Sir, I have booked 02 seats for the Malayalam movie '1971-Beyond Borders' and my seat number was G1&G2 for the show at 0930pm on 07/04/2017. During the show after interval, some people interrupted the show and the show was stopped for more than 01 hour 30 minutes. They blocked the exit way and began a protest. I booked tickets via bookmyshow for a different date mistakenly. So I asked the bookmyshow support if I could get a refund buy they said I have to connet to the cinema. So is there any way in which I can get a refund. Please tell me anything that can be done to get a refund of the same. If not can you change the date for today's show? Please do the needful as soon as possible....

I am writing from Bangalore. Today I booked for a show through book my show and unfortunately chose the wrong date. And there is no provision to make any changes through an execute from bms or pvr. I understand and accept that it's my fault to have overlooked the details but I think there should be a provision to help customers in such situations. I tried to book 5 tickets at PVR R-odeon mall, Ghatkopar Mumbai on 31st march at 5:45 pm in the box office with my debit card. But due to some connection failure the tickets weren't booked and my cash go debited.I had to do the transaction again for ticket booking and I still haven't received my refund back. I had booked 2 tickets for the movie " Beauty and the beast " in Audi 1, seat number q14 and q15 on 26th March 2017 in PVR, Prashant vihar but to my suprise I spotted a rat running on the red curtains besides us. My wife is pregnant. When I reported the matter to PVR staff they were rude and least bothered to solve the issue.

PVR Guwahati in dona planet puts on flexible rates. It's understandable on weekends, but there is not a clear explanation on the bill about the extra charge amount. The Normal rate for a platinum seat is 150/- but at times it goes up as high as 225/-. I have attached an example of the bill. If you add up all the rate, charges and taxes. It adds up to 150/-, while the bill shows total 175/-. is it to evade taxes?...

PVR cinemas charging extra amount of 20 INR for 500ml watter bottle which is to be 30INR.

Then there is no value for government order and words.

First of all i want to train the manager of pvr sion who doesnt have any sense about how to talk to the customer and the security staff is very rude regarding checking. We were 6 friends and 5 came before and 6th came late so when the 6th person came our 1frnd came on the gate to show the ticket but he was like we r 1extra and manager was very rude he should be fired from his job as he was warning us that he is calling the police so we said...

No allowing food items even for my pregnant wife at hyderabad central pvr cinemas punjagutta hyderabad.

All other para allows but this pvr punjagutta have prob even for medical problem.

Supervisor is too rude n staff behaviour is poor.

Process is ok i have always followed process but for medical reasons food should be allowed.

These people are very much greedy and have no respect...

I have purchased five tickets for the movie Logan and then not asking for any type of ID but during entry the security guard was asking for id and not allowed to go to inside he cinema hall, Later manager came and he too was demanding id and his behavior was too bad. Again n again we are requesting for entry with self declaration but he denied for entry....

And we 4 friends were not allowed for the movie
The person named Yogesh Atigrr, in charge at ticket counter told us he needs an I'd proof for all 4 o[censored]s..one o[censored]s had and even showed him
And on the same time ..he did allow few boys without asking for a single I'd proof and allowed them
On asking he told that those boys seem to be adults...

This is a complaint against the pvr cinemas (Rk cineplex) located in banjara hills, hyderabad. We went to the logan movie (English) on 3rd march 2017 11:00 pm show. The film was certified as a rated movie which is intended for mature audiences above 18 years of age. We saw many kids under 18 yrs with their parents inside the cinema hall watching the movie. The management is allowing kids to the a rated movie without proper checking. Please...

Hi.. I hv been PVR from Bangalore and Delhi days.. well I had a very unpleasant experience at PVR Kochi, which is at Lulu Mall. I was in for the 10pm show of Jolly LLB 2 on 16th Feb. 20 min to interval the audio of some speakers failed, we could hardly hear the dialogues. During interval many o[censored]s raised this issue with the duty manager and he promised it is rectified. Post interval the issue started in 5 minutes and continued till the end....
