On a rush hour and on a weekend there is only one counter for baggage and only one person collecting giving a receipt and only then moving to the next person. The wait is ridiculous and not acceptable from a franchise like pvr. The staff is least cooperative and just to keep an umbrella i had to wait in line! It is not fair that we pay so much for your services and be treated like this.

    I took my parents to watch a morning 11am show at pvr citimall andheri west mumbai. We wanted to order two samosas and popcorn tub. We did not have any change and gave the server a 2000 note. The server behind the counter rolled her eyes, held up her hand, was rude, dismissive, and refused to give us change for the money we were giving. She said that she will only give us change if we give her 500 rs note and almost shouted at us. When i asked to speak with the manager, she said that i never told you no for the change and that you are lying. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. First they refuse to give change, and then when asked to speak to the manager she is lying. I will never come to this pvr again

    This happened in PVR ICON Pavillion Mall, Pune. So I forgot to carry my wallet tonight, I asked the employee( name- Unique) for online payment, he said he’ll only accept Paytm, unfortunately I did not had working paytm, and I asked him as till what time the counter will be opened, he told me till 12:15 am, i told him okay I’m arranging money give me little time, I called my home to send my wallet, my wallet came at 12:10, during the interval, and as soon I reached to the counter the interval time was over and it was around 12:12 am, I ordered orange juice, he said he cannot place order, I asked him why, he told you’re late, but he himself told me that I can place till 12:15 am, I wasn’t well, I requested him for the juice, he said he can give me coffee or a shake, but cannot give me juice. Firstly he said he has cleaned the juicer, but then I saw the juicer was kept right in-front of my eyes ( not cleaned), I requested him again, then he told me there’s a problem in juicer and it is damaged, but right before 20 mins during interval I saw him making juice in the same juicer, I said him the same, he started talking rudely and arrogantly, in a very harsh tone. I asked him to call the manager( name- Shrikant), as soon the manager came the employee went away, I talked to him about the incident, he said the same, he listened to that workman, then I asked him about the juicer, the manager said the juicer is totally working. So what was the point of lying and faking around of the workman that the juicer is damaged and it’s not working. The employee and the manager was totally same. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable and in admissible. First they refuse to take an order and then they lie about the juicer. That employee was in so much hurry to close the counter. Even few more employee came and asked him to take the order, but he refused as he was in so much hurry to close the counter. I never expected such kind of behaviour from Pvr’s employee. And I’m never going to visit any PVR further in future.

      I went to pvr mgf mall gurgaon. The prices they charge for food and beverages are like gold price and the quality is worst than road side food... I took popcorn, the quality was pathetic. Atleast when you charge so high provide the worth for it... Moreover it was not even hot... I had worst experience in pvr mgf gurgaon... Not at all satisfied with food quality...

But now i found the cost of tickets less than i paid to counter. The lady who gave us a bill was given a 2 voucher each amount of 120 also without any information. This is a fraud.           I asked for two tickets in the middle or top... But suman, who was giving the tickets in pathankot pvr she refused to give the tickets for middle and top and said all are booked!! And gave us tickets worth rs 410 in the first bottom line and gave is two sneakers saying this is compulsory to take in all punjabi movies... When we entered the theatre whole of thehall was empty and all seats were empty... When i asked her she said muje show ho ri thi sari full!! This stupid answer she gave me!! I really need an action on this or else i am going to viral this story everywhere... I am myself a doctor... And i know how to take the beneficiary steps!!

            But no scan code link are updated in message or website on booking confirmation.
            Along with booking confirmation attach scan code link or send snapshot properly.
            Link in message redirects to website which is useless after ticket booking.
            We want to verify or download our booked ticket.

            Useless message with seat numbers and vague information is received.

            Disappointed at message confirmation pattern and template

              The most famous pvr cinemas group holds its food and beverages price at a very high level. The market price of the product is different and the selling product will be more so as to get profit. But the pvr group sets prices of food which are higher than the ticket rate. For example, price of a 50 rupee popcorn can be sold for a maximum price of 100. Even 150 rupees is acceptable since they have to provide good service. But the price range goes to 300 rupees which is not at all a good move. The company is making a huge mistake just for profit. Middle class people in no way can dream about food in theatres. Please do something about this as soon as possible.

                Actually my sister and i tried to take a selfi for status.. The theatre boy gave me the instructions to not to take any photos or videos.. I agreed with him and closed my camera. But that boy behaved very rude repeatedly.. And the manager have to solve the problem. Instead of that he came with 3police men and insulted us @ the middle of theatre and in front of the public.. Very bad experience i had ever at pvr amps skywalk at aminijikarai chennai

                  I went to see a movie on 6th august, 2019 at pvr cinema, pacific mall, dehra dun. During the break time my son wanted to have an ice cream, when i went to the ice cream counter and ordered a single scoop of ice cream, i was informed by the salesman on the counter that we will have to buy a minimum of three scoops of ice cream.
                  This is really unacceptable as some children or elderly might not be able to eat three scoops of ice cream or may not even be able to afford it.
                  I think as a consumer i should at least have the liberty to decide the quantity i want to buy or consume.
                  I request that the concerned authorities should look into the matter and make sure that the consumers are not compelled to buy unwanted quantities as the food stuff is already highly over priced.

                    Pvr icon hitech, madhapur, Hyderabad - I went for a movie today at this theatre. In the break Time I went to buy a large pop corn and 2 large Pepsi... The over all price the sales person informed me is Rs. 840, which is way toooooo high. I don't understand how that price was decided more than mrp. Please take necessary action on this. This is pretty bad. I used to be a big fan of Pvr cinemas... But will not be from now on

                    I went to pavilion mall Ludhiana on Saturday night 27 july 2019. I asked for the the smallest packing of popcorns, they charges me 330 rs. Which is too much... and we didn't have any option and had to buy it for this much amount. Because kids wanted popcorn and the small cold drink was for 295 ...

                      I have been an ardent fan of pvr because of the fact that it brought a sort of revolution in multiplex industry. All these fandom went away when i tried booking a ticket at pvr, vega city mall, bengaluru yesterday (2/8/19). I went to the counter after taking a cab that costs me around rs.150 and there they said there was no subtitles for the chinese movie that i wanted to see (Name - ash is purest white). When asked what's the reason behind it they said that i was the only 'customer' and that since it was the first day of the movie, they will be no subtitles (Even though the online platforms like bookmyshow and even the offline queue at the multiplex did say there would be subtitles). I was shocked. I felt cheated. I urged them to somehow manage but they kept a blind eye for it. Disappointed, i left back for college in a cab for around 230 bucks (Metro connectivity still isn't available in that area).

                        regarding ticket booking

                        I have booked my ticket through pvr cinemas app. The payment process starts correctly, after entering the otp the amount has been debited from my account but then the tickets were not booked yet. It's not the first time we are facing this problem. We have already made a complaint about this but then there is no necessary actions were taken so far to overcome this issue. Please kindly refund the money....

                        I had an offer to get free pop-corn (L) bucket on my credit card. On july 16, 2019 i watched super30 with one of my friend. Firstly, one of the staff member refused to redeem this offer. Then i explained him about this offer. After that he scanned qr code (Rxjvh3bap) and gave me small bucket instead of large. I did not noticed this at that time because buckets were not displayed there. I thought that its a large one.
                        Last saturday, i visited pvr again to watch ardas karan movie. Then i bought pop-corn again. And at that time one of the staff member who was attending me asked "which size do you want?" and then i got to know which is the large one, medium one and small one.
                        This is really disgusting. This is how they are fooling your customer.

                          I went to pvr rivoli, connaught place, new delhi on friday, 26-07-19.
                          I approached to counter to buy the ticket. The rate was rs. 225 per seat. However, when i gave my card for the transaction, rs. 650 were deducted. I asked the executive and he said that according to company policy it is compulsory to buy 1 snickers chocolate per seat, that costs rs. 100 per piece. That means i have to pay rs. 200 extra for 2 seats! I mentioned that i didn't agree to pay for it and my consent wasn't taken before billing me for the same, to which he plainly replied that this is company policy and he cannot do anything w. R. T this. Such a practice ia not only unfair but equivalent to fraud!
                          I'm planning to lodge a formal complaint as well in this regard. We cannot be blackmailed into purchasing something compulsarily in order to use our freedom to use cinemas! This is nowhere a compulsary commodity!

                            I had booked tickets for a movie being showed on 28th july. I tried to cancel my ticket multiple times from mobile app, but it constantly said “error: try again later”. I called pvr customer support, so that they can cancel it for me. The support person simply redirected me to use web site instead of mobile app or asked to visit nearest branch and disconnected my call. This is heights of dissatisfaction. Why would they have to provide mobile app or customer support if they don’t really mean it. My booking reference number is wpm7rf6 and my mobile number is [protected]. Please take necessary action.

                              26/july/2019 here to book ticket physical in pvr booking... Neither the self booking counter working not the agent one almost all people stand me has problem with him (Pvr cash counter guys for booking the tickets against hard cash)

                              On manager call he didn't call the manager... Whole pig market never hear and no response only abuse...

                              As per GO issued in Telangana ...No theatre or Shopping malls should collect parking fee...But this is not followed in many places & parking fee of 10 rupees is collected in PVR PRESTON Prime mall Gachibowli

                                Since last year govt. Declared that outside foods are allowed in theatre. But pvr cinemas are violating the rule. This morning we went andheri east pvr cinemas. I had a biscuit packet with me.in security checking-in, we were asked to keep the biscuit outside as it's not allowed.
                                We talked to the manager regarding this. But he's answer was govt hasn't declared yet.

                                Bottom line is, if govt made a clear rule for this. Pvr cinemas should aware and obey the law.

                                  I’ve paid exactly 400 bucks for a caramel popcorn (Small), i mean what the hell is this? Also their screens showed no pricing for the popcorn for some reason. This is a loot. The popcorn was more expensive than my movie tickets. I’m a moviegoer and this is the first time in my life that i’ve paid a wholesome 400 just for a small popcorn size.                                     I have booked tickets at pvr cinemas galleria punjagutta and we had taken medium popcorn and pepsi which costed Rs 590. The show was at screen 7 at 1:30pm on 24th july 2019.The cinema management has cheated us and taken almost double the price.What is the point in putting holes to our pocket for just Rs 130 ticket cost.I want compensation.The movie name is Super 30.The popcorn was not fresh and they were not ready to accept.

                                      We took ticket. Show time 9.20pm
                                      Audi 4.. Super 30
                                      They give 10.35 pm show ticket and audi 4
                                      They give permission to enter in audi 4..
                                      At there already movie is going on.. We entered in audi when climax was going on...
                                      All money and time wasted..
                                      And then they behave rudly.. They are not accepting mistake even though blaming us.. They are trying to
