I am from bhilai and i have a complaint that here in pvr bhilai every south indian movie (Malyali, tamil, telgu) are released and the shows are on empty run!! Where as there are many marathis who wait for a marathi movie to release but pvr doesnt even have one show a day. Its my humble request to show marathi releases in bhilai pvr cinemas. Please?

    Yesterday evening me and my friends went to watch padmaavat. We had our laptop bags with us as we had come directly from our office. Considering baggage factor we were asked to deposit it to a 'cmd' counter (I don't know what that means). To us it was a tea shop. So we had to deposit our laptop bags in a tea shop while they charged us 20 rs per bag. A renowned movie hall like pvr lacking a proper baggage counter for it's customers is highly disappointing. I spoke with the manager who said that they did not get permission. I mean if you have a movie hall, having a baggage counter is of prime importance. Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. The movie experience was ofcourse great but the baggage situation was pretty disappointing.

      Hello pvr team,
      I booked 2 tickets online for movie “padmavat’ dated[protected] for 6:30 pm show @ pvr opulent, ghaziabad. I reached the pvr opulent at 06:25 pm along with my wife and my 5-year-old daughter. Your staff stopped me and said you have to buy ticket for child then only you will be allowed otherwise you have to cancel your tickets. I said sorry for this and mentioned that 3 weeks ago i came for a movie in same theatre but at that time you guys didn’t raised any concern and if you have concern then for next time i will take care of it. Your staff was more interested for cancellation of my tickets rather than providing any solution for the same and misbehaved with me and my wife. Then i raised my concern to them why you people are misbehaving with us then they said “har koi 2 ticket lekar chala ayega aur 10 logon ko baitheayega aur bolega meri family hai aur yahi drama karta rahega” and many ruder words.

      I said let’s close this matter and please provide one ticket for my child in same row so we can sit together then they said can’t provide in same row then i said ok give me one ticket of any row and our child will sit with us only then they said no tickets are available and you have to cancel your tickets. I said please find any other way to resolve it then one person said give me your id proof and at that time i had my pan card with me so i give it to them then they refused to accept it and said no pan card is not id proof and you have to cancel your tickets.

      As no any other way left by your team so i have to cancel the ticket and shown them the ticket amount 554.28 (Inclusive convenience fee & gst) and they gave me 500 rs and rudely said “paytm se ticket karwaya hoga to cashback bhi to milega” and i guess it’s none of their business whether customer books the ticket by any method but their body language was very bad and they all surrounded by us like bouncers to almost in a fighting mode and i didn’t wanted to argue with them so i immediately left with my family.

      It was like a nightmare for me & my family and it’s a very bad experience with pvr cinemas. I am very sure about that no action will be taken on those people but we can keep away ourselves and our family/friends to visit such places and can avoid to interact with such kind of staff members of pvr cinemas.

      God bless you guys and give some sense to your staff that how to behave with customer and specially when someone is with their family.

        I regret to inform the authorities that the food hygiene in pvr is poor.
        I found a cockroach on a samoosa in pvr lulu, kochi.
        This is obviously a clear violation of the law.
        Date - 27 jan 2018
        Time - around 10:00 am to 11:00 am
        I need not narrate the entire episode because there a number of cctv cameras inside the premises.
        They didnt even apologise despite the clear violation of the food laws.
        Food safety is one of the key elements that a company should practice. Unfortunately it was violated

          I had booked 5 tickets on 24/12/17 for anjaniputra movie for 3.30 pm show at hubli, karnataka, paying rs718 through my sbi bank account. But i did not get tickets due to some net error. I immediately contacted [protected] who assured to refund within 4/5 days. Many times i have contacted this no and i did not get refund. Then id number was given and it was advised to contact feedback pvrcinemas.com and submit extract of passbook for showing noncreedit of the amount. Two days back i have submitted the same but in vain. I request you to check up with the concerned a and make arrangements for credit of the amount immediately. From-virupaxi goudar, hubli.

            Dear team,

            Me and my wife went for movie ' kaalakandi' 11.20 pm at pvr, city centre, chandigarh. Right from the time the movie started there were 5 boys hooting in abusive language and making it difficult to hear ecen one sentence of the movie. We complained this to the pvr representative standing in the hall. He requested the boys to maintain calm. Seeing their complaint, they started to shout more and more loudly and even tried to harass us. We left the cinema hall and complained to the manager. The manager thiugh did his job nicely and asked the boys to leave the show and gave them a final warning. But by this time, 30 mins if movie were already wasted and we left the show deeming it useless to watch any further. I demabd a refund of inr 280 from pvr.

              Yesterday i have visited pvr icon infinity mall in andheri west mumbai screen 4 seat nos: s12/13. At the food counter someone approached us for being a pvr privilege member for which i agreed. I was sent a sms with a above voucher code. Which that same person came to my seat and took it from me. Subsequently i have received a sms that the above voucher has been applied. Which i am note aware about as i have not applied this voucher. Kindly clarify about the same.

                    Yesterday i visited pvr cinemax in nashik city centre mall, my show time was at 12:25 so i went at the box office counter and asked for a corner seat ticket ticket amount costed 110 each so i had to pay 220 in total he asked for more cash. I asked the reason behind it so he told "combo hai sathme" i asked him is it compulsory he told talk to my manager, i was rushing late for the movie so after that i have to search manager for my complaints, its we ho has to struggle for our complaints, somehow manager meet me and told that guy to give the tickets and he was so busy in his attitude that he tentatively booked the seats to just show that its booked and when i raised the complain the started shouting on me and started to insult me.

                      The price of a pepsi is extravagantly and arbitrarily priced @Rs 220/- in Noida PVR at the Mall of India. An action is desired against such cheating.

                          This is kishore k i had booked 2 tickets on 23th december 2017 from pvr application and i paid 663 from paytm but i dint received the ticket. Then i called customer care and informed about this they told 3days it will be refunded. Today its 26 th december but still it is not refunded. I tried to call the pvr customercare it is also not connected. Kindly look on this and do the needful

                            I tried to book 2 tickets worth rs 518 on 2 nov. Tickets weren't booked but money was debited from my account. Transaction id[protected]
                            Last complaint no with pvr-crm[protected]. I have already wrote as much as 7 or 8 complaints to them. They are saying that reimbursement process has been initiated but its been almost 2 months and my money hasn't been reimbursed yet. I have provided them with my bank statement as they had asked. But now i m fed up witg these guys. Pls help me get back my money

                              On 24th dec we had gone to the cinemas for tiger zinda hai show at 9.55 pm in audi 6 at pvr elante for which we had taken extra effort to book 3 gold seats online in advance. At the hall however, while trailers and commercials were being run a couple entered who had deliberately purchased separately tickets and shockingly were forcing us to give up our seats to them for their own convenience. The woman and her husband started yelling and abusing me and my family making personal comments about our background and all this happened in the presence of about 8 of your staff members all of whom i know very well by face including duty managers. Unfortunately the pvr managers encouraged this chaos which went on for 30 mins holding up the show runtime and the entire chaos was utterly disgusting. To add to your knowledge, this couple was escorted by some ticketing staff who also insanely were defending a wrong cause. If some people have purchased separate tickets knowingly, what audacity they have to force us out of own booked seats and my husband who is senior director with philips netherlands was forced to get up from his seat and move to another one due to incessant arguing from the couple and pvr staff. Have your staff forgotten how to respect public visiting your cinemas (My husband is 47 years and i am 43). They should have thrown out the couple who were creating such nuisance instead they kept providing seats for them here and there. Is this an open seating arrangement at pvr cinemas then why do you all provide seat numbers in the tickets? Anybody can get into your cinemas and behave in disgusting manner to grab other people's seats?

                              I am shocked at this inhuman behaviour of some public visiting pvr elante and some of your own staff including few floor managers who facilitated such harassment and abuse for no fault of ours. I request pvr headquarters to look into how pvr elante is running it's business, harassing people like us who want to enjoy a good movie experience. Except one pvr manager, no body even apologized for this sordid saga which spoilt our christmas eve night mood and we could not enjoy the movie either. I would like to know how pvr would compensate us for this mismanagement and harassment. Now we would think twice about visiting pvr at elante where these kinds o[censored]nscrupulous acts are in process. We have lost our faith on pvr management. We never experienced such an ugly encounter at any other cinemas except pvr elante. I want this issue to be escalated to the top management at pvr headoffice as well. Even they should be aware of what's going on at pvr branches in the country.

                                On 24th dec we had gone to the cinemas for tiger zinda hai show at 9.55 pm in audi 6 at pvr elante for which we had taken extra effort to book 3 gold seats online in advance. At the hall however, while trailers and commercials were being run a couple entered who had deliberately purchased separate tickets and shockingly were forcing us to give up our seats to them for their own convenience. The woman and her husband started yelling and abusing me and my family making personal comments about our background and all this happened in the presence of about 8 of your staff members all of whom i know very well by face including duty managers. Unfortunately the pvr managers encouraged this chaos which went on for 30 mins holding up the show runtime and the entire chaos was utterly disgusting. To add to your knowledge, this couple was escorted by some ticketing staff who also insanely were defending a wrong cause. If some people have purchased separate tickets knowingly, what audacity they have to force us out of own booked seats and my husband who is senior director with philips netherlands was forced to get up from his seat and move to another one due to incessant arguing from the couple and pvr staff. Have your staff forgotten how to respect public visiting your cinemas (My husband is 47 years and i am 43). They should have thrown out the couple who were creating such nuisance instead they kept providing seats for them here and there. Is this an open seating arrangement at pvr cinemas then why do you all provide seat numbers in the tickets? Anybody can get into your cinemas and behave in disgusting manner to grab other people's seats?

                                I am shocked at this inhuman behaviour of some public visiting pvr elante and some of your own staff including few floor managers who facilitated such harassment and abuse for no fault of ours. I request pvr headquarters to look into how pvr elante is running it's business, harassing people like us who want to enjoy a good movie experience. Except one pvr manager, no body even apologized for this sordid saga which spoilt our christmas eve night mood and we could not enjoy the movie either. I would like to know how pvr would compensate us for this mismanagement and harassment. Now we would think twice about visiting pvr at elante where these kinds o[censored]nscrupulous acts are in process. We have lost our faith on pvr management. We never experienced such an ugly encounter at any other cinemas except pvr elante. I want this issue to be escalated to the top management at pvr headoffice as well. Even they should be aware of what's going on at pvr branches in the country.

                                  Pvr cinemas is the one of the worst multiplex i have ever went to watch movie as it plays lot of commercials before the show starts and during the interval as well. You might think it is general scenario in every theatre. But, pvr is different from others and reached another level to play commercials. Let me give you an example.

                                  I watched hello telugu movie in pvr cinemas. The length of the movie is 2 hours 11 min. My supposed to start 4:25 and it started after 25min i. E. 4:50. They played commercials for 25 miins and it the same case during the interval as well. After watching the film, i felt like i went to pvr to watch commercials, in between they shown movie. We are paying more than 200 rupees per ticket. No eatable are allowed. If we buy any snacks inside pvr, it cost more than tickets price and at the end, we are not even getting feeling like we watched movie. Pvr is place to loot money from people for everything.in future, they may charge for even breathing.

                                  My sincere request is to put limit on ads duration/number of ads. Please consider my request.

                                    valuable things are not allowed inside pvr cinemas

                                    I went pvr cinemas hyderabad this friday from my office. So, i had laptop and other valuable things with me. My laptop and other valuable to things were not allowed. Neither i was able to cancel the ticket nor i was allowed to take my laptop. I didnt understand when mobile is allowed why laptop is not allowed?
                                    I was told to put laptop in baggage counter. And i dont wanted to do the same as it is my office laptop and it has lot of confidential...

                                    My name is kaushik ghosh and today i have booked 4 tickets online for amazon obhijan for sunday 24th dec, 2017 from pvr avani kolkata site. My money 1016 got deducted from icici bank but tickets did not generate. I had given my email address as kaushik. [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected]. But tickets did not come neither to my mail nor to my phone.

                                    Please help at the earliest.
