We have booked recliner seats in pvr yeshwanthpur for syeraa narasimhaareddi movie. Audi 4 recliner l7, l8, l9, l10.
The same seats have been booked for 3 families and 2 families are suffered due to issue, and management has not responded for this and we have called the police as well due to the management rude behavior. Finally they end up with sorry instead of giving solution. We are feeling soo bad missing chiranjeevi gari the movie on 1st day.

Hello i bought tickets for new movie on oct 2nd morning show for pvr vaishnavi sapphire mall (Bangalore). I recieved a call from pvr team to cancel the tickets because of some technical problem.. When i asked them all the details they are shouting on me to cancel my tickets so that they want to sell those tickets for higher price. They said i cannot watch the movie.. Why even pvr people are doing this cheap politics.
Numbers i received-[protected] in true caller it is showing pvr vaishnavi..
Can some body help me on this..

I went dt cinemas chandigarh on 22 september 2019 after making a complaint that i did not got a bill when i paid for a meal and there is banner on the counter that says meal on us if you donâ€™t bill. I did complaint for this thing around 8-10 september. When i went on 22september to dt cinemas you manager over there says me people like you complain so that we can get free meal what the hell. It means we complaint about your mistake so that we can get free meal. Is this your customer service. After complaining also getting 0 response from pvr. Why do they have customer service to harass the customer then itâ€™s better shut down your customer service and save that money as well. Useless customer service pathetic and illiterate staff.

Respected sir, i tried to book 4 tickets on 23rd of sept 2019 and also tried to redeem the 2 vouchers of 50rs each which was provided to me on past movie bookings. But due to certain reason the booking process could not be finished and also the payment was not done. And now the current status of privilege voucher is vanished.
Please help me to get me back those vouchers as soon as possible so that i can use it on my next booking....

Repeatedly, at various branches and particularly ecx - chanakya puri pvr cinema, their staff at food counter puts up a drama. First they will accept the credit card and pretend that itâ€™s not working. Excuses change in minutes from â€˜network not workingâ€™ to â€˜system has canceled orderâ€™. Wasted 20 minutes and missed part of the movie many times. Despite feedback written on the pvr website, there is not so much as even an acknowledgment.

Its since 2 years i have been asking pvr cinemas to provide me gst inward for all the transactions done at pvr cinemas. They are not providing.
Pls help me get my gst inward for all my transactions.
Its almost monthly i spend around 3000rs in pvr where gst becomes 18 to 20% i. E. 500rs.. Which i can claim from govt. Its my right but its not happening so far!!

Apart from feedback email id tbey dont have escalation matrix also.

What shall i do??

I have booked tickets on PVR websites my money has been deducted from my accounts but i have not received tickets till now, Could you please refund my money..and as per Money already deducted from accounts but according to PVR they did not get the money.

If according to bank my money deducted than why i am not getting my tickets.

This is i inform you to today 12/09/2019 i booked 3 tickets in your pvr website. And the cost of 3 tickets come around rs.441/- i had 2 vouchers then i used pvr privilege voucher one by one but the amount rs.50/- only lessed in my payment but its showing 2 vouchers are reedemed but i used only 1 voucher. So kindly check wahts the error is that and re issue the voucher of rs.50/- to my pvr account. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I purchased 3 ice tea... But i recieved water in place of two ice tea and one ice is too bitter in taste... Already produced complint of coffee without milk approximate one year back... Now again problem persist

I paid for food through paytm and my phone got switched off at that time only so I was unable to check if that payment was made or not. The guy at the counter said he hasn't received payment so he didn't gave me my ordered food.When I came back and charged my phone I got the notification that my money was deducted. Now I have intimated them about this issue but they are not helping me. They are asking me to complain in the bank but since I have made payment through paytm how will I contact any bank.

In sathyam cinemas the small one is available for rs 70/=, where at your pvr at
Ecr it is priced at rs140/=.

Both are owned by you and also you advertise it as sathyam popcorn available at all your pvr screens

Like to know then why is there a price difference, are else please don't give wrong information & fool public

We want to purchase tickets for more than 100 peoples, and manager told about to buy their combo package which we dont afford. Another option he given to us is buy 10 ticket per person from counter. So we started to purchase tickets, after purchasing 60 tickets they closed counter and told us that booking closed. As there are all remaining tickets are available. They intentionally did that because we did not purchased their combo package.

Why your people in movie tickets counter always force the consumers to buy combos, if we not want to buy. Is it monopoly. U can't do that things its out of ethics. They always gives us wrong information some time said ita includes in tickets. Today in voucher offer. Why you do that such cheap things to your customers. Take some action otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
Today i not buy the voucher i get angry and shouted and said them to call manager. Then they agreed and gives us the tickets.

I tried using the PVR movie gift card. I am getting an error while applying the card that says "Invalid batch". I will never buy a PVR gift card again, this is really terrible experience. I wanted to book tickets for this Sunday, however I have now paid for it using a credit card.

Pvr customer care ko call krne ke baad mujhe ticket milli without combo but iss bich kafi kuchh taqlif hue mujhe.. Maira jo movie dekhnai ka mood tha woh off ho chuka tha..

But at PVR Box office PVR Staff said that same tickets costing is RS.295/- per head
And he said that you have to buy on this rate.

Wow. I am enjoying the loads of advertisements in pvr rather the movie. They are the awesome people who spend most of the time in ad. Very time saving. I got to watch 30 mins of ad for a 2hr movie. They really put me in a position to stop watching in pvr. pvr is unbelievable

I have purchased 10 gift e - cards 3 days ago. But there is no card number nor pin number mentioned. Without these 2 details we are unable to book movie tickets.

Could you please look into this? Complaint number that they have provided me with is 20772.

The second issue that i have is regarding another 5 gift cards that i purchased 4 days ago - total worth is rs. 5000/-. I have already raised a request with pvr customer care where i have requested for 5 separate gift cards of rs. 1000 each.

I have approached customer care of pvr 3 times but no one has assisted me. They have informed me that there is a 'technical glitch'.

Has confirm that my said timing show (18 august-2019, 6.05 pm) has been cancelled due to some technical issue & they will refund my amount accordingly within 3 working days.

PVR Plaza is offering only large size poocorn instead of regular and medium size. Time around 5.30 p.m . Date 25 aug 2019. All the customers were told to buy large tubs or popcorn instead of other sizes since they did not have smaller tubs. Also we could not take picture of empty tubs kept that they told were not allowed to be used.

Wallet description -
Brown leather it has around 10 cards (Debit/credit), driving licence, adhar card, cash and other important documents.

When i went back to the theatre i couldn't find it there with the help of cleaning staff.

The documents are most important to anyone.
I'd request you to please look into this, i'd be happy to reward the person who returns it.

Please help! Looking for a good news from concerned authority/pvr cinema, sahara mall gurugram.
