    I make a payment through credit card swipe on 20 August 2017 and that transaction void by merchant side and account was debited then again I made a payment..
    Now transaction cancel and want to charge back the same amount 660 .
    .they ignore and not willing to provide charge back proof.

      ticket confirmation not received even after successful payment

      I booked a justice league ticket on pvr website and paid through phonepe. The transaction was successful but i have not yet received any ticket confirmation email or sms.

      Moreover, the seat i booked is still available for booking!!!
      This is totally unacceptable.

      The show is of tomorrow. What do i do??

      Ordered couple of snacks at pvr cinemas star mall gurgaon
      Chicken sandwiches and hot beverage were as per standards
      But hot dog was pathetic (Stale bread used)
      Being asked uopn the same thing from the customer service representatives at the p t counter, there was no response, infact the feedback was ignored
      Have experienced high quality service from pvr everytime.
      But this one was v disappointing.

        I have booked 3 tickets for thor : ragnarok in pvr cinemas atvinayak allahabad. On june 15-11-17. I request you to cancel those ticket and refund the money to my account. I have tried a lot to cancel the tickets through pvr cinemas.com but i couldn't able to cancel the tickets. I paid 682.80 upees for 3tickets seat no (Prime-r8, r9, r10, audi 02)。my contact no[protected]。

          I had booked 4 tickets for the movie thor on 2nd november. The details of the booking were as follows :
          Movie name : thor
          Show : 11:50 am, acropolis ahmedabad
          Date of show : 4th november
          Issuer bank : hdfc
          Transaction was done through tez app
          Upi transaction id :[protected]

          My money got deducted (Rs 750) but the tickets were not booked and so i requested for a refund for my money. I have complaint 2-3 times so please look into the matter before i put the complaints on some social sites.

          I have seen the movie at the pvr forum sujana mall, the movie has to be start at 10:00 am but It starts at 10.22 too much of ads I feel irritated by this I cannot visit pvr cinemas and in the interval it will be 15 minutes of ads, these ads are spoil the rhythm of the movie.

            I booked movie tickets today around 11:40 am but tickets were not issued. I booked using pv cinemas website. I paid via phonepe app option given on website.             I really don't know how but if I do suicide the reason is mentally harassment and tourchring giving by our cinema manager and HR at CBS pvr
            I hit my head in hall. Had end seats. No space for others to move out. Upon adjusting, since no space, I hit my head on false ceiling. Just for profit from 2 seats safety of customer is being jeopardized. There shouldn't be any seat at that corner. This is in PVR logix Noida. Audi 8 seat J 16, 17.

              At vr mall bengaluru, 10:00 pm show on 5th november of thor rangrok was the worst movie experience i ever had. First of all movie didn't start on time. Then being a 3d movie, it was keep on fluctuating between 2d and 3d (I. E. 3d was getting o[censored]nexpectedly. Whenever 3d was off, right eye of 3d glasses gets completely black resulting in very painful and unpleasant experiece for eyes. I am still wondering we as customers paid around 500 bucks for this irresponsible service! Its a shame to pvr.

              The day before in same location ( Nov 4 2017 Saturday, 1:30 PM Thor Ragnarok, Audi 03, IMAX at PVR in VR Mall Bengaluru ), the screen was flickering every 5 seconds or so for a significant portion of the movie.

              Sometimes it would recover for a while, but after some minutes, the flickering used to start again.

              I travelled all the way from near Cooke town to Whitefield road across the congested KR Puram and Whitefield roads just to get the IMAX experience, but the frequent screen flickering every 5 seconds was disappointing. Instead I should just have walked to Orion East mall which was right next to my home, and watched it there.

              Please stop screening IMAX movies here till the issues are resolved.

                  I booked 5 tickets from PVR cinemas app on 21st Oct 2017. I did payment through PhonePe UPI option. My money got deducted. But didn't received any tickets. Its been 15 days since this incidence but i haven't received my money back yet. I am continuously following up with pvr team but every time they are giving me different excuses. Sometimes they say u never booked nay tickets with us, sometimes they say your account does not exist in pvr app, sometimes they say UPI is our new payment method that is why this is happening. From last 1 week they are telling me that they revert me back on my email but haven't received any mail from them yet.

                  One should not book tickets ever from pvr app. They just know how to mentally harass their customers. Their customer care services are pathetic and replies you back with a proper reason infact blames you with false allegations.

                        I have booked movie ticket for (Black prince) movie on 22 july at pvr mgf metropolitian mall, gurgaon. It was not booked in the first attempt but the amount 614 rs was deducted, in the second attempt the ticket was booked. Ideally, pvr should return the amount of first txn but its been giving excuses that they have not received money from the bank. My bank (Icici) provided me an evidence that the money is forwarded to the merchant for both the txn's.
                        I have been following up with pvr cinemas since last 3 months but no use. I have already given them my bank statement which proved that the amount was deducted from my account.
                        Requesting for you involvement to settle this with pvr.

                          I have paid my 300 rs from tez app for the privilege option on online. The amount was deducted from my bank account and i didn't get the card. It is reporting 404 error i have done it on 28 oct. I have tried to check the site after hours but it is a till error. This is very frustrating that how could some one like you make such a big error. I would expect a response from you a soon as possible.

I have mistakenly booked it on c (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion. Could you please try to cancel or move those tickets to back rows. Still there are nearly 7 empty rows from last. Please help me out with this issue...

                            I booked tickets for golmal 4 at 25th night for 26th morning 10-45 a.m. show at PVR koregao park Nitesh hub pune..my payment are completed but I not received booking confirmation MSG that's why I login my account and check booking history but there is showen MSG " you haven't booked any tickets "

                              I visited pvr cinema @ ‘the pavillion’ in pune on 22nd oct 2017, for the movie ‘secret superstar’ @ 5.15 pm show. I had booked 4 seats p5, p6, p7, p8 costing rs. 2188. Since the beginning of the movie, there was an audio lag. Meaning, first the video appears, and then the audio after a few seconds. Due to this, it was feeling as if the movie has been dubbed. It was very very frustrating to watch this. So when the interval came, i went outside of the auditorium and complained to a staff of pvr. He immediately called someone on his mobile and told me that the issue will be sorted out. I went back in, and the interval was still on. I waited for a few mins. Same issue again, the audio was being heard a few seconds after the video. I again went outside and complained to the staff. Then they came inside the auditorium with me (2 of them) and saw for themselves that there was an audio lag. They said they will rectify it immediately. Now the 2nd part of the movie began, and still, the issue persisted. It persisted till the end of the movie. After the movie was over, i complained again to the staff. Then they sent someone who managed the audio video projections. He came inside the auditorium with me, and then called someone over walkie talkie to start the movie again to see the issue for himself. On seeing it, he agreed that there was a lag, but he said that only i have complained, and no one else. I was shocked at this reply. I told him that even though he can see the lag for himself, how could he make such an irresponsible comment? Is this why i paid 2188? To see a movie of such a pathetic quality? He said sorry. I told him to compensate me. He said he cant. This is why i am complaining here, that if pvr can’t compensate for showing such bad quality, then you are cheats. I will never visit pvr again.

                              All the multiplexes in Bangalore are charging the customers for food like there is no limit. A popcorn will be priced at 250 Rs, Coke at 200 Rs, water bottle at 70 Rs. and the list is unlimited. This should be take seriously.

                                I've come for golmal 4. Movie, show timing 12, auditorium kanpur at south x mall.in pvr. I'd booked last seat which i was told to b available. But i was alloted seat in third row despite d fact i denied for d booking in case o[censored]navailability of last row seat. My time n money went in vain as i wasn't comfortable throughout d movie.                                 I had a very bad experience in One of your multiplex (PVR SINGAPORE MALL, LUCKNOW). On[protected] at (10:00 Am) me and my friend(4 persons) come to PVR Singapore mall to watch THOR ragnarok In 3D, at that moment we know the movie price which is only 143 Rs. for each person, and thats why i only bring 200 Rs. But when we reach ticket window and book 4tickets then they suddenly said Sir u have to buy ADD_oN too we can't provide ticket without Add_on. So that was so disturbing for us for our low budget but thank God my friend hv enough cash that day so we buy 4 tickets at 852 Rs and i give 2000 Rs note. And Then ticket counter staff of PVR said Sir we dont hv changes So pls provide changes of 852 Rs. And we like What!!! . And i told her we dont hv changes too .After 5minute one of there staff person tell there staff give him the tickets and take the Money we will send there rest of the money at the seat and We said that sounds Good. And after few hour your Employee Came to us and Give the changes and bring 4 packets of Anardana of Rs 10 each and said we dont hv changes so we give You Anardana and We said Why We dont want it we need our money why we take Anardana of 10 Rs we dont like Anardana..And you need to hv changes why wouldn't u keep it.. And the employee replay sorry sir but u hv to keep it..and then he give all the packets and leave ..

                                And one thing More In ADD_ON they give us CHIPS of 60 MRP .and taste of that chips is So bad and i don't want taste it again in my life ...

                                So total expense of 1 person is like this:
                                143 tickets + Add_on 60+ 10 Rs
                                (ANARDANA) = 213 Rs.

                                And we buy 4 tickets :
                                213×4= 1148 Rs.

                                And what is the price of the ticket without all these unnecessary expense(waste)

                                143×4= 572

                                We spend more then our budget In "Morning SHOW" which is mentioned below:
                                852-572=280

                                So sir if anyone Read my message so kindly take action against PVR SINGAPORE MALL, LUCKNOW ... Because they ruined our Day...

                                  Mr nitin so called manager had a bad attitude and no knowledge about his duties and responsibilities. Ordered for food and was promised that it will be delivered at the seat. The bill showed audi 5 but very confidently and arrogantly he informed us that he went to audi 4 to deliver but did not find anyone sitting. Money refunded but no regrets of his mistake. This happened to two other families. Please check ur cctv as the bill was taken away by him.

                                    This is really frustrating. I paid rs.300 from my airtel money on 17-oct-17 (Txn id - [protected]). Money debited from airtel bank but pvr app says "something went wrong please try again." this is the message i get as usual for every tab change or a button i click. How do i trust this pathetic app.
                                    Kindly get my privilege card or refund my money asap.
                                    I am determined to escalate this issue at any cost until i get my card or money back.
