    It’s a tap water which is being sold inside pvr for a price tag if 60rs for 500ml. It’s horrible to taste the tap water and that too with that price tag which is totally unacceptable. A movie for 2 in pvr is always costly affair because of ticket prices with internet charges, parking charges for 3 hours and then eatables which is always expensive. So in total if you are going for a movie in pvr for 2; then be ready to shell...

    Sir i go yesterday (10 sep) to watch film paltan in pvr sahara mg road, so i went to ticket counter to buy a ticket, ticket price is 90rs but they forcebly give me ticket with combo of 150 rs food but i want to buy only 2 ticket total price 180 but they called me to pay 480 rupee with combo but i dont want to buy combo and i say that but they refuse to give me ticket in price of 180, and this situation was faced with other people who want to buy, i want yo beat them and call police then i cold down if you have not gain any decisions on this matter then i go to legally because i hert in this day, by they called me forcebly to buy a combo with 150, and without it refuse to give ticket this was not any rule in any book of pvr

      60 rs tickets not sold in the counter

      I went to pvr cinemas tirusulam branch. I tried to buy a kolamavu kokila tamil movie ticket in front of the counter, i asked one seat 60 rs ticket. But the vendor said ticket not sale for 60rs it will come with snacks package and the minimum amount is rs 350. I asked ticket vendor i don't want any snacks please give me a ticket without snacks package. But he ignored my request and scold me. And the pvr security said "go to local theatres...

      It was very uncomfirtable watching c/o kancharapalem at pvr inorbit, cyberabad with family today.

      Airconditioning was a total failure from the beginning of the show. We haven't enjoyed the movie and during the interval came out from theater as they haven't fixed the issue post interval.

      Though complained to the representatives present outside the hall and came to know that one of the units not working.

      During the interval other screen audiences screen 03 also came and given the same airconditioning problem with the manager.

      It was a bad experience especially the representatives expressed their helplessness.

      I don't want to book any movies with pvr anymore.

      Felt like watching movie at pvr today is like watching movie at normal road side theaters.

        recliner seats quality bening cheap and non workable

        Hi i usually watch movie at pvr phoenix united mall lucknow uttar pradesh and always book for the gold section/ recliners. The quality of your seats and service is being very much comprised day by day by last 3 times the complain for the latest one is
        1) the seats were halfly broken
        2) cloth of seat was dirty and not stiched properly 3) recliner were not working had to change seats or get it repaired in the middle of the moviebr...

        Dear concern,

        I am your privilege member & sorry to state this episode o[censored]nprofessional & non fullfilment of commitment from pvr cinemas.
        This is in context to one of the movie which i came to watch at pvr pacific mall on 27th june 2018 i. E. Incredibiles 2.in 4dx.
        From the start of the movie wherein no a/c's were working the manager mahesh ([protected]) keep committing that a/c's are on will cool in while & bla bla till 45 mins when the suffocation was unbearable, he finally said sorry a/c's will not work. My kid was totally exhausted including me & he was least bothered.
        Finally they said dont worry we will refund the amount you can leave your details at the ticket counter & go, which i did. To the agony it's more than 2 months no refund has been made & mr. Mahesh ([protected]) doesn't pick his phone almost 20 calls have been made to him.
        Request concerned authority to look into it & get this refund. Order id - sudx[protected]
        This 4dx experience is the worst ever had by me & my child.
        Pls confirm else would be left with no option but to escalate to higher authorities & social media.

          I visited pvr on Tuesday and there was a hoarding it was showing 40% off F and B . They denied the offer and charged us with regular rates. They told us that the plasma screens are displaying the discounted rates but the bill software is not. Location is pvr empress city Nagpur.
          For street movie 11 show book tickets m15 and m16.my money deducted from my account but tickets not showing.
          Pvr pimpri pune.
          Plz see into it and convey as early as possible.as show timing is late
          Parking charges is very very costly bloody fool

            I'm saravanaprabu from bangalore. I have booked 2 recliner tickets for the movie "meg" on 12/08/18 and another 2 recliner tickets for the movie "nun" on 06/09/18 at pvr regalia elements mall, bangalore.
            As a pvr privilege member, i didn't receive any points for my last two bookings.

              I just want to know why you guys are charging rs 60 for 500 ml water bottle named dive. Where in market we get 1 ltr water in rs 20 then why you guys are charging 3 times higher price for half quantity. This is totally unfair and monopoly of you guys. As a customer point of view this is very disturbing. I purchased this product at acropolis mall pvr cinemas ahmedabad. This is unbearable and strict actions should be taken against this

              Experience is good and we are a frequent movie lovers and love to watch only at PVR.
              Our latest movie was Thakrey at PVR Gold at Phoenix Pune.

              But, unfortunately to our surprise, water bottles were not being serviced at gold class and the attendant charged us exorbitantly high for the water bottle.

              Also, inspite of govt circular, our packed food and packed water was not allowed. Not even was allowed for babies.

              This is extremely commercial behavior and deteriorating our overall experience.

                I went to PVR Cinemas in Hyderabad, Inorbit mall and in the interval I ordered "Cheesy fries", and when i got the fries on my seat the lady who served told me that its "cheesy fries", but while eating i felt weird and realized it was chicken fries. Upon telling it to the people who are serving told me sir it was a mistake. and they told to change the order. But this has made an extremely big impact on me. I have been a vegetarian throughout my life and not eaten anything non-veg till now. But this has changed my life. I don't know what to do now. This thing has caused me huge mental trauma. I want all the restaurants to have a dedicated veg and non-veg section separated with different cooks cooking them so that there must not be chance of this mistake to any one ever again.

                I am attaching the photos of bill and the chicken fries which was served to me.

                Also pvr should mention the complete food item name on the bill

                  It is not necessary to take gift voucher with tickets but they told it's compulsory to take voucher with the ticket actual amount for the ticket is 100*2=200 but we had to pay 200 extra for the voucher so totally it was 400.It is loss for every customer so it has to be changed and we want our cash back.So I wanted to give the complaint to PVR branch so that they have to take necessary action towards thdm and I want my cash back.

                      I am khushwant singh from pathankot. Yesterday 31 july 10pm, my pvr experience is very bad. Last night at 9:45 i was asked at the counter, 2 classic tickets for the movie "mar gaye oye loko" 10 pm show only but staff member told me, combo is necessary. I told him sir only tickets without combo but he asked no tickets without combo, combo is necessary. I was asked plz tell me ur manager number but he refuses. Very very bad experience. Shame on...

                        I have watched a movie on 19th of august 2018 satyamev jayate in pvr diamond plaza 8.35 pm show seat no b 2 and b 3. I have purchased 2 large cold drink and i nachos which costed me rs 650 but i have not received any bill for the same and when i asked for the bill they denied. I need an explanation for the same.                         I booked pvr cinema tickets for a telgu movie but accdntly i booked for ni8 show. And seen some provision of cancellation when i enquire online. I spended 324 rs as my ticket fare. An i hope pvr cinemas will resolve my query asp.

                          This is with reference to an incident that happened with me at pvr cinemas, dlf city centre mall, m. G. Road, gurgaon on 18/08/2018. I had come to watch a movie at the movie complex for a show @ 4:15 pm. During the intermission, i had placed an order with the pvr snacks counter for inr 300 using my icici debit card.
                          The pvr employee took my card aside pretending that the machine was not working or had some issue, got it back with the machine, asked me to punch in the pin number. The very moment i punched in my card pin number, i received 5 messages on my registered mobile number with bank about 5 back to back transactions of inr 10000 each causing a debit of inr 50000 from my bank account.
                          I had no clue what to do, i immediately called my bank on their customer care number to get my card blocked, they told me that these transactions have been done in faridabad.
                          I have lodged a police complaint at the cyber police station –dlf phase 5, gurgaon (Complaint number-1578-spii) within an hour of this incident.
                          My complaint is against pvr cinemas because these transactions happened within 2 minutes of time when i placed the order at the pvr counter and the pvr employee swiped my card in their machine.
                          The bank has informed me over mail that this could be a case of skimming fraud but they have asked me to prove it that i wasn’t the one who did these transactions. How can i be in faridabad when i was in a multiplex in gurugram and the card was physically present with me?
                          I came across a similar case over internet when these guys have been booked for a similar case last year. Running in between police stations, banks is not something which any customer would prefer along with bearing the stress of this big financial loss. This is a sheer case of consumer harassment where i have to deal with the sudden loss of a huge amount, deal with the hassles of following up and even then there’s no assurance that i will get my money back.

                            Though complained to the representatives present outside the hall and came to know that one of the units not working.

                            It was a bad experience especially the representatives expressed their helplessness and did not offer any apology.

                            Money spent for the classic seats for entertainment was a total waste.

                            I coming to watching satyamev Jayte movie I brought 4 tickets of recliner it’s total amount of 2045 Rs but it’s totally weast .
                            We are seat on our site that around very bad smell of gutkha. And that’s prohibited in theatres so prove very pour security service. I send also pics o[censored]nclear floor.

                              Kindly note that, to get one ticket to sayameva jayathe (Hindi) stood there for 30 min as there was no queue system and its like a fish market. Sad part is that no staff listened to me and the way the so called manager replied was disgusting. Totally it is unprofessional and he said sometimes it happens adjust to it. He is very rude and no staff listened to me to understand the situation. Manager said his name is abhi and in a flip of second he changed to yadagiri, such an idiotic behavior (Sorry to use this words but cant control the emotions). It happened on 17th august 2018 at 10.20pm. Hope you will call me to know the entire situation, if i did not hear anything from you in 48 hours, please remember that i am going to file case against pvr cinemas with all possible sections to address this issue.

                              Hi,
                              PVR cinemas in Nitesh Hub Near Klayani Nagar Pune didnt allow outside food even after ban on outside food is lifted in Maharashtra and staff was real arrogant.
