my order. And i placed the order with the card and they refunded me the amount by cash. seat broken and excess bill

Seat provided was broken m 10 in audi 2. During interval sales woman didn't ask about butter topping in popcorns bought. But she herself put butter in all 3 tubs. When i ordered sandwich she herself put cheese slice without even being asked for. This is something that you people are only standing to make fool of others and nothing else. I am allergic to cheese. She didn't ask for it before putting it....

I have already a complaint pending from last week i complained about the tickets and the choclates thing and a response came from pvr to send email id and contact info on the id pvrcinemas.com but i am unable to do the same... services like baggage and staff

On a rush hour and on a weekend there is only one counter for baggage and only one person collecting giving a receipt and only then moving to the next person. The wait is ridiculous and not acceptable from a franchise like pvr. The staff is least cooperative and just to keep an umbrella i had to wait in line! It is not fair that we pay so much for your services and be treated like this....

I took my parents to watch a morning 11am show at pvr citimall andheri west mumbai. We wanted to order two samosas and popcorn tub. We did not have any change and gave the server a 2000 note. quality of food

I went to pvr mgf mall gurgaon. The prices they charge for food and beverages are like gold price and the quality is worst than road side food... I took popcorn, the quality was pathetic. Atleast when you charge so high provide the worth for it... Moreover it was not even hot... I had worst experience in pvr mgf gurgaon... Not at all satisfied with food quality......

regarding ticket bill

Today i am mr. Gurinder singh and my wife went to see movie in pvr cinema ncm mall mohali. I took 2 tickets from counter from rs 500. But now i found the cost of tickets less than i paid to counter. regarding the tickets

I asked for two tickets in the middle or top... But suman, who was giving the tickets in pathankot pvr she refused to give the tickets for middle and top and said all are booked!! And gave us tickets worth rs 410 in the first bottom line and gave is two sneakers saying this is compulsory to take in all punjabi movies... simply scan at the theatre : worst message confirmation pattern

But no scan code link are updated in message or website on booking confirmation.
Along with booking confirmation attach scan code link or send snapshot properly.
Link in message redirects to website which is useless after ticket booking.
We want to verify or download our booked ticket.

Useless message with seat numbers and vague information is received.

Disappointed...

But the pvr group sets prices of food which are higher than the ticket rate. For example, price of a 50 rupee popcorn can be sold for a maximum price of 100. theatre boys behaving very rude

Actually my sister and i tried to take a selfi for status.. The theatre boy gave me the instructions to not to take any photos or videos.. I agreed with him and closed my camera. But that boy behaved very rude repeatedly.. And the manager have to solve the problem. Instead of that he came with 3police men and insulted us @ the middle of theatre and in front of the public.. Very bad experience i had ever at pvr amps skywalk at aminijikarai...

unethical behaviour (unwanted quantities)

I went to see a movie on 6th august, 2019 at pvr cinema, pacific mall, dehra dun. During the break time my son wanted to have an ice cream, when i went to the ice cream counter and ordered a single scoop of ice cream, i was informed by the salesman on the counter that we will have to buy a minimum of three scoops of ice cream.
This is really unacceptable as some children or elderly might not be able to eat three scoops of ice cream...

Pvr icon hitech, madhapur, Hyderabad - I went for a movie today at this theatre. In the break Time I went to buy a large pop corn and 2 large Pepsi... The over all price the sales person informed me is Rs. 840, which is way toooooo high. I don't understand how that price was decided more than mrp. Please take necessary action on this. This is pretty bad. I used to be a big fan of Pvr cinemas... But will not be from now on...
