Hi,

We went to pvr velachery on 29th sept 2017 3:30 pm show (Movi: spider). We went with 3 kids in the age of 1.5yrs, 3.5 yrs and 4.5 yrs. So we took, water bottle and some baby food. Even after we informed its contain only baby food, without some sense they ask us to open the box and show. Yes, we did too.
But still they argue with us to not take it and only biscuits only will be allowed inside. If only biscuits are...

Due to imergency i am unable to watch judwa 2 movie today show at 3.10 pm. So kindly refund my amount... Suddenly i have to go lucknow for some important work.. So i am not able to reach at movie place. So i request u for refunding my movie ticket amount.. Thanku hope u will understand... This is genuine reason sir.. I am not there today so please accept my request. Nothing more to say just want toh say that i am unable to watch this movie show..... I will see this movie later but today it is not possible... So plz understand my words.. Thank you

I booked 2 tickects on 03.10.2017 for movie judwa 2 timing 3.10 pm . due to some important work i am unable toh watch this show. so i want to refund my amount.

    Hi team,

    I am deeply pained by the preposterous activities of your movie hall cleaning staff who hardly have any care for the patronage and resorted to the acts of treachery and theft. These are not baseless claims and you should also appreciate it once you go through the case facts as mentioned below:

    Movie: newton, time: 8:30pm, audi: 4
    Just at the ending of the movie, as we were leaving premises, i realised that i have left my wallet. We were sitting in c1, 2, 3 and were of the last ones to leave the hall. Hence, question of any other customer taking it can be ruled out. And i reentered the audi before any other patron had put their foot inside the audi. Hence, the only people who could have had access to it were the hall cleaning staff.
    Now, the question, how i am so sure that my wallet was left in the hall only and nowhere else. I had pursued your staff to let me see the video footage (Which clearly shows me putting the wallet well tucked in the pockets as i am entering the audi) just to make sure that no one questions my wallet being left in the seat.

    Now, why now and not create the ruckus at the hall premises. Because my wallet had plenty of important documents which were useful only to me and i didnt want to miss that. Now, just after 18 hours of the scene, i received a phone call from a stranger telling me the whereabouts of my wallets with the documents in tact and no money. It was important for me to secure them at the least.

    My wallet had inr 6, 500 (Approx) which got stolen in the process. After the entire episode, i have only lost few notes. However, pvr is the biggest loser which is losing its fame on these minor episodes of infractions and losing patron support. And this in not a standalone incident, similar incidents have happened three more times in my network in the span of last 4 months.

    I certainly would like you to take a deep dive into the case and ensure the patron safety and their belongings.

    The guy who handed over me the wallet is a cleaning staff working inside PVR Avani. I have proof regarding the same.

    It is my sincerest request to kindly speed up the investigation and bring this issue to a full conclusion. And show us if you actually meant the words you had written in the previous mails.

    Also, he is not working in isolation and has other accomplices inside PVR for the same.

    Everything is already notified to Ankit Paliwal[protected].
    The cleaning staff details are:

    After giving the above message to PVR there reaction to the case was abysmal. They are trying to contact the person via phone instead of searching their own database of cleaning staff and their lack of intent to resolve the case has resulted in almost destruction of the evidence. It is my last request to PVR to take this case seriously or face punitive actions, because now I have 100% proof of that the culprits are with the PVR team and are still serving the company.
    I booked my ticket using PVR website and they said me that the ticket is sent to my email id byut when i am checking my inbox i haven't received any ticket and when tried contacting their customer care the call never went answer.

    I booked 3 tickets executive class at pvr curo mall Jalandhar for a show at 8:30 pm.. the movie started at 8:45 pm and finished at 10:00pm to my surprise whereas actual movie duration is 2hours 23 minutes.. it is clear cheating.. I want my money to be refunded..
    The amount of Rs.776 has been withdrawn but we didn't get any message regarding confirmation of the movie tickets in pvr cinemas Chennai

      Dear team,

      I along with my family and friends have been regularly visiting pvr cinemas at different locations like raipur, indore, but recently i have shifted to ujjain and have faced numerous service related issues at ujjain pvr, treasure mall.

      I have seen good services at other areas and hence very much disappointed by the services here: like
      1. The movie never starts on time maximum 20 mins delay is observed in every movie and even the customers are not allowed to move inside the audi and are made to wait in the lobby even after the prescribed show time. For ex. If the movie is to start at 2pm, the customers are made to wait in the lobby only till 2:15.
      2. Only popcorn and cold drinks are available and when asked for some different snacks like nachos and momos, the staff deny after discussing infront of me that who will make it and then they deny us, all the time.
      3. The chairs of the audi are broken a d the screen is also very blurred in 3d movies.
      4. And even after making online booking still we have to stand in the cue to take the tickets and then made to entry, then why are we paying the convenience charges in online booking when we have to stand in the cue for 20 minutes.
      5. Today i interacted with mr. Sanjay singh, staff of pvr, and he interacted very rudely on my enquiry for my 3 years daughter that can i take her to the movie kingston, i understand the terms but there is a way of communication but he misbehaved.
      6. All the staff services and behaviour is not at all as per the standards of pvr.
      I also belong to a service industry and i very well understand managing the same, but next time when i visit and if the same things are repeated then i shall go to consumer court and also will highlight all the issues of pvr ujjain, treasure mall in all the social sites, if these issues are not taking seriously and strict actions are not taken, then these may result in great fall back of pvr ujjain. As, its not only its my story, but i have heard many disappointed customers in the counters of pvr facing the same issue, but very few go to compliant.

      I do hereby wish to draw your kind attention towards fact that the composition (music) has been changed with that of original national anthem of India while I went to see movie in PVR Diamond Plaza.
      Kindly play the National Anthem in its original composition further as it is our national glory.

        Never order popcorn online. Customers normally dont pay much attention that the only popcorn available through their app is salted and buy it along with tickets.

        There is no option to change to caramel or cheese or even mixed if you bought online (Even if you are ready to pay extra) the people on counter are so arrogant and looking at you like enemies when you bought online. (The way they look at you is go get *ed up. Who asked you to buy online from pvr website or app?)

        I had thrown 2 large popcorns on waste bin as a 100% dissatisfied customer.

          It's been an annoying experience over several months. The problem with pvr's online payment gateway. Lat friday i was booking online again, and the money was debited without tickets being booked. Calling the customer care, they mentioned the issue is with network, but totally not willing to undetsand it's their gateway. I tried booking online today also. I have been debited twice, without any tickets being booked again. It's horrendous online and not pvr has blocked my money with themselves/ 3rd time, still no refund, which will take their own time. It's absolutely inconvinient and with no support/no email of non-confirmation of booking etc.

          I went to PVR Acropolis yesterday and ordered popcorn combo before the start of the movie. But to my the quality of popcorn and coke was bad. In a multiplex like PVR I don't expect such quality especially when you pay a bomb for snacks and what you get is substandard quality food.

            Transaction ref no. :[protected] and[protected]/ sep/2017).

            I refer to my debit card transaction processed at citi mall pvr andheri west dated 5th sepentember 2017. I ordered for 3 coffee and 2 iced teas total amount rs. 1000 (Inr one thousand only). The card was once swiped by no printed receipt was issued by pos machince, hence the counter boy swiped the card again and this time receipt was pritned. However i got message from my kotak bank app that i have been debited twice. The transaction ref no.:[protected] and[protected]. I notified this to the counter boy, he said it will be refunded. So i waited for a day and filed a chargeback complaint in kotak bank, the bank informed me that both the transactions are claimed by pvr and hence no refund was generated. You are hereby notified to check the services rendered against the two payments recevied from my debit card on 5th sep and refund one transaction amount i. E. Rs. 1000 to me on immediate basis. I have been instructed by the bank if i dont get my amount back from pvr then i shall file a chargeback to kotak. Hence your immediate action will save my time and energy.

              Hi. This is about my experience with pvr cinemas in dehra dun. I am a regular visitor at pvr but last three times i face the same problem in different audi's they just switch off the ac after half an hour making breathing impossible. Just imagine so many people sitting together without ac its almost suffocating. Every time i had to request to the manager to switch it on. They should maintain the temprature, always the answer is somebody must had feeling cold. You should make an advisory that those feeling cold should carry a shawl or a blanket. Why should everybody suffer for any one person or you are saving the electricity bill. Just learn from railway they strictly maintain the temprature of the ac coach. Please do something about it.

                I am writing this to put a light on an incident that took place at pvr avani mall, howrah, west bengal. Dated 10/09/2017 when i approached at the counter for tickets for 11:50 am show i was asked to take combo of rs 100 along with each ticket. When i refused for the combos the counter lady said that it is mandatory to take these combos before 12 pm. I immediately called the customer care service of pvr cinemas where the executive over the phone said that it's not true and had a chat with the manager from my cellphone and agreed to provide me tickets without combo. My question is, is it really mandatory to take meal combos before 12 pm? I don't think it is. Then why are the customer harassed. This in adverse will ruin the reputation and good will of pvr cinemas which is not good. Please look into this matter and resolve it otherwise we will have to opt for other multiplexes. You know better how the competition is.

                  As i live in kolhapur pvr has provided a great service to us from time to time but all english movies that are running have more hindi shows rather than english shows. Especially horror movies which are more enjoyed in english dont have english shows at convenient timings.

                  As a horror franchise fan abd from all english movie audiences i ask you to please keep more number of english shows rather than hindi..

                  All the fun is sucked out by watching a hindi dubbed horror film...

                  I wanted to buy 3 tickets for rs 90 each. The counter lady told only tickets of 190 are available. And she gave rs 100 food coupons which was not required. I got cheated for rs 300 by PVR. I could have bought for rs 270 but end up spending rs 570

                    Hi,

                    I bought the 3 tickets and i paid 480 rupees by card but the amount of the tickets was 150 per ticket total rupees 450 and also give me the 2 packets of anardhana. If i paid by card why i gave 30 rupees extra. That's not good and also i will register complaint in consumer court and they also charging extra to all the people who were came to watch movie. Receptionists are also misbehaving with the customers. Is that ur policy.

                    Please expidiate.

                    This is disgusting. How can PVR charge rupees 50 for 500 ml water? Are these water bottles from Mars?

                    Government should take proper action against them who charge so high for water.

                      I have booked 2tickets for today's show of movie at pvr cinema, eternity mall thane but as received call from them, that which tickets i have booked that cancelled because technical issue.

                      I have booked tickets in 200 and rec'd cash back of rs. 100 from paytm also means purchased tickets in just 102 after cancellation they are saying buy tickets in (170 x 2 =340) each and they will allowed me to seat on red lounge. As they promised will get refund but i have gifted these tickets to my brother and this happened with me how insulting is this.

                      PLATINUM-RS. 320 SILVER-RS. 300 . As per Govt of karanataka movie charge s around 250rs. Why Movie malls are charging more.

                        I have gone to watch a movie anabelle in inorbit mall pune for night 11.00 p. M show. There was some group o[censored]nsocialised people in the crowd, they keep on shouting and continuously passing on vulgar comments. It was not at all exceptable. I inform about the same to the management but they r bussy in eating there food and i also told them that many o[censored]s come with our family to enjoy the movie. It was totaly a waste of time and money. It was like i paid for getting torchered by someone. I realy want an action on this by pvr management and also want my money refunded.

                          I swiped my pvr card for rs.500 yesterday for a show tomorrow at 2:45pm but the staff got issues while swiping the card and he gave a ticket of 21st rather than the next day i. E. 22nd august which we understood later while we got seated and people started coming and we were asked to leave as it was a ticket for 21st and we too didn't know about it although i asked for a ticket for 22nd. When i had a conversation with the staffs they completely ignored their mistake and now they want us to attend another show tomorrow but different seat will be allotted.
                          I paid for a seat and i will be now allotted different seat which makes no sense when mistake has happened from their side not mine, it doesn't mean i will be given the first row seats even after paying for the other row backwards.

                            Pvr cinemas pallavaram is blocking internaly all 10 rupees tickets (Which recently got slightly increased around 11 after gst) and not allowing any customers to book tickets online / through counter..in websites tickets shows full hence booked 120 rupees and watched the same show. Surprised by seeing all the 10rupees tickets where empty and it's very evident that pvr is doing to increase their business by cheating the law.
                            PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I watched VIP-2 in Pallavaram PVR. Unchanged scenario Rs.10 Seats are free, but I watched in Rs.153 Seats.
                            I hope Still they are blocking the Rs.10 tickets Purposely. This is Violation of Law.

I had booked 4 tickets today in the www.pvrcinemas.com. in this website i had booked to a movie neyney raju neyney manthri at the 1.35pm show time. But when the time of booking they had taken money from my credit card. But i didnt recive any tickets from them. What i have to do now show is going to start. Now how i have to cancel the tickets. How can i get refunded. So, please give some solution.

                                In the last two movies that I saw in PVR (Citi Mall, Andheri and Oberoi, Goregoan) started 30 mins late and intervals were around 15 mins. When I am paying Rs. 350 + online booking charges why do I have to wait for movie to start 30 minutes late and filled with ads which are irrelevant and annoying. Move (Toilet) which was suppose to start at 3:30 PM starts at 4:02 PM and ends at 6:50 PM (which includes interval) - This was 2:35 minutes movie and thanks to all advertisements you guys included took 3 hours 20 minutes!!!

                                You are waiting my time and forcing me to watch some content that I am not interested and also charging me for me!!!

                                Yesterday i went movie pvr elements mall.I kept my headset in my bag. They collected my bag before movie. While getting bag no headser there.
                                You could not keep luckages safe . Otherwise Why you people collecting all...
                                Your​ employees only theft my headset...
                                I never expected this kind of [censored] in PVR...

I called customer care regarding this issue, they said its not possible. So it would be better if you could provide ticket rescheduling facility . I just wanted rescheduling. I dont want refund. Manager and staff is very arrogant... Pls do the needful... My number [protected].. This is happening every time... U people charge so much but don't provide d service...
