I am writing this to put a light on an incident that took place at pvr avani mall, howrah, west bengal. Dated 10/09/2017 when i approached at the counter for tickets for 11:50 am show i was asked to take combo of rs 100 along with each ticket. As i live in kolhapur pvr has provided a great service to us from time to time but all english movies that are running have more hindi shows rather than english shows. Especially horror movies which are more enjoyed in english dont have english shows at convenient timings.

As a horror franchise fan abd from all english movie audiences i ask you to please keep more number of english shows rather than hindi..

I bought the 3 tickets and i paid 480 rupees by card but the amount of the tickets was 150 per ticket total rupees 450 and also give me the 2 packets of anardhana. If i paid by card why i gave 30 rupees extra. That's not good and also i will register complaint in consumer court and they also charging extra to all the people who were came to watch movie. I have booked 2tickets for today's show of movie at pvr cinema, eternity mall thane but as received call from them, that which tickets i have booked that cancelled because technical issue.

I have booked tickets in 200 and rec'd cash back of rs. 100 from paytm also means purchased tickets in just 102 after cancellation they are saying buy tickets in (170 x 2 =340) each and they will allowed me to seat...

I swiped my pvr card for rs.500 yesterday for a show tomorrow at 2:45pm but the staff got issues while swiping the card and he gave a ticket of 21st rather than the next day i. Pvr cinemas pallavaram is blocking internaly all 10 rupees tickets (Which recently got slightly increased around 11 after gst) and not allowing any customers to book tickets online / through counter..in websites tickets shows full hence booked 120 rupees and watched the same show. Surprised by seeing all the 10rupees tickets where empty and it's very evident that pvr is doing to increase their business by cheating the law....

In the last two movies that I saw in PVR (Citi Mall, Andheri and Oberoi, Goregoan) started 30 mins late and intervals were around 15 mins. When I am paying Rs. 350 + online booking charges why do I have to wait for movie to start 30 minutes late and filled with ads which are irrelevant and annoying. I have booked one ticket for toilet ek prem katha. I wanted that ticket for saturday but by mistake it got booked for friday. I called customer care regarding this issue, they said its not possible. Today i bought 9 tickets of movie vekh baraatan challiyan (8.10 pm) at silver arc mall pvr cinemas. 1 ticket is for 115 rs. So i bought 9 ticket then it should be 1035 rs as per calculation. But they charge 1040 rs from my card. When i ask the reason they told me 5 rupees for charity. I want to clear this the charity is my own wish no one can compel us for this. Can u give a satisfied answer for this?...

I have got a movie gift card, which got expired unutilized as there were no movie of my interest recently which i could enjoy.

Today when i was planning to book movie ticket i came to know that the card got expired.

This is regarding amount rs. 360 debited at edc machine of your pvr nitesh hub koregaon park pune but tickets were not booked. We went to watch movie mom on 16th july 2017. I had given my debit card to book 2 movie tickets but amount get debited and our movie tickets were not booked. Yesterday i have booked three tickets for mubarkan for the show at 8.50pm. I recently viewed the movie dunkirk on 22nd july, 2017 at pvr phoenix marketcity, bangalore. 15 mins after the intermission, the screen went black with only the audio playing. It continued this way for 5 mins before someone finally paused the movie. Then they played the movie from a scene even 5 mins later and then paused it again. Then they rewinded, and started the movie from 5 mins earlier before the screen went black. Then they again...

For the price that pvr charges, it does not provide fair quantity and quality. They advertise doritos nachos, which retail for 100/- a packet and sell it for 230/- without the condiments (Which cost 10/- x2 more). Besides that, a glass of 750ml soft drink retails for 40/-, they are charging 220/-. As a combo they charge 315/- for a 160/- at retail item which isn't correct. Pvr has been lacking in their cleanliness of theaters, maintenance...
