[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Pathetic service & third class staff @ pvr rejimental plaza nashik

We on 1st of may had been to watch Bahabuli movie @ 3.40 pm show at PVR cinema Regimental plaza nashik with family, there we had faced the pathetic service level and the 3rd class behavior of the staff with the ladies of my family at the food counter. I had created lot of issue there and brought the complete incident to the notice of the center manager mr chavan, he had gone through the complete CCTV footage and found that the concern raised by us were correct, but he was very much incapable and least bothered to take action on the respective staff.
The complete incident occurred in the interval when my wife and i went to have a popcorn for my kid, there was bit rush which was obvious and we had waited in the que and ordered & waiting for the pop corn to be served for approx 10 min and we did't got the same for no reason, what we observed that the basic discipline was not followed by the staff at the counter.
1) No arrangement for people to stand que, People who maintained basic discipline were suffering and waiting in que and people not standing in que were served 1st.
2) No separate que for ladies was acceptable, but then basic understanding ladies should have been given priority since lot men standing behind were falling on ladies due to hurry.
3) SWAP machine available at counter, but the people paying through cards have to come and stand again in different que for swapping the card which ideally is not the process.
4) I think it is center managers responsibility to have a adequate staff at the counter, we were told that there was rush, hence such things happened, the funniest party was couple of staff on the other side of counter were least bothered of the rush and attending there cell phones same was seen by manager in CCTV footage as well, but as told earlier he was VERY MUCH INCAPABLE.
These people charge Rs 180 to 200 for Popcorn of 20 Rs and still unable to deliver the quality service and good food, when raised concern these 3rd class staff has so much attitude that hardly speak to the customer in a proper way, since most of the times Kids are with us hence it becomes difficult for us to avoid buying such food stuff at a PREMIUM.
We pay money to get entertained in good way, but these days watching movies @ multiplex had become wasting of your own HARD EARNED MONEY & instead of entertainment we most of the time land in dissatisfaction due to the management of the center.

These time i am sure i will take these issue to the highest concerned authority, so that the staff Mr Chavan ( Center Manager) Mr Rajkumar (DM) & Mr Shaikh (ESP) should face the music.

I request management to just have look at the footage of the movies interval, rest it will be understood by them.

I am very clearly expecting the termination of the respective staff, without showing any sympathy and i need confirmation of the same in writing as well from the management.

Me too similar bad experience with staff at PVR, Kormangala, Bangalore.

I booked in advance snacks (Popcorn and Pepsi) online along with movie tickets (AUDI-2).

During interval my wife went along with my kid to collect the same. PRASHANTH the person at the counter advised us to go to another counter at AUDI-8 saying that Pepsi was not available with him.

We went to AUDI-8 to collect the same. It was all okay at AUDI-8 counter. On the way back I saw customers collecting Pepsi from AUDI-2.

I asked PRASHANTH as to why he redirected us when Pepsi was available here. To this he replied that it was not good Pepsi.

If it was not good why was he selling it. If he had to serve Pepsi anyway what was the need to redirect us.

PRASHANTH probably wanted to treat online/advance booking customers cheaply or that he has got some mental problem.

It has been 4 days since I wrote to PVR ([protected]@pvrcinemas.com) from my designated e-mail id and there is no resolution till date.

Someone, who is conscious of their image would have responded and resolved with any delay. PVR definitely has a different way of looking at concerns/complaints since PVR is least bothered about customer concerns/complaints.
