[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Ticket booking cancellation | |||||
Date: 09/05/2017 Dear sir, I have booked 2tickets for today's show of movie (Bahubali 2 at 7.20 pm) at pvr cinema, eternity mall thane but as received call from them, that which tickets i have booked that cancelled because technical issue. I have booked tickets in 200 and rec'd cash back of rs. 100 from paytm also means purchased tickets in just 102 after cancellation they are saying buy tickets in (170 x 2 =340) each and they will allowed me to seat on red lounge. As they promised will get refund but i have gifted these tickets to my brother and this happened with me how insulting is this. Sir, please note that, i am regular customer if technical errors creates they should take care of customers first, but this time they have disappointed me. Kindly look into the matter. 1. Movie started late by almost 20 mins
2. No air conditioning
3. Almost 20 mins of ads in the intermission
4. All promos were cut from the movie instead ads were shown.
5. No lights in the stairs while going down.
