Dear team,
Today i bought 9 tickets of movie vekh baraatan challiyan (8.10 pm) at silver arc mall pvr cinemas. 1 ticket is for 115 rs. So i bought 9 ticket then it should be 1035 rs as per calculation. But they charge 1040 rs from my card. When i ask the reason they told me 5 rupees for charity. I want to clear this the charity is my own wish no one can compel us for this. Can u give a satisfied answer for this?

      This is regarding amount rs. 360 debited at edc machine of your pvr nitesh hub koregaon park pune but tickets were not booked. We went to watch movie mom on 16th july 2017. I had given my debit card to book 2 movie tickets but amount get debited and our movie tickets were not booked. Then your counter staff said amount will get auto refunded into your account by 7days and ask me to pay through cash as they said may be their edc machine will again not work then we had given cash and book tickets. So please refund the same amount as soon as possible. It has already been 15 days since the txn done.

        Hiiiì sir myself niraj mishra i was working in ur company as esp in lowerparel phoenix mall property i joined pvr on 12th of july i got my punching chronus id on 19th of july due to my mistake i forgetted to note down the id during a out time when i was putting id it was showing some one else id i informed to hr mayuri mam by msg as she was not thr in the office know she is saying that ur payment will not be process only 3 days of ojt training pay will be processed and rest of the payment will not be given. She terminated me on 25 july and she is saying that join from 1st august, when i called her today she is saying i will let u know and all... Sir i am in trouble i need my pay... I request u to take guide of this...

          Yesterday i have booked three tickets for mubarkan for the show at 8.50pm. All the payment procedures were over but i did not received the ticket confirmation text on my mobile number and when i enquired at the ticket counter they said no tickets were booked by me and at the same time my bank account was saying that cash has been transacted to pvr cinemas. They sent me an email on the id i have provided with the password but no confirmation mail. They said team is actively working at this technical issue.

          It is humble request to refund my money as soon as possible.

            Nachos bill no.[protected]/7/2017) was an absolute spoiler. When i ordered i specifically asked to change the dips with fresh ones but the person again served me with cold dips. I understand the same is fresh but the taste of dips at room temperature and cold is absolutely different. So after 3 -4 nachos i left it back at the counter because didn't want to waste food. Although they offered me new when i complained to the manger but result was i come to enjoy my saturday and went home with a spoiled mood.
            Everything cannot be replaced by refund or replacement. You spoil someones evening and then want to give an experience to remember. Please sensitize your staff that everyone has different taste buds and when someone asks for fresh either refuse or change at the same moment.

              I recently viewed the movie dunkirk on 22nd july, 2017 at pvr phoenix marketcity, bangalore. 15 mins after the intermission, the screen went black with only the audio playing. It continued this way for 5 mins before someone finally paused the movie. Then they played the movie from a scene even 5 mins later and then paused it again. Then they rewinded, and started the movie from 5 mins earlier before the screen went black. Then they again paused it, and started it from the intermission. This completely ruined the experience of a movie which was otherwise absolutely incredible. It is a shame that pvr cinemas charges so highly for a movie (I paid rs314 for this movie), despite the law capping the ticket price at rs200, and then performs like this.
              Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service.

                For the price that pvr charges, it does not provide fair quantity and quality. They advertise doritos nachos, which retail for 100/- a packet and sell it for 230/- without the condiments (Which cost 10/- x2 more). Besides that, a glass of 750ml soft drink retails for 40/-, they are charging 220/-. As a combo they charge 315/- for a 160/- at retail item which isn't correct. Pvr has been lacking in their cleanliness of theaters, maintenance of 3d glasses and the quality of the screens. If they are to charge so much, their other services should not suffer. As a customer, i am just expecting a fair service for my payment.

After that i have reached pvr mgf center and told bag collecter person my story and asked him to return...

                  Booked for 1 pm show at pvr cinemas lulu for drunkrik movie.. Show still not started at 1.45 pm.. Authorities claiming that some motor/technical issues..

                  Customers movie plan/time are getting irregular and this is not good for a multiplex like pvr..

                  Hope i can enjoy the movie at least from 2 pm onwards..

                  They could have change the showtime online or at counter.. So that customers can plan accordingly..

                    Pvr cinemas management blocking mrp 11.8/ tickets, not releasing the same, seats are vacant at movie hall.

                    When we enquire the same to ticket reception they are telling the same will be issuing only on online and timing is 11.30 pm, but they are not issuing i tried many time.

                    This is very bad when tickets are availble they should unlock the same. This is very unethical.

                    Wrong date has been selected and asked for cancellation but the service representative was very rude and told cannot cancel.. this is like looting money from the public.. human errors happen and if we cant cancel or reschedule this is totally cheating customers.
                    Ac is not working at PVR at crown plaza. I have complained to the floor incharge but nothing has happened so far. It's sort basic service is not expected at all.

                      On the website, it's showing that the movie - jab we met is re-releasing on 23rd july 2017. While booking the tickets online, it's showing technical error. Upon calling the customer service, they are telling that movie is not released at all. It's an old movie. First of all they don't know which movie is releasing and which movie is re-releasing and secondly they they tell me - mam in india, movie releases on saturday and sunday. They are there sitting for customer services and they don't have proper information regarding the movies. Please take some proper action. So many times i have called, either they put my call on hold for 10 mins or asks me to try book simultaneously telling me that the movie is not showing on the site.

                        The incident took place on the 8th of july 2017. I went to see the movie "mom" with my family having booked the tickets via bookmyshow. However when i was booking the tickets on the 7th and browsing seat options, by mistake i forgot to change the date and my tickets got booked for the default date i. E. The 7th where i wanted to book them for the 8th. Not knowing this at that time i went for the movie on the 8th and the security at the pvr entry saw our mobile booking and allowed us inside. When we saw our seats being occupied by some other people we asked them politely to move but thats when we came to know that we had the previous day's tickets. As soon as we realised this we immediately informed the ticket checker and seeing that there were ample empty seats in the theatre we requested the ticket checker to speak to the manager and allow us to see the movie as a gesture for being regular pvr customers. Once the manager came, he refused to even talk to us, was extremely rude and treated us like we did this on purpose.. And when my husband asked him to show his id he insulted us and said what will we do with his id.. I knw that we were here at mistake having booked tickets for the wrong date but in no way did we deserve such insult and humiliation for an honest mistake.. We were the ones who felt that it was wrong to stay quiet once we found out that we had the wrong tickets and before the movie even started we informed the pvr authorities. But instead of showing us even the slightest bit of appreciation for our honesty, we were told to leave the premises at once by mr. Santosh kumar shah, dept. - cinema operations i. D. No. 152520
                        This sour incident has left us thinking is this the way pvr treats its loyal customers. We don't want any concession or anything else from you people but just learn to be human and civilised with people who go to your cinemas to seek good movie experience rather than treat them like this.

                        They are charging minimum 180/ for the smallest popcorn & 160 for a glass of pepsi its too much please look into it in jalandhar punjab its totaly unfair government should do something about it

                          overcharging price for 650 ml pepsi

                          Pvr cinema at phoenix market city near lbs marg, kurla west charged us rs200/- for 650 ml pepsi on 14th july 2017. Normally 650 ml pepsi is priced at rs25-30/-. Charging rs200/- is approx 10 times at pvr. It is insane and unethical to charge so much price which is jacked up 10 times.
                          Both on bill as well as paper cup, no where quantity is mentioned. When enquired from manager, mr suraj said it's 650 ml but due to gst, qty is not mentioned.br...

                          I have booked 4 tickets through pvr website for Rs.688, amount debited from my account but no further information was given or tickets issued.

                          Please refund the amount.

                          Informed the pvr management at kochi but they reverted that they could not solve the issue from kochi.They assured it will be refunded automatically in 3 days but not refunded so far.

                            Today my wife and I who are regular movie goers to PVR Director's cut Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, where tickets are Rs.2, 000 per person per show on a Sunday were rudely asked by the security staff not to enter with our Sony camera. They said it is against cinema theater rules as these rules are imposed by Govt of India blah blah...due to piracy issues. We tried to reason with these rude security staff that these days all phones have cameras...

                            This is to inform you that when we tried to book 04 movie tickets (Online) on 26-06-17, the exess amout money got deducted and didnt get any booking confirmation.
                            An amt of rs 9830/- had been deducted (Which was again an error). But no ticket/ seat conformation came on screen.
                            The seq. No of the transection was [protected] dated 26/06/17.

                            You are requested to look into the matter & do the needful to help me out with the refund.

                                I would like to inform you that the ac at pvr, phoenix mall, lucknow, up was not working during the entire duration of the 6 45pm show of the movie tubelight. The entire experience of the movie was extremely uncomfortable. We were sweating all along and not able to enjoy the feature film. For the amount charged for tickets these days, a working air conditioner is expected atleast.

                                I have done booking on 4june.my payment is done. But ur booking failed. So I have complained in yes Bank. They said they done merchandise credit in ur account. Now my money refund is not done. Pls

                                  I have booked 4 tickets for vanamagan 18.45 show in pvr cinemas ampa skywalk on june 23-6-17. I request you to cancel those ticket and refund the money to my account. I have tried a lot to cancel the tickets through pvr cinemas.com but i couldn't able to cancel the tickets. I paid 618 rupees for 4 tickets seat no 19, 20, 21, 22.
                                  I kindly request you to refund the money.
