Pvr cinema city center gurgaon in service boy robin misbehave with me @ my family his manager with him. This is not good for service industry. He is talk with us very rudely. My ticket already checked by sequrety boy & robin was check only my ticket again i m asking this region they said very rudely this my wish i m owner of pvr they rudely talk & fight with us. What are parameters to take tickets for 3 year old kid, how much kid understand movie, is there any research for you, . And because of PVR staff I lost my 1 hour movie so who will responsible.
