[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — ticket for kids & harassment 30 min | |||
Dear pvr i am very surprized & informing you that as on today movie time 3:30 pm for padmavat movie i booked 3 tickets from pay tm app & when i reached with my family me & my wife & my doughter & 4 years old my son & at entry point they confirmed me that you should purchase your son ticket also but at booking time i was don't know & for that your staff manager also behave very rood & i asked from him where are mention at app for this notification to purchase 4 years old ticket is mandatory but he also check but not found & when i purchased 1 more ticket that was very far from our last seat book... I need your action for that other wise i will go consumer court also... Was this information helpful? | |||
