Ordered 7up 800 ml, and we received soda 800 ml what we are supposed to think of their service? And not sure how many times this happened. Looting money for a worthless product shame on pvr. I notices the other person suggested for pepsi before purchasing by the way!

Higher prices, cheaper quality food service. Shameful n i never trust these again.

I lost my wallet in audi 3 (S3 to s5) seat number. It was brown in colour with two debit cards and one credit card. I had my pan card in there and 2500 approx cash. Its medium brown colour wallet. While intermission i was just moving around and went to the food court as well. I am trying to reach out to pvr we gave ticket to vallet parking guys and missed to collect ticket from them, this we don't have ticket number available.

My movie ticket cost is 138 rs and popcorn is 250... Can they describe the weight of the product and ingredients ised on the container and can't the government see that mere popcorn of small size will not cost more than 10 rs.. Please order all multiplexes to sell only branded packaged food... The only entertainment people can go to in the country is movies and government does not want families to stop that also..

I’m really disappointed with pvr chankyapuri cinemas and their service. First of all the exit from the hall leads to outside the mall and then we have to enter the mall again and go to the parking to collect the car. Especially old ladies had to walk out of the ac and sweat.

Then secondly when i tried to renter to drop the ladies to pick their car from the car parking, i was not allowed to enter. Santosh the security said that not allowed as it is exit. I agreed but requested that there is a lady and she has to get her car as she is alone, but they didn’t allow. Then varun rana who called himself the manager was called and he also didn’t allow. He even went to the extent of saying that even if the ladies are raped he will follow protocol and the policy but will not allow them inside. Then another guy and girl had to enter chankya pvr with the single lady and get her car out of the parking.

If this is the behaviour and attitude towards the girls and ladies security of pvr chankya, i’m really ashamnwd where is pvr headed. A manager on duty telling me that it is ok for the ladies to be raped, but will not budge from his rules and policy, i think i really respect him and will for sure wanna hire him.

And then we say that we are worried about the security and safety of the ladies in delhi is all #. But what am i complaining about this is delhi, who cares anyways, probably just need to get used to it. Thank you delhities for this experience. Will know what to expect when i go to a pvr next time.

This is to bring to your notice these facts

1. That i booked 2 tickets for the movie the lion king at pvr select city walk, saket, new delhi (Imax).

2. That my seat number were e 15, e 16.

3. That the seats were very untidy with stains all over its handrest.
4. That i brought it to the notice of the employees but was of no use.
5. That this deficiency of service and the unprofessional attitude is problematic.
6. That it also violates section 2 r of consumer protection act 1986 and also amounts to tortious liability.

Kindly take necessary action and resolve my complaint as soon as possible, otherwise i will be left with no other option than to approach necessary judicial court.

Myself anuj from city bhilai on friday (12/07/2019) i went to pvr for watching movie super30 when i was go for purchasing ticket at counter they tell me price of per ticket as 185/- against the price show in book my show is 85/- per ticket. When i was ask that why the price is high then they told me that the price is including food combo. Then i deny to take the combo the counter boy ask me to first meet the manager then when i met the manager then the manager told me that this is compulsory to take the combo otherwise you wont get the ticket when i told him to give me this as in written so he deny

Please take action very soon on this...

Hi, I am Prashant. My Father Mr. Ramesh Kumar Verma Is A Costumer Of PVR Cinema from long Time. But Today when He was there for watching Super 30 Movie So Ticket seller person forcing to Him to take the Ticket with Combo. But My father is Senior Citizen and His age & health don't allow Cold drink, Popcorn. He was want only ticket but They deny for ticket. It's Issue Related with Phoenix United Mall PVR Cinema Bareilly. Thank You

it showed it will give me points but i did not got it
please help me out in it please give me points or give me refund this s not the first time on 22nd june2019 same happened on booking of movie KABIR SINGH i did not get the points if such will happen how...

I visited pvr naraina, new delhi on 05.07.2019 for an evening show at 9.00 p. M. And at the eatables counter, i ordered a pepsi and popcorn costing rs. 570/-. I tendered rs. 1, 000/- (Rs. 500 * 2) and was supposed to be refunded rs. 430/-. The attendant at the counter refunded me rs. 30 and on pointing out that i had given rs. 1, 000/-, he insisted that i had tendered rs. 600/- (Rs. 500 * 1 + rs. 100 * 1) only. Since i knew that i had handed over two rs. 500/- currency notes, i pleaded with him to refund rs. 430/- which he refused point blank. Incidentally, i happened to see a camera and asked him to check the footage to establish the veracity of my contention. I was reluctant to leave the counter and asked the attendant to call the manager. The manager came over and told me to go and watch the movie and in the meanwhile he would verify the footage and settle the issue. Since i refused to budge, both went inside and came out and the manager stated that the password for the camera was not working but nevertheless he agreed to refund rs. 430/- that was due to me.in the process, i lost 25 minutes of the show. This clearly shows that the entire staff is hand in glove and they cheat the customers by indulging in such corrupt practices.

Yesterday i have visited to pvr cinemas in singapore mall lucknow. I have bought 2 tickets for the show of article 15 worth rs.138 each including cgst & sgst. That means the total amount should have been rs.276. But the staff charged me rs.476 and handed me couple of chocolates worth rs 80 as per market price along with the tickets.. She even charged me rs.40 extra on the chocolates more than the market price... Is it any new kind of tax??? And when i asked her to return them she told me that it was compulsory and i have to buy them as they are already included in the tickets... And the most important thing that it was the second time that it happened to me just in a month.
I don't know why they are forcing us to buy food combo or chocolates on tickets but such kind of act can not be tolerated and it totally comes under the exploitation of consumer rights.
I hope you will take actions to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Last night [6th july] i went for the avengers end game movie at vr mall bengaluru. Hence the movie is re-released with all the new edited scenes and post credit scenes. We waited till the very end to see the post credit scenes but they hasn’t and the lights were up and the screen gone blank. After intimating this to the pvr crew, the staff was not aware and asked us to leave. Also after waiting for the manager to talk about this, and explaining them about why its a re-release he was not sure.
First of all it was all there in news about the re release and what all viewers are going to see.
Also at the starting of the movie there was a message by movie director about a post credit scene being showed at the end of the movie.
What is the attitude of pvr staff which they don’t know anything about the re-release of the movie.
Also they didn’t have any satisfactory answers to give.
Whats the use of watching the movie again?

My name is surojit singha i have visited avani reverside pvr for kabir singh couples tickets that amount was 312, i heve give them counter man atm debit card they are tell to put ur pin then l do this then counter women says card is not working you have to pay by cash then i have give them. After some time i just got a sms which deduction sms from my bank then i have inform them but no result found. I saw her the bank deduction sms.

Phoenix pvr in lucknow uttar pradesh is forcing customers to buy food combo with ticket. Bloody what the hell is this. Ticket is of 300rs and they are charging 450rs. What the hell.
These notorious acts are going here in phoenix over some time. Action must be taken and the franchisee owner should be penalised. Its our choice uts our prerogative. Height of corruption.

I have been to pvr forum sujana mall, kukatpally hyderabad with my wife and 9 years old son to watch movie toystory 4, it was very bad experience because there was flickering in the screen and they again started the movie from beginning when it already started 5 minutes back. When we asked why this disturbance is there in screen then that one of the staff member told if you guys agree it will take 15 to 20 minutes to resolve.

We tolerated that and intermission happened they took almost 20 minutes to start the movie again and when they started it was not from where then ended before the interview, again we shouted on them then after 10 minutes then again started from that point.

So completely it was kind of playing with emotions of kids and others because this movie was specific to kids and kids were unable to enjoy due to such negligence, it is not just about money but about time of little kinds and the parents who took them to movie hall after paying to cabs or burning their fuel to reach the movie hall.

It was my birthday, so we plan for movie and dinner. So you can understand what kind of damage they did to us. Thank you for looking into this.

I went for a movie with my family at pvr the show was at 7:20 i reached at 7:25 at the ticket counter i asked for 4 tickets the total bill should have been of 460 but he charged me 580 and gave me 4 chocolates worth 120 along with the ticket when i asked to return them and give my money back he told me it was included in the ticket and i have to buy them, i was getting late so went for movie but when i checked qt the intermission there was...

We had bought two tickets worth 350/- rs however forcefully we were handed off coupons worth 400/- rs for combo meal and when asked why, the attendant didn't bother to listen and said it was compulsory. Hence it's not a good idea to waste people's hard earned money. So, either this rule of compulsory eatables should be changed else people should not go for the movie and a simple advice for the attendant to respond prior when the customer is asking for the questions else the faith in the pvr cinema is likely to get diminished soon.

I recently saw the movie 'anabelle comes home' in pvr 4dx, elante mall, chandigarh, but i'm highly disappointed with the 4dx experience this time! I've personally watched a lot of 4dx movies before but this time the effects weren't as par. Scenes with fog, mist and lightning didn't have any 4d effects at all. All they did was vibration of the seat. I feel being cheated this time. My cousin (A first time 4dx watcher) didn't get to know the taste of a 4d movie. Sheer wastage of money this time: (I would request the organizers to include all the effects in the movies to be screened in 4dx, else donot ditch the viewers.

I state that on 27th july 2019 i had bought tickets for 4 people from the counter amounting to rs. 736/- vide debit card payment for the movie name article 15 at pvr sion, mumbai to be aired on screen 3 at 10.45 pm on friday 28th june 2019. I further state that at the booking counter the executive took my mobile number & issued the tickets & thereafter i received two text messages, one from canara bank about amount debit & other from pvr cinemas about voucher no. Kndpemd36.

I state that thereafter i misplaced the tickets & went to the booking counter at 10.40 pm on 28th july 2019 expecting that pvr cinemas will issue me new tickets based on my mobile number, which they took from me. I further state that i requested the management to issue me fresh tickets in lieu of misplaced tickets, based on my mobile number taken by them but to no extent they were able to solve my problem & issue me fresh tickets. I further state that at 11 pm the management advised me to find the misplaced ticket & see the movie.

I state that since pvr cinemas had taken my mobile number during booking at the counter the management was duty bound to serve me by providing fresh tickets based on the data linked to my mobile number. I further state that pvr cinemas should disclose the reason of taking customer mobile numbers, which is their personal & private detail & further failing to serve them in a better way in such lost ticket event.

In view of the above, i request to take appropriate legal action as per prevailing laws & direct pvr cinemas to compensate me due to failure of service & act of negligence towards their customer even after obtaining his personal mobile number.

I am from ludhiana punjab today i went to pavilion mall to watch shada movie and they are forcing me to buy ticket with combo meals which worth 350 rupees waste my time please take strict action against this this is a case of social harassment they waste my precious time i want strict action against them kindly resolve my problem i will also complaint this in court i think you will resolve my problem i shall be very thankful to you for this

I went to pvr and i’m shocked to see that popcorn and soft drink combo is rs 770 in lucknow.
Where is the food inspector?? What govt is doing in that??? How can a company sell coldrink at rs 250 for just 400ml also putting half of the glass of ice. How can govt allow this?? Popcorn rate is 350 what the rubbish is this?? Who can look at this loot. Kids dont understand this and parents have to pay high price.
Pls stop this loot and make it affordable otheriwse need to go to coart for justice.
