I was trying to book my tickets on the pvr cinema app on the date 30th october 2017 that was monday, at 11:00 p. M show in pvr sangam south delhi. The transaction has been made from my account of 298 rupees (I had applied a star code) but the tickets were not generated and nor i have received any message from the pvr. I have complained twice already. Also the customer care number is busy since i have been trying in last 2 days.
I want to get my amount back in my account as soon as possible.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

    I have booked movie ticket for (Black prince) movie on 22 july at pvr mgf metropolitian mall, gurgaon. It was not booked in the first attempt but the amount 614 rs was deducted, in the second attempt the ticket was booked. Ideally, pvr should return the amount of first txn but its been giving excuses that they have not received money from the bank. My bank (Icici) provided me an evidence that the money is forwarded to the merchant for both the txn's.
    I have been following up with pvr cinemas since last 3 months but no use. I have already given them my bank statement which proved that the amount was deducted from my account.
    Requesting for you involvement to settle this with pvr.

      I have paid my 300 rs from tez app for the privilege option on online. The amount was deducted from my bank account and i didn't get the card. It is reporting 404 error i have done it on 28 oct. I have tried to check the site after hours but it is a till error. This is very frustrating that how could some one like you make such a big error. I would expect a response from you a soon as possible.

        movie tickets cancellation

        Hi team,

        I tried to book 8 tickets for 28 oct 2017 at velachery pvr. I have mistakenly booked it on c (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion. Could you please try to cancel or move those tickets to back rows. Still there are nearly 7 empty rows from last. Please help me out with this issue...

        I booked tickets for golmal 4 at 25th night for 26th morning 10-45 a.m. show at PVR koregao park Nitesh hub pune..my payment are completed but I not received booking confirmation MSG that's why I login my account and check booking history but there is showen MSG " you haven't booked any tickets "
        And also in theatre map not showen booked tickets on that no. K7_ k8...when payment are completed.

          I visited pvr cinema @ ‘the pavillion’ in pune on 22nd oct 2017, for the movie ‘secret superstar’ @ 5.15 pm show. I had booked 4 seats p5, p6, p7, p8 costing rs. 2188. Since the beginning of the movie, there was an audio lag. Meaning, first the video appears, and then the audio after a few seconds. Due to this, it was feeling as if the movie has been dubbed. It was very very frustrating to watch this. So when the interval came, i went outside of the auditorium and complained to a staff of pvr. He immediately called someone on his mobile and told me that the issue will be sorted out. I went back in, and the interval was still on. I waited for a few mins. Same issue again, the audio was being heard a few seconds after the video. I again went outside and complained to the staff. Then they came inside the auditorium with me (2 of them) and saw for themselves that there was an audio lag. They said they will rectify it immediately. Now the 2nd part of the movie began, and still, the issue persisted. It persisted till the end of the movie. After the movie was over, i complained again to the staff. Then they sent someone who managed the audio video projections. He came inside the auditorium with me, and then called someone over walkie talkie to start the movie again to see the issue for himself. On seeing it, he agreed that there was a lag, but he said that only i have complained, and no one else. I was shocked at this reply. I told him that even though he can see the lag for himself, how could he make such an irresponsible comment? Is this why i paid 2188? To see a movie of such a pathetic quality? He said sorry. I told him to compensate me. He said he cant. This is why i am complaining here, that if pvr can’t compensate for showing such bad quality, then you are cheats. I will never visit pvr again.

          All the multiplexes in Bangalore are charging the customers for food like there is no limit. A popcorn will be priced at 250 Rs, Coke at 200 Rs, water bottle at 70 Rs. and the list is unlimited. This should be take seriously.

            Hello,
            I had a very bad experience in One of your multiplex (PVR SINGAPORE MALL, LUCKNOW). On[protected] at (10:00 Am) me and my friend(4 persons) come to PVR Singapore mall to watch THOR ragnarok In 3D, at that moment we know the movie price which is only 143 Rs. for each person, and thats why i only bring 200 Rs. But when we reach ticket window and book 4tickets then they suddenly said Sir u have to buy ADD_oN too we can't provide ticket without Add_on. So that was so disturbing for us for our low budget but thank God my friend hv enough cash that day so we buy 4 tickets at 852 Rs and i give 2000 Rs note. And Then ticket counter staff of PVR said Sir we dont hv changes So pls provide changes of 852 Rs. And we like What!!! . And i told her we dont hv changes too .After 5minute one of there staff person tell there staff give him the tickets and take the Money we will send there rest of the money at the seat and We said that sounds Good. And after few hour your Employee Came to us and Give the changes and bring 4 packets of Anardana of Rs 10 each and said we dont hv changes so we give You Anardana and We said Why We dont want it we need our money why we take Anardana of 10 Rs we dont like Anardana..And you need to hv changes why wouldn't u keep it.. And the employee replay sorry sir but u hv to keep it..and then he give all the packets and leave ..

            And one thing More In ADD_ON they give us CHIPS of 60 MRP .and taste of that chips is So bad and i don't want taste it again in my life ...

            So total expense of 1 person is like this:
            143 tickets + Add_on 60+ 10 Rs
            (ANARDANA) = 213 Rs.

            And we buy 4 tickets :
            213×4= 1148 Rs.

            And what is the price of the ticket without all these unnecessary expense(waste)

            143×4= 572

            We spend more then our budget In "Morning SHOW" which is mentioned below:
            852-572=280

            So sir if anyone Read my message so kindly take action against PVR SINGAPORE MALL, LUCKNOW ... Because they ruined our Day...

              Mr nitin so called manager had a bad attitude and no knowledge about his duties and responsibilities. Ordered for food and was promised that it will be delivered at the seat. The bill showed audi 5 but very confidently and arrogantly he informed us that he went to audi 4 to deliver but did not find anyone sitting. Money refunded but no regrets of his mistake. This happened to two other families. Please check ur cctv as the bill was taken away by him.

                This is really frustrating. I paid rs.300 from my airtel money on 17-oct-17 (Txn id - [protected]). Money debited from airtel bank but pvr app says "something went wrong please try again." this is the message i get as usual for every tab change or a button i click. How do i trust this pathetic app.
                Kindly get my privilege card or refund my money asap.
                I am determined to escalate this issue at any cost until i get my card or money back.

We got a deduction message from bank, but in the website it showed the transaction was unsuccessful your payment is still in progress. We didn't get any confirmation mail.                     I booked a ticket via tez app in inorbit mall pune at pvr website but booking was not confirmed and when i asked a person on the counter at pvr i was told that the ticket was not confirmed and another person has blocked it. Then i had to purchase another ticket on the spot again.. Also money got deducted from my account and didnt get refund till now.. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided to me and when i asked the person on the counter at pvr, she told me that money will be refunded to me within 24 hrs but i didnt get the money..

                      I bought 5tickets on 19oct 2017 for movie secret superstar on 20oct 2017 on my mother's birthday. Now on reaching to seats nobody told us that show has been cancelled and other viewers told us to leave the seats which is very embracing. No responsible person came up. On checking with authority we found that the show has been rescheduled at 4:30pm and they were least bothered to locate us and clear us about the changes. Today on mother's birthday pvr has spoiled the mood totally and there is no one here to attend us. Very sad that with such attitude of pvr, people like us are choosing pvr for entertainment.                           This is regarding booking id wrfbsmg at pvr priya, delhi. Would like to lodge a complaint regarding not informing to the customer about the cancellation of the movie shows.

                          On10th of october was my birthday and we booked a movie ticket of 2:45 show but when we reached hall, the pvr priya manager said us that 2:45 show has been cancelled. I was very surprised because don't you have any courtesy to informed the customer about the cancellation of the show. So that customer can make his plan accordingly. I came here with my wife to watch 2:45 pm show but it was a very awkward situation when we found show has been cancelled.

                          Is this the professionalism of pvr cinema?? Keep your feet in my shoes then you will feel that awkward situation i have been through, where u feel helpless.

                          Moreover, still, refund of that cancelled movie tickets has not been received so far.

                            There is very high and the unfair price of the snacks available in the theater premises of the pvr cinemas. The popcorn, cold drink rates are very high and unfair. No doubt the price of the tickets of the movie are reduce by the goverment but they are looting the consumer by selling them costlier snacks in their premises. So please check out about the problem.

                              We went to pvr velachery on 29th sept 2017 3:30 pm show (Movi: spider). We went with 3 kids in the age of 1.5yrs, 3.5 yrs and 4.5 yrs. So we took, water bottle and some baby food. Even after we informed its contain only baby food, without some sense they ask us to open the box and show. Yes, we did too.
                              But still they argue with us to not take it and only biscuits only will be allowed inside. If only biscuits are...

                              I booked 2 tickects on 03.10.2017 for movie judwa 2 timing 3.10 pm . due to some important work i am unable toh watch this show. so i want to refund my amount.

                                Hi team,

                                I am deeply pained by the preposterous activities of your movie hall cleaning staff who hardly have any care for the patronage and resorted to the acts of treachery and theft. These are not baseless claims and you should also appreciate it once you go through the case facts as mentioned below:

                                Movie: newton, time: 8:30pm, audi: 4
                                Just at the ending of the movie, as we were leaving premises, i realised that i have left my wallet. We were sitting in c1, 2, 3 and were of the last ones to leave the hall. Hence, question of any other customer taking it can be ruled out. And i reentered the audi before any other patron had put their foot inside the audi. Hence, the only people who could have had access to it were the hall cleaning staff.
                                Now, the question, how i am so sure that my wallet was left in the hall only and nowhere else. I had pursued your staff to let me see the video footage (Which clearly shows me putting the wallet well tucked in the pockets as i am entering the audi) just to make sure that no one questions my wallet being left in the seat.

                                Now, why now and not create the ruckus at the hall premises. Because my wallet had plenty of important documents which were useful only to me and i didnt want to miss that. Now, just after 18 hours of the scene, i received a phone call from a stranger telling me the whereabouts of my wallets with the documents in tact and no money. It was important for me to secure them at the least.

                                My wallet had inr 6, 500 (Approx) which got stolen in the process. After the entire episode, i have only lost few notes. However, pvr is the biggest loser which is losing its fame on these minor episodes of infractions and losing patron support. And this in not a standalone incident, similar incidents have happened three more times in my network in the span of last 4 months.

                                I certainly would like you to take a deep dive into the case and ensure the patron safety and their belongings.

                                It is my sincerest request to kindly speed up the investigation and bring this issue to a full conclusion. And show us if you actually meant the words you had written in the previous mails.

                                Also, he is not working in isolation and has other accomplices inside PVR for the same.

                                After giving the above message to PVR there reaction to the case was abysmal. They are trying to contact the person via phone instead of searching their own database of cleaning staff and their lack of intent to resolve the case has resulted in almost destruction of the evidence. It is my last request to PVR to take this case seriously or face punitive actions, because now I have 100% proof of that the culprits are with the PVR team and are still serving the company.
                                I booked my ticket using PVR website and they said me that the ticket is sent to my email id byut when i am checking my inbox i haven't received any ticket and when tried contacting their customer care the call never went answer.

                                I booked 3 tickets executive class at pvr curo mall Jalandhar for a show at 8:30 pm.. the movie started at 8:45 pm and finished at 10:00pm to my surprise whereas actual movie duration is 2hours 23 minutes.. it is clear cheating.. I want my money to be refunded..
                                The amount of Rs.776 has been withdrawn but we didn't get any message regarding confirmation of the movie tickets in pvr cinemas Chennai

                                  Dear team,

                                  I along with my family and friends have been regularly visiting pvr cinemas at different locations like raipur, indore, but recently i have shifted to ujjain and have faced numerous service related issues at ujjain pvr, treasure mall.

                                  I have seen good services at other areas and hence very much disappointed by the services here: like
                                  1. The movie never starts on time maximum 20 mins delay is observed in every movie and even the customers are not allowed to move inside the audi and are made to wait in the lobby even after the prescribed show time. For ex. If the movie is to start at 2pm, the customers are made to wait in the lobby only till 2:15.
                                  2. Only popcorn and cold drinks are available and when asked for some different snacks like nachos and momos, the staff deny after discussing infront of me that who will make it and then they deny us, all the time.
                                  3. The chairs of the audi are broken a d the screen is also very blurred in 3d movies.
                                  4. And even after making online booking still we have to stand in the cue to take the tickets and then made to entry, then why are we paying the convenience charges in online booking when we have to stand in the cue for 20 minutes.
                                  5. Today i interacted with mr. Sanjay singh, staff of pvr, and he interacted very rudely on my enquiry for my 3 years daughter that can i take her to the movie kingston, i understand the terms but there is a way of communication but he misbehaved.
                                  6. All the staff services and behaviour is not at all as per the standards of pvr.
                                  I also belong to a service industry and i very well understand managing the same, but next time when i visit and if the same things are repeated then i shall go to consumer court and also will highlight all the issues of pvr ujjain, treasure mall in all the social sites, if these issues are not taking seriously and strict actions are not taken, then these may result in great fall back of pvr ujjain. As, its not only its my story, but i have heard many disappointed customers in the counters of pvr facing the same issue, but very few go to compliant.

                                  I do hereby wish to draw your kind attention towards fact that the composition (music) has been changed with that of original national anthem of India while I went to see movie in PVR Diamond Plaza.
                                  Kindly play the National Anthem in its original composition further as it is our national glory.

                                    Never order popcorn online. Customers normally dont pay much attention that the only popcorn available through their app is salted and buy it along with tickets.

                                    There is no option to change to caramel or cheese or even mixed if you bought online (Even if you are ready to pay extra) the people on counter are so arrogant and looking at you like enemies when you bought online. (The way they look at you is go get *ed up. Who asked you to buy online from pvr website or app?)

                                    I had thrown 2 large popcorns on waste bin as a 100% dissatisfied customer.
