I purchased 7 tickets of pari movie ticket from pvr cinema mall of india. Noida.. But instead of giving me tickets of pari they gave me other movie ticket sonu ki tittu ki sweety.. When i checked it on counter that it's was other movie ticket so i asked them to cancel it and issue me another movie ticket.. They denied to take back the tickets and asked me to purchase new tickets for pari movie... So i purchased new tickets and again paid them.. So i want money back or any other solution of the problem i faced..

    I am just taking entry in pvr mulund and the security staff is not allowing our home made food which is for my 2 small kids. And also inside cinema hall all foods are over charged which is not affordable by all. Government also have rule that cinema authority have to allowed out side food in theater, so why pvr management not following the rule which is impose by government of india. Really i want some action on this as this is a for common people problem.

      For morning show [protected]@bokaro mall is charging extra money on the name of tickets plus combo if we dont want to take the combo then their answers is in negative that they doesnt give the tickets also which is really wrong.

      We should protest against this.

      They have made the combo compulsory with the tickets and there are no tickets without combo.

      Details of morning show 9:30 thursday 01.03.2018 padman
      Rate of real tickets is 118 ; 150
      Charges at the counter is 190 ; 230 (Including combo compulsory)

      I have booked tickets and amount collected but it showed "oops tickets were cancelled", and when can it get my amount refunded and my friends also tried but it showed the same, and we booked for five times but it showed the same i.e cancelled and amount of 2500 debited in our accounts but no tickets were booked

        I have booked 2 seats [h8, h9, audi 2] of 2/24/2018, 13:40 show at pvr panjagutta hyderabad.
        Movie - sonu ke titu ki sweety.

        Request you to cancel the booking of the seats h8 & h9 and process the refund. Refund amount is of rs. 364.

        I tried reaching out to you but its not reachable.

        Please consider my request and do the needful at the earliest.

          Hi,
          I have come for 9.30 am movie in mangalore forum mall.
          I came from very long distance to watch the movie, but as the number of people are less they did not premiered the show stating some technical error in audi screen 05.
          I would like to know then why it is not informed in advnce.

          I feel very much disappointed with the complete scenario for wasting my valuable time in morning.
          I would like to take this further to book my show authority and consumer court accordingly

            I had purchased 4 movie tickets at PVR Chennai for 18 Feb 2018 on 17 Feb 2018. However, the tickets were issued for same day (17 Feb) instead of 18 Feb. This inadvertence was highlighted when we went to see the movie on 18 Feb 2018. Finding that other people have occupied the allotted seats, we discussed the issue with the manager. All this while, the tickets were not attested (torn as the case may be). However, in spite of the tickets having lapsed their due date, we were allowed right up to the seats. The manager in charge (Anand) outright told us that the tickets cannot be honored;even for a future show. Now, If we were intent on cheating or hood winking your company, why were we allowed right up to the seats as also tickets not getting punched. My humble request is that either the management returns the money since we did not see the movie owing to the above issue or allow us to view another show/film in lieu of the purchased tickets. The whole episode was hugely embarrassing since the entire family was eager to see the movie and it all ended up in a no show owing to issues with dates. This has left a deep wound in the image that we harbored about PVR. Looking forward to an amicable decision and your time honored commitment to viewers like us spread across this country.

            In Jharkhand, bokaro steel city there is only one Pvr cinema which is harassing customers to pay extra on movie tickets to sell their food combos. I have seen cinema at Pvr cinemas all over India there is never such harassment. Its diminishing the image of Pvr Cinemas.

              I have visited pvr city centre, gurgaon on 26/jan/2018 at 12 noon. I asked for 2 tickets from booking counter. Staff told me that only for the second row from the screen tickets are available. I requested them to search some good seats in the above row from the screen. After a second they told me that they don’t have such tickets but soon they called one person standing near to booking counter and told me to purchase ticket from that person. I asked why are you suggesting me to buy tickets from that person than they said to me we want to help him and we have checked that the tickets he has are genuine, there is no need to worry about. I said ok but i will not pay this person directly as i don’t know him, you know him and you are giving guarantee for his tickets. And on the basis of conversation as well as guarantee of the booking staff i paid to pvr by my debit card for the booking of two tickets for the movie padmavat 3d for 2 pm slot. I paid rs.700 from debit card no. Xxxx1852 and approval code is 006227. But instead of providing me hard copy of the ticket booking staff provided me soft copy by sms (From this number i got sms [protected]) and convinced me that your seats were confirmed which is g17 and g18. But these seats were already booked for different customer (I came to know when i went inside theatre) so i complaint to the staff to clear the misunderstanding than their theatre staff mr. Sanjeet told me to come out from the running movie and they started forcing me to pay rs.700 again and when i refused them their cinema manager mr. Shariq misbehaved me, shouted loudly on me in front of numbers of people and humiliates me outside he theatre. I am one of the victims of this booking fraud. Because of whole incident i entered inside the theatre approx. 40 to 45 minute late (40% movie over). And watched movie from first row from screen. Instead of sort out my problem mr. Shariq started defending their booking staffs ms. Sapna and mr. Sanjeet kumar for the entire incident. Forced me to come inside the staffs area (The place where only staffs are allowed) put me stand and argued me. The booking staff as well as the cinema manager tried a lot to prove that all are my mistake. I suffered after paying complete amount for movie.
              After returning home i updated whole incident by mail to pvr but they are taking whole incident so lightly like my respect doesn’t matter and have any value. Staff misbehaved with guests and cheated but they have not even care.

                Pvr cinemas in vaishnavi mall in yashwantpur have a notice that outside food is not allowed inside the theatre. This is not correct as the food sold in the theatre is over priced and not hygienic. A single cup of tea costs inr 110. This is against the rule that theatres cannot prohibit outside food and overpricing. I am hoping that this is looked in to.

                Any time I saw when I open book my show app in mobile to booking tickets always third last all seat raw is booked and another raw is available I can't understand one time I go in PVR booking counter and ask to this question but his answer not understand to me ? He said always this raw sits are reserve for last time booking
                We booked show of Black panther 11:45 is so much delay about 1 hr and PVR kota's environment is not so good.

                  I purchased 2 cappuchino coffee worth rs120/-each. Total was rs240/-. The person at billing counter didn't given the bill and charged me rs 300/- for that. He charged 100/-rs extra without any proof. I said he will give the change after sometime but we didn't got any change nor we have proof.
                  Pvr cinema, mahagun mall vaishali is a cheater. Do not go there. If you go, do not buy the food from inside of pvr because already they charge hefty amount and above all they betray customers and cheat them.

                    I booked 4 tickets for black panther at pvr icon madhapur hyderabad for 02/18/2018 using paytm and paid a total of rs 518

                    Here is the price breakup

                    Tickets - 400
                    Convenience fee - 100
                    Pg charges - 0.00
                    Cgst - rs 9
                    Sgst - rs 9

                    Total - rs 518

                    However i checked bookmyshow after cutting the tickets and it showed me the below price breakup

                    Ticket rs 400
                    Internet handling fee - rs 28.32
                    Payment gateway charges - rs 37.52
                    Total - rs 465.84

                    I emailed paytm support regarding the same and they replied the below :

                    I would like to know why there is this difference of prices in different booking platforms.

                      I have booked 6 seats for today's show movie name gulabjam
                      One of the seats allocated to me was totally broken

                      Then the person asked us to sit at other place but the same same a couple who have booked the other seats came and now the arguments started

                      When you know the booking is done and seat is broken why it was not taken care before movie begins

                      And very conveniently he was asking us to go at the back-end seats which i can't as we already have planned

                        I have watched "aapla manus" movie on 12th february in auditorium-03 of growel pvr goregaon-west, timing 10:30 pm. Seat nos were m-1 to 5. We observed that backrest of seats were not firm and it was difficult to sit comfortably. At the end of the movie because of this uncomfortable posture our back started paining. Also we have observed that snacks sold in theater are exorbitantly costly.

                            I tried to book for black panther on pvr, grand mall, velachery (Chennai) twice, only the amount got credited from my account but ticket is not generated both times. I received an email saying that it is bad transaction as below.

                            "season's greetings from pvr cinemas!!! This email is in regards to the bad transaction that happened on your account. We apologize for all the inconvenience caused to you.

                            Please be assured that the team is actively working on your case and we will update you on the same. Looking forward to serving you again!"

                            It totally costs 742.37+742.37=1484.74. Please refund the amount.

                            And why is booking always have troubles? How can i book tickets?

                              It's very frustrating it's more than a month i raised complaint via email & still i haven't got any satisfactory response from your support team neither via email nor via call, they are too good at playing with customers patience, i paid rs.300 to sign up for pvr privilege & i got rs.300 worth of f&b vouchers, however when i first time went to food court at nearest pvr to redeem those vouchers the very 1st voucher had only re. 80 value & at that point my total privilege points are 36 & after i redeem that voucher i also lost my 36 points for no reason at all that's the first complaint i raised, then on 2nd time i redeemed both of remaining vouchers & one of them had only rs. 20 in it & other has full rs.100, & that time too i lost my available 41 pvr points for no reason bcoz in faq's it clearly says once customer reach 50 points he's eligible to redeem those points but here my points are getting deducted even before i reach that 50 points mark, now it's more than a month what is pvr support team is doing about it they are only giving me fake # answers every time.

                              Nanakheda स्थित cosmos mall के pvr मे ₹ 80 के टिकिट के साथ ₹60 के पेप्सी popcorn का coupon दिया जाता है और उसका amount भी tickets के साथ जोड़ दिया जाता है, customers से 60 ₹ जबर्दस्ती वसूले जाते हैं.
                              आज दिनांक 14/2/2018 को हमे भी जबरदती टिकिट के साथ coupon दिया गया है, हम consumer forum से निवेदन करते हैं कि इनकी ये जबरन वसूली बंद की जाए |

                                Dear pvr i am very surprized & informing you that as on today movie time 3:30 pm for padmavat movie i booked 3 tickets from pay tm app & when i reached with my family me & my wife & my doughter & 4 years old my son & at entry point they confirmed me that you should purchase your son ticket also but at booking time i was don't know & for that your staff manager also behave very rood & i asked from him where are mention at app for this notification to purchase 4 years old ticket is mandatory but he also check but not found & when i purchased 1 more ticket that was very far from our last seat book... I need your action for that other wise i will go consumer court also...

                                  On 11feb 2018, in phoenix market city - mumbai i had bought a ticket to the movie pad man, screen 3. Seat no: f5. It’s absolutely dissatisfying to have been awarded a broken seat. I have be unable to watch the movie as i could not even switch to another seat as the movie was houseful. It’s a totally disgusting exprerience with the theatre. Ph:no - [protected]

                                    about the policies for baggage counter

                                    We went to pvr in magneto today. We went straight after college to the mall so we have our laptop bags with us. They have baggage counter but did not take any laptop bags and do not allow to take inside. Then we asked where can we keep our bg safe, they said - "ye aapki problem hai". How is having laptop along is our problem. This is the way customers are treated by pvr, or this means we should not watch movies if we have laptop bags and...

                                    Me and my husband booked padmavat 3d movie on feb 3, 2018 seat no. Q9 & q10 time 12.45-3.30 @ pvr 3cs lajapt nagar. For movie 3d glasses were provided which was clearly mentioned as sanitized. However those glasses were infectitous and my husband's eyes got affected. Due to which we have been to doc and took ointment and other medicines costing rs. 800. Medication still going on as left eye has got swollen. He is not able to open his eyes due to heaviness and itchiness. Have taken 2 days leave as well which has caused damage to work.
                                    Kindly look into this matter and compensate us with atleast the damage caused. Would like to hear some response. Email id ([protected]@gmail.com).

                                      Hello team,

                                      I booked a 4Dx show (Jumanji) via 'book my show' website but these guys ran a 3D show just because the house was not full. There is no mention that it is a 3D show and not a 4Dx. It clearly mentions 4Dx (screenshot of the show details attached)
                                      I now feel cheated.

                                      How can I claim refund?

                                      I booked 2 seats.

                                      Show time: 12:55PM

                                      Attached is the ticket copy.

                                      I specially took off from my work for this show, traveled around 10km in a pvt. cab only to be cheated and dissapointed upon reaching.

                                      Please help me claim refund.
