I booked a ticket for mission impossible dead reckoning part 1 at PVR Heritage RSL ECR Chennai on 11th August.
The transaction was successful but I didn't receive any ticket not any refund. I want my money back.

On wednesday night at 10:37 pm i have booked tickets for jailer movie (11 august morning 11:45 show) at pvr uptown mall bangalore for two tickets. Transaction got successful i paid through phonepe but in app booking is not reflecting yaar do something.

I am unable to cancel movie tickets that i booked today on 9th Aug for OMG 2 in INOX Luxe in Phoenix Marketcity Velacherry, Chennai. No ticket cancellation option on app and website displays ticket cancellation not availaible for this cinema.

I booked ticket on 06th of August 2023 for jailer movie on the date of 10th.
The amount of ticket costs 1222.70 and I paid the amount and I checked my transaction history and the amount of 1222.70 was deducted twice..
Kindly resolve my issue I need my refund back which is taken extra from my account..
This is not fair to deduct amount like this i want a valid explanation of my issue and it should be resolved asap!!
The ticket was booked in PVR cinemas, forum Mall, kanakapura road, banglore

Hello team, I booked the ticket for jailer movie for 13/08/23 at 12.45pm show timings when I booked the money got deducted from my bank and i didn't receive the tickets and also it happens frequently kindly i request you to refund my amount of ₹294 which was got deducted from my bank and my pvr cinema ID is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number is [protected], please kindly look into this

I booked two tickets prime for a movie on date 7 August 2023. Money got deducted and no tickets were booked.

I was paying for the tickets at PVR, Malad with patym, my money was debited but the status was "processing". Hence the told me that I will get a refund if it gets debited. I then proceeded by paying with my card. 5 hours later my patym status for this payment is showing completed and my money is debited. I ended up paying twice for the tickets, how do I get my refund?

I booked 2 recliner seats at Cinemax :City Center, Nashik.
On 6th August 2023, 12:15pm show - Rocky and Rani ki Prem kahani- screen 1

The seats which we booked are broken, not comfortable at all and also it is stinking.
The foam is also coming out of the seat

Voucher code is not working and customer service is sitting with it last 3 days.

These voucher codes can be redeemed while booking movie tickets on PVR website, PVR app as well as in-person at any PVR theatre.

Our famous Satyam was always an awesome experience since children, but since a year or two we see no friendly elegance on the counters, not professional, not welcoming, ...
We are paying heavy amounts on eatables but can't see any healthy and better options with kids n also above 40 options are not worth spending on junk always
Coming to seating arrangement not comfortable, if anyone passing we cant move without hurting them n air condconditioner never we see cooling

PVR cinemas not able to afford ACs electricity bills that's the reason while watching shows their ACs are switched off evetime. Each time we need to reminder them leaving movies to check ACs. This time too i asked the is it on they said yes, after 30 min I told them ACs is off they says some technical issue is going on. Why the Hell you are charging Rs. 250/- for a movie. If they can't afford Phoneix mall rent they can move out from there and start with low sector in a typical local market. Again I faced this issue on 01/08/2023. They were just blaming on each other such a useless staff and owner.

They had put offer on board of Rs 849 for one large popcorn one large Pepsi one plate nacho, one chocolate cake slice and burger, when went to counter that they cannot give us and then asked why board is displayed when asked immediately they removed it and then the manager came and was rude to us (we were 3 ladies) he does not know how to speak to customers

I booked tickets from PVR app on 28th July 2023, 12.59Pm. My money got deducted but no tickets where booked

Amount got debited from my account but tickets not booked.
Kindly refund the amount asap in order to book with other tickets.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident during my visit to PVR Cinema Kota today, [Date]. I had purchased a ticket for the movie screening at Screen 1 and was assigned seat Q14 for the showtime at 7.45 pm.

However, during the course of the movie, I realized that I had lost my wallet. The loss of my wallet has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I immediately retraced my steps and searched the area around my seat, but regrettably, I was unable to locate it.

I must express my concern over the lack of assistance provided by the cinema staff when I informed them about my lost wallet. Despite their polite demeanor, they seemed disinterested in actively helping me search for it. I understand that the cinema staff may have certain procedures to follow, but considering the urgency of the situation, I expected a more prompt and empathetic response.

I request your immediate attention to this matter. If by any chance, my wallet is found, I kindly request you to contact me at the earliest on [protected]@gmail.com . My wallet is brown in color, containing various important identification cards, adhar card PAN card, and a sum of cash.

Technical Error I booked Tickets for four in PVR Aerohub for today but technical error happened later it got refreshed n booking was successful... But after we reaching theatre they said the tickets was of yesterday ... My family was totally disappointed we came back n watched the movie in Forum Mall chennai... I need a refund... I lost my money and moreover family totally upset.

I did not get pvr points for the past bookings my mobile Number is [protected]...they can check my bookings and see how many bookings I have done

I did a transaction of 486.64 at 11:04 am on July 29 2023 to PVR CINEMAS where my amount got taken but the ticket wasn’t booked. The ticket was for 30th July. I’ve attached the respective screenshots

I booked for tickets at PVR Cinemas at VR Mall Anna Nagar Chennai and paid Rs 473.40 through google pay, my account was debited and payment made, but I did not get confirmation nor the tickets. I called PVR Cinemas customer care mum several times but they said that all customer care executives were busy, I need the refund
